Just tried to order a sandwich, I messed with the order board for a few minutes and was not able to figure it out. I'm gluten free... I'm completely willing to pay for a sausage patty, a slice of cheese and 2 hash browns separately to make my sandwich...I was told it's not possible. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald's so I don't have a choice but to go here whenever I'm craving some, but they have never ever in the entire 3 to 4 years that I've lived here had gotten my order correct. Anytime I order a hamburger I automatically ask for extra onions because that's just how I prefer it and they never put extra onions which is simple. The label printer for the burger is correct but every single time they don't do it or they give me the wrong pie or something is always jacked up with the order. My husband and I love strong black coffee and McDonald's has the best around, AND at the best price. We love to drive through this location and they have never gotten our order wrong. (You'd be surprised how many places want to add milk/cream/sugar to "black coffee.") Anyway, I called to ask if they have a Playplace. The lady who answered told me politely that they do not, but she went the extra mile by telling me the nearest location with a playplace, and wished me a wonderful day. Employee purposefully dropped pepper in my seat. He handed me my food with no sauce in the bag. I asked for some sauce. He took a while to get it. He handed to me and I put in my bag,thanked him, and drove away. Then I noticed my car and my lap were covered in pepper. Just got home from visiting this location on Wednesday the 19th right before you guys closed (ig you close at 12 even tho it says 1 on maps) one of your rude workers at the window gave me my food very quickly, and as we where pulling away we realized she forgot an item. we quickly pulled around back through the drive through (time was about 11:58) and we sat and watched her ignore us and turn off menu in front of our faces. we than went to the window and saw she already left. idk if y'all are blind or deaf but you could clearly hear us on the headset...just put the fries in the bag lol maybe if you weren't so rude and lazy you wouldn't be at mcdonald's read more

So I was in the mood for some French fries to go with my sub. I think this is something that started when I was in high school that I never out grew. But seriously I think they have the best French fries! And to be honest McDonald's has the best Diet Coke. I love Diet Coke but will only drink it out from the fountain and not from a can it has such a different taste. I swore up and down how at McDonald's I enjoy it so much more & my family thought I was a little crazy lol. But for anyone out there who feels the same way about McDonald's fountain soda you are not alone or crazy. Another fun fact: It all starts with the packaging. Typically, restaurants get their soda syrups in plastic bags, but Coca-Cola does something different for McDonald's. The fast food chain gets its Coke syrup delivered in stainless steel tanks. Horrid, lazy, incompetent employees along with their stores leadership team. Hellen Keller man can see that. I drove all the way back and it was busy. I complained and they expected me to wait behind everyone who already ordered or hasn't ordered YET. This locations workers are clueless to how things work, placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10 and we get there and are in line and physically see the menu change to lunch, and when we pull up to the window they say our order cannot be processed which is wrong being that we placed the order 30 minutes before lunch even came around, they should have had the order being made being that they still had breakfast, this location is awful do not recommend. read more
