I have been eating the tacos from Jack-in-the-Box forever in a day, back when I was in the military because it was cheap eating and until today I have never thrown one away, but today I had to throw all four of my tacos away because they were. The lettuce was so left and I should've suspected something when I ordered them and they brought them right out to me. I sure hope that this was a one time deal and not the new wave of your tacos, where you cook them in advance. read more

I can eat just anything, but the hamburger I got from this place was so bad I couldn't even finish it. I threw it in the garbage. Reminded me of an over cooked hockey puck, Same with my wifes meal. Avoid going to this Jack in a Box late at night. I usually don't post but I must warn others. The sandwich I purchased was super burnt and chewy. I asked for no Mayo and they gave me mayo. The woman who took my order was not polite either. It really isn't hard to not put mayo on my sandwich but I guess for this establishment and who they hire it is. Plus my order was simple. It wasn't overly complicated. Please everyone avoid going to this one. read more

The staff were very friendly, order was correct and it came out quickly. Food was great.

Terrible. Honestly appalling. Every f'ing time. Takes forever. Always forgets food. This is the worst drive-thru ever. Don't reply giving me some bullsh*t corporate way to contact you either. They never answer. My number is 847-848-1305. read more

9:45 pm drive thru. fast service, great customer service, good food, plenty sauce provided, Apple Pay accepted

This is worst jack in the box I've ever been too. I was just waiting in line for 15 minutes on the speaker box because the lady said she needed a minute. Me and 3 cars backed up and left and no cars were even in the window paying or getting food. So she just left us sitting there ? That's really poor customer service and to have three cars leave at the same time because no one is being helped and no one is even there in the drive through is super ridiculous. I went to McDonald's instead. Got my food in 5 minutes over there with way better service. I also want to add the past two times I've been here I didn't get my hash brown for my breakfast combo and the other time I added cheese and tomatoes on my chicken sandwich which they charged me for but didn't add. I'm just over how poor this jack in the box is. Ghetto. read more

I don't know what it is about this location. Used to be wonderful, now something is messed up half the time. Today we ordered breakfast and one item was a three piece egg roll. What we got, an empty 3 piece egg roll box. The sour dough wasn't toasted hardly at all. I tried to call the store and it just rings and rings and rings............., read more

Manjo is a class act he is literally in the kitchen by himself taking orders it might have taken him a little bit to get me my food but I will tell you right now my fries were fresh my tacos were fresh and my burger was got 10/10 recommend epically if he is working good job brother read more

I bought food from here at about 11:30 pm on April 7th. When I pull up to the drive-thru window, the girl says that the person behind me has a much smaller order (mind you, all I ordered was 2 Breakfast Jacks) and that I needed to park at the front so she could bring it out. So I do her the favor and I pull around to the front. After about 5 minutes she comes out with an annoyed look on her face. I grab the food from her and say thank you. She replies with absolutely nothing, not a single word... Not even a "have a good night". In fact, she didn't even look at me, she just handed me the food and walked back in the store. The workers here are mindless, emotionless zombies. If you want good service, I recommend going across the street to Taco Bell. read more

Went for a quick lunch here and saw excellent service from Sabrina who was running the register. She was hustling around the dining room making sure everything was clean and attending to customers eating inside. There was a customer who needed assistance getting to her table, and she went above and beyond helping her out. I have never seen such amazing service at a fast food restaurant before. Sabrina did everything with a smile and was very caring to the customer that needed more assistance. There were also employees from the back that also came to the front to check on the customer, everyone back there deserves to be recognized for their hard work, especially Sabrina. A quick trip to Jack in the Box lunch was delicious, but also very heart warming. Please continue the amazing job, there are people in the world that really need someone to go that extra mile. read more

Employee sitting on chair looking directly at me as I beep because they forgot to give sauces. Soda without ice also. I literally had to call and tell them to pay attention to the drive through I've been beeping. Horrible service!!! Management needs to pay attention to the staffs customer service. On top of this, the girl who finally came over to the window after watching her do something with the trash bins through the window, handed me the sauce without washing her hands or wearing any gloves. read more

I've been here 2-3 times the food is always cold and takes forever to get my food. There is always something missing which is ironic because they take so long to make and bag the food. The worst Jack and box ever. Boo. Shame. They are also Narcs, watch out read more

This place is absolutely disgusting! My daughter used to work here and she has informed me that there is inappropriate relationships involving the staff. Minors are dating grown men, people are making out in the freezer, this isn't an appropriate work place. Wonder why your food takes so long? There's your answer! There is one little girl that was very disrespectful, her name was Charisma, as I was ordering, I made a mistake in what I wanted, so I told her, she was huffing and puffing and started mumbling behind her breath. When I asked her if there was an issue, she quickly changed the subject. As a result, I will never be coming here again, people are being disrespectful, and inappropriate. read more

Didn't want to take orders only mobile. Order picked up at 12:40am Tuesday august 29th. paid for burnt scraps. About 4 girls working there collectively not doing a single thing. Also just shoved the bag in my car and walked away. ALSO in my tacos one of the workers put a blonde hair in my food I'm guessing bc they wanted to get paid for not working at a job she signed up for lol. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the girl that took my order in the drive thru. I wish I got her name, but it was at about 10:30am today April 25th. The food was ok but the service terrible; errors made and rude behavior. The visit was the evening of March 12, 2023. Experienced a rude young lady at the counter with mega attitude! Vince was on duty and while his name is on the receipt, he is not to blame for the order. Error on the order can happen, but without so much as a grunt from the female employee, much less an apology. Then heaven forbid, ask for condiments. She dumped a dozen packets into my hand, spilling them onto the counter without so much as one word. This employee needs a job away from the public for sure; it's very obvious she hates the job and really hates the annoying customers that come to this location. No problem; there are many other places to go. read more

This could have been a great meal. Especially for the price. But true to so many fast food places. This burger looked like it got picked up off the floor and wrapped up. Who cares. No one cares anymore about presentation. read more

Walked into this location to order food, the very rude girl working the register said she couldn't take my order because they were short staffed and I would have to go through the drive through. Too bad the reviews don't matter when this is the nearest jack in the box, definitely terrible customer service. Food was ok. The dinning room definitely needs to be clean , deep cleaned. Whoever is the manager needs to get to work and make this a good place to return. Ownership should take some pride being a Jack in the Box franchise!! No toys in the kids meals?? Employees looking like they just woke up from an all day nap. This is not acceptable and maybe if enough people review this place something would change. Oh by the way the burgers looked like a 5 year old made it. read more

So idk what's the deal with this location but every time I come to get food the grill is either not working or someone called off. I get off work late and it's already happened to me twice in a row. A bunch of kids working here that need serious attitude adjustments. It's not the customers fault if you get the order wrong. Horrible customer service. This location needs help. read more

Really seems to be that this location in particular has degraded severely in employee quality. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt because trust me I get it it's an overnight shift working a drive-through. Are usually go to this location because it's right next to my house on my way home from work but I think that's going to come to an end at least for a while. I don't expect a perky 100% enthusiastic person to be on the microphone on the other end but you could at least act like you care Instead of being so bland and rude. Just seems to be every time I go to this location something always gets messed up in the order I literally expect it to be messed up at this point so I pull off to the side in the parking lot check my food and sure enough nine times out of 10 something will be wrong. This makes me have to go back through the drive-through to get it fixed and have to deal with the attitude from the employees even though it was their fault. I have developed the instinct to always check my bag at this location because I know something will be messed up and I can't tell you how many times I've gotten home and ended up pissing family members off because something will be messed up you know how it goes. I'll just leave it at that like I said the employees need to be replaced because they obviously don't give a flying fuck if they can't read a simple screen and get a simple job done even though they do it every fucking day and it's not busy. It's 2020 in the world is fucked up you could at least not fuck up my burger please. Thanks read more

This place sucks! The drive thru was blocked off with caution tape (??) so we went inside. Big mistake! It took 45 minutes to order and get two cheeseburgers, curly fries and a drink. No exaggeration! Their shake machine was broken and they were out of Coke. One very apologetic employee working her butt off while a manager and another employee gossiped in the office. On top of all that, after we left when I called the Customer Care number that was posted in the restaurant, the mailbox was full! Seriously!? Horrible! read more
