This McDonalds has to be the worst McDonald's ever. I live in the area and have now stopped 3 times. All 3 times have been horrible, from being told that I'm too needy for asking for condiments to super slow dt times. Possibly not an everyday thing but man was the drive thru slow, taking a good 10 minutes to get through with about 4 cars ahead of me. True enough, I can't talk too much smack because I was only here for the free coffee, but the service was slow! Still, the staff, when they got to me, were still friendly and actually handed me my coffee at the first window, typically reserved for where you pay, not where you pick up your order, so I do appreciate that, as well as the free coffee! read more

Got 4 kids meals and only got 1 toy my kids where devastated. Long wait at drive thru. Half the cars left out of line because of the wait.

Got a egg mcmuffin and two hash browns and a chicken sandwich combo around 9:15 tonight. The chicken sandwich was completely inedible and I feel sick to my stomach for even trying a couple bites. The egg inside the egg mcmuffin was black on the inside. I don't know if it was just rotten or over cooked like a hard boiled egg would look like but regardless it was absolutely disgusting. I didn't have too high of hopes going into my meal cause McDonald's just tends to horrid but I figured I'd give it a shot. I should've just stayed away. This was my worst McDonald's experience in probably ten years and it will be my last. Even the fries were the worst. Bland. No salt. Over cooked and freezer burned. A complete waste of $17 which was highly overpriced even if the food was good. I wish I could give a negative star rating. read more

Ever since this McDonald's reopened, it has been a disappointment. No matter what I order, I'm always told to pull up and wait. When they do bring my food/beverage to me, it's always incorrect (either they got my order wrong, or they didn't put something in the bag.) It's become a big inconvenience. I've had some bad experiences at McDonald's as a customer in general. THIS McDonald's however is on a whole other level of poor customer service and preparedness. The staff is rude, slow, and discourteous. If I could give a rank lower than 1 Star, I would. I don't expect much when I go to McDonald's. While I was waiting for the order I asked them to find the manager so I could tell him what was going on- he came to the front dragging his feet like it was a hassle. Horrible, Ebony the so called store manager is careless and rude. I came through on my way to an appointment to get food for myself and my daughter. I ordered a children's happy meal with very little Ketchup when I opened it it was so full of ketchup we got all over my car all over my clothes all over my daughter the amount of ketchup put on the hamburger was ridiculous. Says drive thru is open 24 hours. Went thru at midnight and lights were off and nobody would answer phone.

Just came from the drive thru where I ordered the buttermilk tenders. I waited at the window for at least 10 minutes so I just knew they were going to be fresh and piping hot. Not so much. I got home less than 3 miles away and my tenders were burnt and looked like they were at least 3 or 4 hours old. I tried to call the store but the number on the receipt is an answering machine or fax. Took pictures too bad I don't know how to post them here. Highly disappointed!!!!!! read more

Nothing like getting no serve at drive through at 9:00 pm! There were four cars in front but no service. Went inside to order, only to find at least 4-5 people standing waiting for their orders. One lady had been there for 20 mins! It took us 25 mins for three hamburgers, a filet o fish, one fry and two drinks! Really? And the beeping of the fryers! Being that it is McDonald's, I had extremely low expectations to begin with. These incompetent employees somehow fell WAY short of even those. Ordered 2 breakfast combos and a cheeseburger, asked for fries instead of hash browns for one of them... employee repeated the order back and only got half of it.....gave her my order again, she repeats back, leave off the cheeseburger....informed her of this and was told "no problem"...pulled up to the window, she repeats order again, left off the cheeseburger again......I say "AND a chesseburger" (for the 3rd time)....she says that she added it.....hands me my receipt, still NO CHEESEBURGER..... she also charged me for an order of fries instead of substituting them for my hash browns in my combo...at this point, I realize that she's never going to ring up my cheeseburger, so I pull up to the next window to see if a different employee can get it right.....I explain the situation at the next window, suggesting that they just give me the cheeseburger instead of the fries that they charged me for, since they were basically the same price.....she agrees, apologizes for the other employee, and asks me to pull into a parking space while they prepare my order....guy brings out a bag of food a few minutes later, STILL NO CHEESEBURGER!!! On top of that, they give me a sausage and egg Mcgriddle instead of a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.....and the hash browns that O didn't want.....point out the error to the guy and stressed that I have now asked for a cheeseburger 5 times.....guy apologies, says he'll be right back.....comes back and he had swapped the Mcgriddle for my BEC biscuit, BUT STILL NO CHEESEBURGER......yell at him about this, he says "sorry, I'll be right back," comes back 5 minutes later with the elusive cheeseburger!! Only it had nothing on it (just meat, cheese, and a bun, there were no napkins or straws in the bag, nor the condiments that we had asked for. Isn't this McDonald's? Should it take telling 3 people 6 different times that you want a cheeseburger to actually get said burger from, you know, A BURGER PLACE? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere (anywhere) else. Although I like McDonald's, generally, this particular location is super slow and inaccurate, and I have no idea why. If you go through the drive-thru, allow a lot of time and be sure to check your bag before driving away. It seems like there's always been an error every time I didn't check, and the worst time was when I went through the drive-thru after church on a Sunday (so around 12:30 maybe?) and had already reached my next destination when I realized that I had received a McMuffin breakfast sandwich instead of my burger. Since breakfast ends at 11:00 on Sundays, it must have sat in the warmer for at least an hour and a half without anybody realizing it. This place is totally subpar, but is, unfortunately, the nearest McDonald's to my house. I usually go to the Burger King, Hardee's, Taco Bell or Chick-Fil-A nearby to avoid it. I would definitely go to this location more often if it provided faster and more reliable service. Also, I noticed Brandon P.'s review, and since we're not allowed to comment directly on other people's reviews, I'd like to comment here, if that's okay: 1) Personally, I prefer the one drive-thru- I HATE the double drive-thru and the tension it creates when trying to merge back into one line after placing your order! 2) This location is in Gwinnett County, not DeKalb County. 3) I'm pretty sure that each individual franchisee actually chooses to "upgrade" to the double drive-thru or not, so I'm not sure how the McDonald's corporation is discriminating against anyone if this location's franchisee has not chosen to do that. read more
