Avoid going to this Jack in a Box late at night. I usually don't post but I must warn others. The sandwich I purchased was super burnt and chewy. I asked for no Mayo and they gave me mayo. This is worst jack in the box I've ever been too. I was just waiting in line for 15 minutes on the speaker box because the lady said she needed a minute. Me and 3 cars backed up and left and no cars were even in the window paying or getting food. So she just left us sitting there ? I bought food from here at about 11:30 pm on April 7th. When I pull up to the drive-thru window, the girl says that the person behind me has a much smaller order (mind you, all I ordered was 2 Breakfast Jacks) and that I needed to park at the front so she could bring it out. So I do her the favor and I pull around to the front. After about 5 minutes she comes out with an annoyed look on her face. I grab the food from her and say thank you. She replies with absolutely nothing, not a single word... Not even a "have a good night". In fact, she didn't even look at me, she just handed me the food and walked back in the store. Went for a quick lunch here and saw excellent service from Sabrina who was running the register. She was hustling around the dining room making sure everything was clean and attending to customers eating inside. There was a customer who needed assistance getting to her table, and she went above and beyond helping her out. I have never seen such amazing service at a fast food restaurant before. Sabrina did everything with a smile and was very caring to the customer that needed more assistance. There were also employees from the back that also came to the front to check on the customer, everyone back there deserves to be recognized for their hard work, especially Sabrina. A quick trip to Jack in the Box lunch was delicious, but also very heart warming. Really seems to be that this location in particular has degraded severely in employee quality. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt because trust me I get it it's an overnight shift working a drive-through. Are usually go to this location because it's right next to my house on my way home from work but I think that's going to come to an end at least for a while. I don't expect a perky 100% enthusiastic person to be on the microphone on the other end but you could at least act like you care Instead of being so bland and rude. Just seems to be every time I go to this location something always gets messed up in the order I literally expect it to be messed up at this point so I pull off to the side in the parking lot check my food and sure enough nine times out of 10 something will be wrong. This makes me have to go back through the drive-through to get it fixed and have to deal with the attitude from the employees even though it was their fault. I have developed the instinct to always check my bag at this location because I know something will be messed up and I can't tell you how many times I've gotten home and ended up pissing family members off because something will be messed up you know how it goes. I'll just leave it at that like I said the employees need to be replaced because they obviously don't give a flying fuck if they can't read a simple screen and get a simple job done even though they do it every fucking day and it's not busy. I have to say...this is probably the worst Jack in The Box ever! Sad too, since it's the closest one to my house. I have been here about half a dozen times, but I am never coming back. Reasons why........... 1. Unfriendly service- Go to the drive thru and I hear a monotone voice come on, "What are you having?" Same monotone, unhappy in person look once I get to the window. This has happened multiple times! 2. Crappy food- I crave Jack in the Box Tacos every so often. Every time I have been here, the tacos are a soft mess. They are the greasiest tacos in the world, and are never crunchy. I have experienced this once or twice before at other JITB, but this one has had limp, greasy tacos EVERY time I have ordered them here. Also, have been out of certain items (jalapeno poppers) multiple times. How does that happen? 3. Long lines- Takes forever and a day to get your food here!
