Don't even waste your time coming to this god forsaken establishment. Coming here makes me ask, how are you slow and incorrect? Fast and wrong would make sense, you tend to make mistakes when rushing. But SLOW AND WRONG? It actually takes skill to be lacking in customer service as much as this location. They're always out of something, ice cream, hi c, Diet Coke, but won't ever tell you until you try to order it. Luckily though,there are other fast food locations around this one. However don't waste your time at the Taco Bell across the street. Morning shift is good though, they're fast and usually get your order right. After 11 this place is garbage. If you really want McDonald's just go to the lawrenceville hwy location or five forks one. I went there today during lunch and they didn't give me what I ordered. When I questioned them at the pick up window, instead of making it right they wanted to overcharge me for what was the original order. When I refused, the attendant told me I should have checked the order when I paid. He was extremely rude and instead of making it right, he just closed the window in my face and walked away. I sat there for another minute and no one came to the window. Since I didn't want to hold the line up for other people getting their orders, I just left. This is one of the worst places in the area for customer service, just plain RUDE. I guess good help is just hard to find! read more

Because of lack communication they had me sitting in the drive through waiting to order at my window, while I watched 4 orders taken from other window. Apparently no one knew they were supposed to be working that window. So I had to park and go in just to hear a weak ass apology from a tight button shirt wearing motherfuxker who's top button was screaming and for multiple people at the register who couldn't register my order correctly! I am so frustrated with this McDonald's! We were in the area and I was starving. I was also in the mood for breakfast, but it was 10:55 on a Monday. Most other fast food places stop serving breakfast at 10a or 10:30a and I didn't want Waffle House, so we stopped at McDonald's. There were 2 ordering screens and there was one car at each screen. There was only one car in front of us, but that car was taking forever to decide what they wanted. So, as soon as the other car drove up, I backed out and went to the other screen. I was waiting there for a while. The indecisive car had finished their order and drove up and another car drove up. I tried calling attention to myself by clearly saying "excuse me" and "hello" into the speaker, but the other car's order was taken first. I got a little frustrated, but it wasn't a deal-breaker... yet. I tapped the horn a couple of times and my boyfriend and I were both yelling "hello" into the speaker. She finally gave us half a greeting after completing the other car's order. We only ordered a sausage biscuit, a sweet tea, and an egg Mcmuffin meal. when we get to the first window, it was kind of quick. She verified our order, made the money transaction, and promptly closed the window...and that is where we sat for the next 8 minutes!! When we finally moved up, I noticed there were 2 different pick-up windows. I didn't know if I was supposed to stay at the first window or move up to the second. There was initially no employee in the window for at least 2 more minutes. Then I see her coming out of the lobby area with one of our drinks. She then handed me both drinks, one of which had absolutely NO ICE in! She did apologize, but she went BACK into the lobby! I told my boyfriend, "maybe they're so slow because they don't have any ice". He said, "that CAN'T be the ONLY reason"! The food was good and hot, but when I reached for my drink, I realized there was no straw. (Sigh!) BOTTOM LINE: The only reason I didn't give them just one star is because the food was good and the employees did not have funky attitudes! She was wonderful to be around, took care of the customer. I had a specific request not on the menu, and she went out of her way without me even asking. If I could leave this establishment a negative star I would. Placed my order through the McDonald's app received my confirmation and I was just around the corner from the restaurant. Join the drive-through click the button that says I'm already here and my order disappears. Sat the speaker for what seemed like forever so I wanna head and pulled around. When I go to the window I told a young lady that I had a mobile order and she said she didn't have one for me. Then I asked her if they were closed and she said yes (their website stated they were open until 1am - I joined the drive thru around 8:45). Mind you all the exterior lights were on, including signage and the menu boxes, so there was no visible indication (other than being ignored) to signal to someone pulling up that they were closed. It is no wonder Chick-fil-a is #1...they know how to serve their customers vs. making them feel like an inconvenience. read more

They've gotten better in recent months in terms of customer service and greeting customers as they enter. The 2 biggest problems I seem to constantly experience at this location are sloppy order construction and wait time in the drive-thru lane. It doesn't really matter what time of the day it is, but the drive-thru lane is ALWAYS slow. I usually wait at least 7 minutes when I use it. Going in to the counter to order is usually speedier. My last time there I ordered 2 of the same burger in the drive-thru lane. His burger looked pretty good, but mine was topsy-turvy and "sloppy" because the buns weren't stacked on top of each other. Will I be back? Yeah, probably will because it is a somewhat convenient location when I'm out that direction and it's usually decent. read more

Last night when someone finally did they were out of nuggets 3 hours before close and someone come outside to tell me they were closed and he tapped my car with a ring on his finger.
