Customer service could be better, but I guess in a small town where this is one of few fast food places, this is to be expected. Sometimes the food is good, and sometimes it's complete garbage, but again, what I said earlier, so eh. If you're really hungry, and need to grab something quickly, or you're craving McDonald's fries, you'll most likely be at least somewhat satisfied. This place NEVER cooks their fries they're always cold ,pale and soggy it takes ten years to get your food last time I went the workers were fighting and this man put his hands on a woman then I had to repeat my order 5 times not even exaggerating when she had it up on the screen and I showed my receipt aswell just for them to get it wrong and the self order screens never work. read more

Staff is rarely nice and orders are often wrong The manager was so rude, rolling her eyes at me for changing an order that we will NEVER go back. Why is it any other fast food place/restaurant nearby has good customer service and correct orders? This place needs staff with some basic understanding of customer service. There is nothing good going for this McDonald's in Sylvania ga. The service sucks most. The employees are rude at times. They usually get the order wrong so make sure that you check the bag before you leave town. & You guessed it the freaking ice cream machine isn't working properly! Another terrible experience in this bottom feeder McDonald's. The child taking money was more interested in fluffing her dreadlocks and listening to her earbuds than taking care of the customer. The one giving the food was more interested in her showing off her hair and 46" nails rather than giving us the correct order. We got home and no fries, this has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Get a grip folks and make customer service first not last. I really don't know why I go back. Why have double order drive through lanes if you're going to only let the cars in one lane order, forcing the cars in the right lane to wait? We were asked to "please wait" for over 10 minutes while FIVE cars proceeded to go through the left order lane. Also, we ordered a chocolate milkshake and the GIRL at the window didn't tell us that "the machine was down" until we got to the window to pay. I suggest you close the other lane... or alternate lanes when taking orders. Also, the children taking orders should be aware of what machines "work" and "don't work." In the evening, this location is not good. Nine times out of ten they ask me to pull to the opposite side of the store to get my food. No apparent reason and no explanation. Doesn't matter if I'm the only one in the drive-thru. This makes it necessary to pull around the building again to exit on the main road. It's really aggravating. They are slow. "Special order" food is usually barely warm. Regular menu items are usually dried out and tough. They have served me old, cold, limp, chewy fries. Unacceptable. I don't complain unless something is consistently like this. 8-15-19 UPDATE I asked why I was instructed to pull around and was told that it was because I asked for "special order" food. Tonight I didn't, and I was asked to pull around anyway. I sat with four other cars waiting for food. I think this keeps us from seeing into the kitchen and knowing why they are so slow. A real issue with pulling around is that we park in the way of those driving in and it's a safety issue. I've looked and started to pull forward (to drive around the building again so I can pull out on the main road and not go down the alley) and have nearly pulled into a car coming in from the road. It creates three lanes of activity that the lot isn't designed to safely handle. A parking lane, a driving lane, and the parking spots. There are cars trying to move in all three places. Too bad no minus stars got to be worst in whole McDonald's corporation. Every time not just once in a while they either over charge not prices on their menu anyway. Or they short you an item or two depending how big your order is if it is just one item or more? If once in a while accidents happen but Every single time is done on purpose. I order McNuggets now they say if you order 20 or 40 it is either 2 10's or 4 10's. Their answer "that is way we always do it!" Strange menu has different prices for 20 and 40. Be glad when they get some competition then they can go belly up too. read more

Nine out of ten times they get your order wrong and the food is cold. Customer service is horrible and when you write or call them to complain you get the line they will address the issue in training. All McDonald's restaurants are horrible. Do yourself a favor and choose something else. read more

This McDonald's definitely needs some work. The person who took my order was short and rude. I felt rushed placing my order. Once I went to pay I noticed they had my order wrong and argued with me about what the number 4 was. They noticed they had switched from breakfast to lunch.
