A McChicken with McCheese, and a McTropberry McSprite. Its straight from the dolla menu, ( except I swear to fuckin god if you mofos fr still be charing for mothafuckin cheese next time I come in I aboutta slap some of yall cus this shit outta control). But, I still decide to spend my 40 cents irresponsibly and get the extra McCheese. My first problems with the McDonalds is that my kids wont shut their mouths when I be trying to talk to the machine. I be talking to it and my kids wont keep quiet. Things like "wheres daddy" and "when can I eat mommy" constantly be coming in their heads. I'm the adult here like fr be quiet. So if yall could really make your talkin machines a bit louder baby that would be great. I get to the window and they never be given me the mf receipt. I never ask, except once they told me they dont be given me the cheap orders receipts unless people askin. 2 DOLLAS AND 40 CENTS IS A LOT TO ME. What an absolute sh!t show. This place has NO business being open 24 hours a day. Came here around 1am Sunday morning. I went to play my order on the app. They had fish sandwiches as unavailable. Went to order a sundae, all ice cream was unavailable. Finally found food that was available to order and drove to drive through to give my code. After 5 mins of me speaking to the box and getting no answers I pulled around to window. Two cars ahead of me and TWENTY MINUTES later I get to window. I contacted Corporate McDonald's first because clearly they are going for a non-contact experience. I wanted to let them know how inconvenient and inconsiderate it is to not have a menu board behind the tiny, one person counter. How crowded the waiting area is because it's jammed up with the kiosks. Got an email stating they forwarded my complaint to the locations owner, because it would better be handled by them. The app doesn't work properly.i tried to use the 20% off my order, but the app automatically applied a BOGO when I input a McDouble and a mcchicken and wouldn't let me take that deal off. If you look at my check in's, you know I always go to McDonald's for breakfast every Saturday morning. The McDonald's near Lakeside made our order 5 weeks in a row, but have no fear! We drove the extra few miles and found a competent McDonald's who didn't manage to screw up our order (yet!) Boyfriend and I stopped in around 2PM to grab a bite to eat before we headed out for a road trip. We ordered the usual suspects: 4 piece nugget, large fry, large Coke, small McCafe drink, and a breakfast sandwich. We even ordered another large Coke and had no issue picking it up at the window either! The employees were incredibly kind and sweet and for once it seemed like fast food employees liked their job and wanted to be there. The extra drive was worth it and we will be back again next week! read more

Asked for a FRESH fish filet sand which as well as a 40 pc chicken nugget so of course I had to wait. Well they put my nuggets in fresh because it was a lot of nuggets. But not my fish. So I have a SOGGY OLD fish sand which and fresh nuggets. Pathetic. This is the second strike for me and the staff at this McDonald's. First strike was physically watching an employee DIG in her nose, then use that hand to grab my frappe and reach out the window and try to give it to me. First and foremost, I will never ever again come back to this McDonalds. Even if I had absolutely no food and been starving for the past several weeks. NEVER AGAIN. This location should be SHUT DOWN or equip with completely new staff and management. This McDonalds is a 24 hour McDonalds. Ive pulled through at the drive thru on several different occasions around the same time each time which would be around 10p-10:30p (the time I get off) and either 1. No one would answer the drive through, and theres clearly 5 cars parked on the outside and workers in the inside and (or) theyll come to the intercom and state that they are closed. Everything about this McDonalds, from their website, the location time on maps, to the sticker times on the window states that they are 24HRS. So why is it that the several times that Ive gotten off work, or even around 11p that they are closed?! I ended up calling while I was at the window, and someone answered and stated that they were closed! So why even answer the phone if they are closed?! This has happened to me AT LEAST 10 times! As I pull up for my order I'm greeted by Sandy saying oh we only have 1 apple pie so I have a holiday in place of the apple that's ok right? Uh, no.. I asked for apple. She goes so you don't want the holiday pie? NO, I don't. She said well then you'd have to wait 12 minutes for new ones to come out. I said no, can you just refund me? Now the attitude was crazy! Like I asked for something unheard of. Andrew another manager comes back and hands me $1.26. At this point, I'm mad. I grab my receipt and say I paid $1.29 plus tax. It was the point at this point. So mad. So I should of received $1.36. It's very simple math. They have registers. I asked for the ladies name since I already know Andrew from a previous experience!! I'm so mad, I'm going to call and talk to Michelle tomorrow if she is there, she is GM of this Location and I'm hoping the heat I have right now cools off a bit. I wish there were negative stars!! I have gone to this specific McD's for 6+ years. Has really gone down hill. Have NEVER (not exaggerating) received a correct order. Never receive a straw with my drink. Never receive a receipt, so they always give me a hard time when i ask them to correct my order. I have had my meal thrown at me threw the window. The girl who was working was very nice at the pay drive thru window. She talked to us for a couple minutes while we waited and she was super cool and funny! We came on Christmas eve and it was very busy we were there for over an hour because it was the only place open but the line moved very very slow. The fries usually suck though, they are never cooked all the way and that's the main reason we come. Other than that I don't usually come to Mcdonald's anymore so the place is average. The food is never fresh. I have had cold fries and burgers that are meat bricks which have little or no ketchup. The worst is when it's at night and they refuse credit cards and will yell at you over the speaker. I spoke to a former employee who said they can always take credit cards but choose not too if there is a shift change. I have seen lines back up and cars blocked in and fights break out. read more

Consistently the absolute worst drive thru service i have ever experienced. The only reason i stop here is its on my way to work. In my last three stops here i had to leave after paying(no food got my money) becuse the extra 15 minutes i had to wait in line i would been late for work. 2nd trip i sat at the second order screen (this location has 2) while 3 cars went thru the first, i just left nobody ever took my order. And this morning waited almost 20 minutes and watched the car ahead of me pay and leave without his food. AVOID THIS LOCATION. I just placed an order here, one of the items was a large caramel Frappe which is $4! They gave me my food and told me to pull up to the second window and wait for my Frappe, which I did. I pulled up to the second window and witnessed the larger woman DIGGING IN HER NOSE, and I mean she was DIGGING. She was going HAM on her nose... Then after a couple seconds of this, she goes inside and comes out holding my Frappe! I asked her if she washed her hands and she closed the window then suddenly looked like she had been transported to a strange planet in outer space or something. She reopened the window after a second and tried to give it to me again! I'm glad there wasn't anybody behind me because I reversed to the first window and told them about it and that I wanted a new/different one. Honestly I looked at the replacement and it doesn't appear that they just come new whip cream and caramel overtop the old layer to shut me up but there is less than there was in the first cup with the boogers on it so I can't actually tell if they merely dumped the top layer and added a ton of whip cream and just gave it back to me... any way this is the first time I've ever actually felt my stomach drop.
