Because I've found it the quickest way to get "fast" food I order through apps, skip the drive-thru backup, and have my order delivered curbside. When I arrived here at mid-afternoon--well after the lunch rush--there was a line at the drive-thru. That time of day makes you wonder if McD is really that busy or the operation is that slow. This might be the answer: It took almost 8-1/2 minutes to get my order after McDonald's confirmed receiving it. That's roughly double the time of the chain's' national drive-thru average. The order was correct. read more

We were out running errands and against my better judgement, I decided fries would be good. Since McDonalds was right in front of us, we stopped and ordered in the drive thru. Before I was given the total, I was asked if I wanted to round up. Once we received our order, we pulled off before checkin the order. Major error. The fries were Old & Cold. We pulled into a spot and I went inside to ask for hot, fresh fries, with my receipt in hand. The cashier asked the woman walking & talking to take care of me. Needless to say, I waited for 4 minutes before I received any help. The cashier handed me the fries in a new bag. I touched the fries on top and they were warm. I was frustrated & left. When I made it to my car, I realized the fries were never switched. She had put warm fries on top of old, cold fries. I truly understand the frustration customers have when dealing with McDonald's employees. You ask for a customer to round up but you cannot serve edible food. I threw the good away because it was horrible. The setting was smothering. 0/10 read more

I would give zero, but I can't! Employees will not make eye contact to discuss the faucet on men's bathroom not working at all, nearly falling off. HOW can employees wash their hands after using that facility? Very dirty, we had to clean a table to sit down. Never again!!! read more

This speed will be the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. Placed an order on the mobile app and it took 20 minutes to get a meal with two cheeseburgers. The female older, Hispanic manager here has got to be one of the rudest employees. She will talk badly about you in Spanish not knowing that you also know Spanish. I have complained about her to Corporate and the GM has told me she has had multiple issues with her before. Yet, she still continues working here. They completely messed up a $40 order gave me the entirely wrong order and I was told to bring my receipt and they would refund me. This is my second trip and waste of gas to go up there only to be told no I need to wait for the GM, which is not the case per the GM. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They take forever to take your order. They always miss things on your order, you food comes out either cold or wrong, the wait is definitely not worth it, it's way better just take an extra 10 minute drive to the one off of elm. read more

Disgusting food and worst service. Mobile order was missing multiple times. Hamburger was so old the bun crunched like a cracker, the patties were hard. We called within minute of getting to destination. Employee refused to acknowledge issues with quality. When we asked for a manager they hung up. Tried calling back and no one would answer. We threw food away. read more

This place is awful they are disrespectful and ignorant. I placed a mobile order to be met with "we're only doing DoorDash" at the voice box which has nothing to do with my mobile order that says that it is complete. Would not answer any questions regarding how to go about resolving the issue and overall just think that the worker who was "understaffed" was just being lazy and didn't want to hand us our already made food that we preordered and paid for half an hour earlier. We kept trying to ask for clarification on the situation and they refused to answer. read more

Automatic upcharge of 10 cents on 5 dollar meal deal - cashier would NOT understand or remove it, kept explaining the concept of "sales tax", told me he was too busy to argue about the price, take it or leave it. Extrememly rude. Another employee said "Guuurrrrl, you can go to ANOTHER Mcdonalds if you don't like it." This is why people are so mad and upset and unload on fast food workers - they are unreasonable, don't listen, and are dumb as rocks. read more

I always forget how terrible this place is until I'm back waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, only to get the wrong order...

Restaurant closes as 12am according to all online information , placed an order at 11 and arrived at restaurant by 11:08. There were about 10 cars in the drive through waiting to order. Possibly the worst customer service in the history of fast food. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes after a mobile order. Told the drive thru attendant that we were here for a mobile order and were hoping to add to the order. His response was "no" and not another word was uttered until after a minute of silence he told us to move up. Handed us a receipt with 0 words said and after another 10 minites we finally received our order with no more words spoken. Sometimes you want FAST food, well.. not Fast. there are 2 drive thru windows here, so that means a person behind you in line does and will always get their order before you and go in the other lane ahead of you in line. that is so messed up. And yes, they are extremely slow! The service is hit or miss, sometimes its really fine and they are nice, other times, like tonight, the girl rolls her eyes as I'm explaining something to her. Go at your own risk. Update, actually got cussed out by some crazy old man in the drive thru at this place because of the 2 lanes which are a nightmare, why McDonald's thought 2 lanes is a good idea is beyond me. and people think you took their spot, which I didn't but does it mean you have to cuss a woman out? We are tourists. It was super late after a concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, we wanted food and there weren't many options open in the area other than mcDonalds and Waffle House. We got to this location right before there closing time, maybe 10-15 minutes before they closed. We pulled up to the drive thru menu, there was already a car in front of us ordering, they ordered and then we pulled up to the menu and someone said 'we will be right with you' and then 5 or so minutes later the menu lights shut off. It still wasn't technically close time just yet. After waiting 5 minutes I said "hello?" And no response. We continued to wait for another 5 minutes with a car behind us as well and nobody took our order. We pulled up to the window nobody would come to talk to us. Big waste of time, we drove off and it still hadn't hit midnight when they were supposedly going to close. read more
