This has to be the slowest drive thru of any McDonalds I've ever been to. if you're in any sort of hurry don't even try to come to this Mcdonald I ordered one double quarter pounder and a large sweet tea and I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes. not impressed. I thought Mcdonald had a time limit on how long each customer had to be in the drive thru. apparently that's not the case here. I hate eating at McDonalds but it makes it doubly worse when I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to get one hamburger. the management really needs to work on the quality of service at this McDonalds read more

Super nice for McDonalds. Appears newly remodeled. Has a self order kiosk which I think rocks because I can browse menu as long as I like. Also can pay at the kiosk. They brought our food and checked on us. Great mcdonalds experience. read more

Ordered the Southwest Salad with crispy chicken. I got a salad with grilled chicken instead and it was very wilted and not good at all. Don't waste your money. The service was very slow. Just a very bad experience. read more

Ice cream machine was down. When you have this problem so often that it is an Internet meme it might be time to work on reliability. Staff member was curt unfriendly. read more

I've never been here where they've gotten my order correct. I've lived doesn't the street for over bay eat and my daughter likes the occasional treat from there. When I take the wrong order back they argue with me asking what is like then to do about it. I'm correct the order?! I'm not asking for a million dollars just the correct sandwiches. The worst was when I asked and paid for a steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and received some bacon on a biscuit. I now drive the extra 5 minutes to the one on north main where I've never had a problem read more

Machine for ice cream is always "down" not friendly at all. Employees always act like they have no personality and hate their job.

Have visited this place a few times and every time I come here it's one thing after another. Today's "fast" food took 40 minutes. People stacked up outside because the drive through couldnt get orders right. Watched 13 people that had to walk into the store to get items that were missed or were told would come out and never did. read more

Let's just say they scored the 1 because I had to give a star to leave a review. Horrible customer service, slow to take and hand out order, if you go inside there's always a handful of employees hanging out talking or on phones. When I complained of the issue with my order I was met with an attitude and questions as if I have to lie about an $11 order. They hardly ever apologize for my inconvenience or having to wait in a drive thru just to receive an incorrect order and have to walk inside which means taking my kids out of car seats and having to carry kids and food inside. Absolutely the WORST restaurant of the food chain, if only I lived closer to a chick fil a. read more

Worst McDonalds ever! I have lived by this location for three years every-time we have been to this McDonalds our order is always messed up and the employees are rude! We now drive to a further McDonald's on Main St because this one is just that horrible. Check your food every time before you leave and don't be surprised if you want a frapa and they tell you the machine is down more than likely they are just being lazy and don't feel like making it. read more

Worst service and food quality. Just went through the their drive thru and ordered a Dr. Pepper the drink didn't have any ice in it and tasted horrid! I can't even explain! read more

I am so disgusted and I will NEVER eat there again. I will tell everyone I go there that they have horrible hygeine practices and zero customer service. The drive thru employee who took my order and money was underwhelming but not offensive. The girl at the food pickup window did not acknowledge me what so ever. She made eye contact, handed me my son's milk but never said a word to me. Then, as she was walking away, another employee was standing in-front of the front counter with a half-smoked black-and-mild in their mouth and reached down the front of their pants to adjust themselves. I just couldn't believe it. I immediately asked for a manager. He turned out to be a whopping 20 years old... maybe. No sense of responsibility for the poor behavior of his employees. No ownership of his shift, barely apologetic. I will never eat at this location again. I got a refund for my food. Then, he proceeded to tell me if I ever have a problem in the future I can use the store number and call and make a complaint. Like I would ever return to a place that probably has second hand private juices on it thanks to the line cook with itchy privates. read more

I've had so many issues at this location. This is my go to McDonald's because it's located on my route to/from work, but their is always an issue! I frequently get told that the coffee machine is down so you can only order a traditional plain coffee or the ice cream machine is down. The customer service is horrible. I remember on Fourth of July we went through drive-through to get the children ice cream, of course drive through person said that ice cream machine was down so we got myself a fry and was planning on heading to Sonic for the kids ice cream. While sitting at the drive-through window I could see a male staff member hug two people that walked up to the counter, chit chat and eventually make them two huge ice cream cones; so when the lady finally brings my fry to the window I let her know that I was told the ice cream machine was out of order and she stated oh yeah the drive-through girl probably decided we're done selling ice cream to actual customers tonight. There was also that time where the drive-through employee refused to sell me an Americano because she didn't know what that was and argued with me that McDonald's didn't sell that even though I was telling her I order it daily and where it's exact location was that I was staring at it on the drive thru menu, she never got help from anyone just refused to sell it to me. I also had a cashier not know how to accept coupons off the McDonald's app so instead of getting help she told me she couldn't do it she didn't know how. Not to mention I constantly get the wrong food, missing items, told to pull around and wait for 10-20 minutes in a small order. It's always an issue! read more

Stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast, our first mistake. Went through the drive through, our second mistake. We order a very simple order but apparently the double drive through confuses the employee at the first window. Gave the young girl our card, she ran our card and gave us the receipt. We reviewed the receipt and realized it was not our order, got the young girls attention and she said "don't tell me that's not your order." She snatched the receipt and shut the window. Then came back and repeated about four different orders that were not our order either. She then closed the window and left the cash register area. About 3 minutes later returned with no manager and asked what our order was, we told her and she put it in and then for some reason got frustrated and left and returned without a manager for a second time. Finally after sitting in the drive through and being honked at for a reason that was not our fault, a manager showed up and did not speak to us. She just gave us cash back for what they ran the card for (I guess this is their way of canceling the transaction), we then left with no food our an apology. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars I have never had an amazing experience here the service and quality of the food are horrible. Fries and nuggets are soggy or buns are rock hard. Last night I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes before I was allowed to make my order then I was asked to pull forward where I waited another 15 minutes. Food should have been piping hot one would think.......nope! Fries were soggy burger had onions after I asked for none my drink size was wrong plus they gave my daughters 6 piece nuggets kids meal and forgot the nuggets. I went back inside they gave me a box of 4 I asked for my other two then to correct the matter all the manager did was give me an apple pie. Really! That's all your customers are worth? To her defense though the manager was working harder than the teenaged employees there. That's wrong she should have been managing and lit a fire under those kids and got them motivated. She had prod a kid just standing there in La La Land to take a guys order next to me. Not once was I nor the gentleman next to me greeted. This place needs a housecleaning top to bottom both literally and figuratively. read more
