Thankfully, an employee kindly grabbed one from the back when I asked. I couldn't help but wonder--why wasn't the sleeve already on the cup, especially for a hot tea that had been sitting in the pickup area? The tea itself was slightly cooler than expected, but still had the flavor I enjoy. The store was clean, but the drive-thru line was incredibly long, so I'm glad I chose the walk-in option.
