The service I received had me thinking I was at CFA!!! Sakoya && Kristie really went above && beyond to make sure not only my food was correct, but that everything I needed was handled. Disappointing. I know you get what you pay for; however, this was not up to par. They used to have breakfast bowls which I eat because of gluten issues. I ordered the loaded omelette biscuit so I could remove the biscuit and the first one I received was just egg and cheese. My wife had a chicken biscuit and the chicken was way overcooked and dry. Both biscuits were so greasy on the outside of the wrappers so very messy and had to transfer to a napkin to eat. The service was friendly however lackadaisical. read more

I've heard that Carl's Jr. in California is the same thing as Hardee's--just a different name. I may have tried Hardee's many years ago back in North Carolina, but I don't remember. We don't eat out at fast food restaurants often mostly because it's junk food (and the food is pretty atrocious). Today, my boys wanted to try Hardee's, so we jumped into the van and away we went to check it out. We started with the drive-thru, but communication was lacking; I think they need a new intercom, badly! The girl asked me about three times what we wanted for a drink. We were having so many problems after only two meals that I decided to forget the whole thing and go inside. I think the girl at the counter was annoyed at first when I commented about the drive-thru issues. However, after that, she was courteous and friendly, but it can't be close to the customer service at Chick-fil-A (CFA). We finished our order and she gave us a "To Go" number. I can't say I've ever received one of those at a fast food restaurant before. It did take about ten minutes for our food to come out (she said they were waiting on the onion rings). They weren't busy at all during "rush hour," but I'd rather wait for fresh food than have it sitting under the heat lamps. The Verdict: We thought the food was okay. The burgers reminded us of Burger King, but a little bit better. I'm not a fan of raw onions on a burger and I don't like to ask for it to change my order (usually takes more time). My youngest got the chicken tenders and he loved them, but not as good as CFA. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich tasted pretty decent, but the pathetic lettuce leaf on the sandwich (see picture) was wilted, brown, and only on half the bun. The fries were lame (make sure you get some ketchup!), but the onion rings were quite tasty. Opinions do vary, though, as my oldest thought they were too rich and thick--the rest of us loved them. They weren't very "onion-y" but that's why my youngest liked them. The apple pie was just mediocre; the texture was good, but I found the taste to be muted and fake-like. Sad to say that McD's is better. So...we went, we saw, we conquered, but we won't be back. It's nothing special just like every other fast food joints. I was disappointed that they didn't have a Natural Burger like Carl's Jr., and it seems the menu is quite different. If I'm traveling on a road trip and I need a place to stop, I might visit Hardee's again, but I doubt I'll be back at this location. read more

Awesome I like this location. My grandmother has dietary needs and likes her orders prepared with her items separate so we had a slght mix with the order and I'll admit I had to take it back twice before it was correct. However I was really impressed with Chandler he was so apologetic and friendly. He wasn't making the error but he was the cashier and person who has to deal with the customer, awesome job Chandler! read more

Absolutely positively the worst drive through experience I've ever had. Tried to order some chicken strips and onion rings for the kiddo and myself and they asked us to go park. After 10 minutes of waiting, they came out and said they were out of onion rings. I was in a time crunch so I requested they substitute any type of food item so I could get to my appointment. Another 5 minutes went by and I decided to pull back up to the window and they hadn't even started the chicken strips. They decided that giving me a refund was more efficient than making my food. In summary, 20+ minutes of elapsed time and zero food items were prepared. The staff was horribly rude and couldn't be bothered to try to accommodate a customer. Sad that this is what the Hardee's brand accepts for customer service. read more

Terrible service. Manager is not capable of running anything. Line was long and no one was taking orders. I watched 3 people leave. It was 10:55 I was wanting to order lunch but they would not flip the signs over from breakfast. The crew was very confused. I went back in after leaving just to watch the mayhem. read more

I'm at the Suffolk Hardee's and the lady had the nerve to ask us to pull up no one behind us but we had a big order; not even and she says okay then we'll just take our time. Where in this world did customer service go? Hope you have my location I love Suffolk but this is ridiculous! We'll be leaving now without an order of $28. The manager/Lead tried to fix it but the girl says pull up with no one behind us. Then she says at least pull up then back up. Not gonna happen. Handed the over stuffed bad at a push. Very very rude. Should have been 2 bags. She says there's you're order. Then we ask for our shakes and she says rudely again give me a minute. If we're not going to jump through your hoops then it will take even longer to get the food & be treated like crap, when you are one of 3 restaurants on the same corner. I know that 28 dollars don't mean anything to that cashier but she is supposed to represent Hardees, and I'm sure Hardees will not be happy with this review. Sad day when you loose a customer over a timer on your drive through. Burger King was have it your way! Thank you!!! read more

By far the filthiest Hardee's I've seen. Dirt and grime around ketchup dispensers, no ketchup anyways. Crap all over the floor and tables. What a shame. Extra star because food turned out decent. Health inspectors need to do a check up here!! read more

I have been a customer of this Hardee's for the past 25 years. I visited this Hardee's this morning (Sunday) 01/21/2018 at 0915 hrs. It was crowded with people waiting for their orders. So many orders were messed up and people were getting really upset. I ordered a sausage, egg,cheese biscuit combo. The order came back as a sausage, cheese combo. I told the young lady that she got my order wrong and she raised her voice to me saying she put in what I asked for. I mentioned to her that I never ever order a sausage cheese biscuit at any place for breakfast and she still disrespected me. The customer beside me said, "'Did She Just Raise Her Voice To You"" and I said yes she did. The manager didn't have any control of the staff at work. The staff was arguing with one another in front of the customers. People that went thru the drive thru was coming inside with their food cause their order was messed up as well. For the likes of me, I don't understand why the employees of this Hardee's was so angry this morning and had such a BAD attitude towards the manager and us customers. I didn't get my receipt back after giving it to the manager so she could see my order. My totes were hard and tea needed sugar. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant or any other restaurant ever in my 50 plus years. I hope you fix this before you lose customers or you get the wrong person in there that has a worse issue than this staff had on Sunday morning. I was so upset when I left this place that I had to throw my breakfast meal and tea away because of the treatment from this staff. I don't know when I will ever return to this Hardee's again. You're asking me to RATE this business and I don't want to give it any star. 25 plus years coming here and this is my worse. Had some in the past, but never like this.
