Walked in , order two sandwiches. One was a Pretzel Bun CHICKEN . Drove home and it was a cheeseburger. So I thought I screwed up so I drove back and ordered another pretzel chicken sandwich. After I ordered online on the way there, I noticed that I DID order the chicken. So I let them know it was wrong. They made another one ( that I paid for) , stopped at a table to take a peek . AND IT WAS A CHEESEBURGER..... I paid 20 $ for one chicken sandwich. This has happened before, that's why I don't use the drive thru. I been going there since they opened. I will be purchasing my chicken from the store on cactus road. read more

The food on Grand is nothing like the one on Bell road. The waffles are the dry and hard. The steak is tough. This is my last trip.

This is a decent place compared to other Wendy's but the service or atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The chili was lacking some type of spice in its ingredients. But Wendy's is not gluten friendly that a for sure statement. Always buy drink at all Wendy's. With their cup. Bottom line is profits Is their slogan read more

Dave would be rolling over in his grave if he knew what Wendy's has become a complete shit show brand new jalapeno Ranch burger but there's none available. Ask for no ice in my drink but they filled it to the brim. Asked for ghost pepper ranch they don't have it anymore ask for ranch to dip my fries in and they tried to charge me $0.55. Never going there again and filling a complaint with corporate. Also family has agreed to boycott and I have a large family. read more

I have been eating here about once a week. Mobile drive through orders work well. Food is consistently right and of decent quality. Family of 4 eats on $21 off the value menu (hard to beat that). Service has been welcoming and polite. Keep it up! read more

Ordered a double Dave and a double stack with a small order of fries and two shakes. The burgers were totally dried out like they were cooked the day before. The fies were OK but that was it. They need to cook the burgers after they are ordered so they stay juicy. Also we ordered this at the drive thru and got no straws for our shakes. The owner needs to address the old burgers before we go back. We used to be big Wendy's fans but no longer read more

We stopped in for lunch today. This Wendy's was probably one of the nicest and cleanest I have been in. The food was probably the best Wendy's I have had so far. We opted for some Baconator fries, Asiago chicken ranch sandwich and ghosts pepper chicken sandwich. Oh and my hubby tried the peppermint shake which was pretty minty. We would definitely come back. read more

Wow best I've had from this location for the night crew at 9:45pm.. they turned it around for this location big time!

It's fine I'll go there when I get pre-town munchies. Burgers are good enough but stay away from chicle tenders.

Natalie and Jaxon are the best managers ever. They work so hard and when I asked the sweet girl to give me extra mustard she sure did. It was so delicious (thanks Will). But I absolutely love this Wendy's it is my local Wendy's and I will stop going here if Natalie or Jaxon get fired. read more

Wasn't able to use app offer again! This place is pathetic for using offers! Felt rushed to give my order as well. Not a good experience.

I never go here. But I wanted to try a new menu item I saw advertised here from tv. I ordered it in the drive through. Paid my bill. But when I got home. To eat. Hello. Not the item I ordered was in my bag. . Very disappointed. They suck read more

I am starting this review by saying that once the order is correct it's pretty good. The problem is that you'll never get a correct order. I have diabetes and am on a pretty strict diet. My normal order is two plain patties with pickles and mustard. Should be easy right? Nope. First of all you literally have to say no cheese or they cover it in the stuff. Second, the pickles go on the burger but the mustard apparently cannot. It comes in a side cup no matter how many times I ask. Third, the previous reviews are correct, these are the rudest people around. When asked to remove cheese they literally lectured me to tell them next time... pretty sure I did that. My advice... don't. Just don't. Save the time and aggravation and just go anywhere else. read more

Tried the brand new Classic Chicken sandwich made with the new crispier and juicier chicken patty. I only had a couple of the previous patties, but those seemed to be better. I did enjoy receiving this $5.29 sandwich for free as part of a promotion on the app. The bun was brioche, but I think it needed an onion, instead of a boring piece of lettuce. Not as good as the fancier versions and higher priced. read more

Called ahead of time to see if they would be able to split the 50 nugget deal with half spicy nuggets and the manager told me yes and that they take pride in making their location the best... We pull up to a long line and when we finally get up they tell us they don't do the 50 piece and we must have called the wrong store. So we called again to make sure and see if we made a mistake and the same dude answered and changed what he had said the first time and said they don't do the 50 piece. read more

Had a very unpleasant experience with the assistant manager Cherie. I ordered 5 meals for my family. All the fries were burnt to the point they were inedible. When asking her what we can do? She reply's with attitude. Not until I asked to speak with her district manager did she even offer to replace the food. Not the right way to handle when your company messes up an order. Hopefully Beverly the General Manager will make it right. read more

I visited this location on Tue. Mar 8th and when I got home and started to mix my Parmesan Caesar Salad, I found molded cheese under the chicken. I immediately attempted to contact Wendy's but there was no answer and the automated message indicated I couldn't leave a message. Gross! You need to fix this sooner than later. read more

I went through the drive thru today and had a simple order for one person, and they forgot the fries. I hardly ever eat fast food, but crave it once every few months. I love the food at Wendy's, so it's where I go to fill that craving. This is the 3rd time something has been missing from my order. It's too hot and too much of an inconvenience to go back today. I think I'm going to have to go elsewhere to fill that craving next time it hits. read more

We went to try the new loaded nacho cheeseburger. Sad to say when I got both of my burgers they had no crunchy corn or tortilla strips or queso and the burgers were sooooo dry and unseasoned. Very disappointing I was very much looking forward to trying it :( read more

The manager today 5/17 around 2:30 pm was so unprofessional and rude. When asking for more bbq sauce (because she put 1 in the bag) she proceeded to say that because she gave my boyfriend his ranch that we didn't need more bbq sauce, because "it's just for the nuggets". not sure why she's acting like the boss of what you can use sauces with or why it doesn't make sense that two people want two different sauces? so unprofessional and rude. my boyfriend even offered to pay her for the sauces and asked how much she wanted and so she rolled her eyes and gave it to him. ridiculous that we had to offer to pay for the FREE sauces in order to get them with our almost $30 meal. read more

Went through the drive thru- and ordered the chicken nuggets meal - when we got our order I opened up the bag for my own quality control and bit into a chicken nugget. It was nasty, cold and stale. I told the drive thru worker I didn't want these nuggets and I requested fresh chicken nuggets instead- do you know the blonde girl that had her hair in a bun and glasses Snatched my bag, Yes, you heard me me right, Snatched my bag from my hands and said "pull around front" it happened just like that. Lol The same girl came out 10 minutes later and handed us the new order of the chicken nuggets meal and said "next time tell us when you order thru the drive thru window you want fresh chicken nuggets" and turned around and went back into the store. Moral of this story: This location Wendy's sells OLD AZZzz chicken nuggets that are stale and dry to all customers Unless you tell them you're requesting fresh nuggets at the beginning of the order. Shame on you *manager and *general manager for running your store with horrible customer service and food.... Went to get a four piece chicken nugget through the drive through. Was waiting then was told to please wait. Waited...waited...nothing. I said hello is anyone there? Nothing. I came around so I could just order inside. Order my nuggets and see at least six workers. I ask for the manager so let them know of the poor experience. I begin to tell her what occurred then she states oh yeah that was me. I was on the phone. No apologies. No sympathy. I then get my nuggets and ask for a higher ups phone number. The worker says she'll ask. Then another worker who seems higher than the manager comes up and ask me what occurred. I explain again and state the managers attitude was insincere and not appropriate. The manager walks up and curses and then walks away. I mean way to go on losing your cool. Instead of trying to ratify the situation she made it even worse. I didn't acknowledge her or her tantrum and left. Worst customer service ever! read more

You would think that after spending 40.00 that they could make to plain cheeseburgers. Nope!!!!!! That will be the last time!

I tried to order a frosty they said they weren't available, when I got my food I asked the gentleman up front if I could get one and he said to just come through the drive through again as he was just "changing the frosting". I pulled through and asked again for a frosty and was told they didn't have any, I let them know the guy up front told me I could come through and get one and then he said "uhhh we can do it for you". then proceeded to tell me he didn't have the flavor we wanted. After all this our order was still missing food, even the person taking my order didnt seem like they cared much about what it is I wanted or making sure it was put in the system correctly. read more
