24 hr Mcd's in NYC always comes in handy! Especially when you're hungry and had some drinks in ya! It was my first time ordering from this location and it went very smooth! My big Mac meal and 4 piece nuggets was so juicy and fresh I had to pause for a bit because of how good it was! Lol Unfortunately my bf ordered the mccrispy meal and he said it was dry and didn't taste well. My fries were also a bit over salted but the refreshing Coke fountain soda helped out. read more

Ordered through the app. Went inside & waited for the cashier to address me as she stood there doing nothing. I said I'm picking up a mobile order, she directed me to a counter next to her. 20 minutes later my name comes up & I drive off. The order was a McRib & 2 dbl cheeseburgers no bun. While on the road & ready to eat, we discovered the dbl cheeseburgers no MEAT!! It was raining we were exhausted. I called the store the next morning on a Saturday. No answer. I called Sunday, same thing. Monday morning I called & asked for the mgr - Sophie, no apology, she directed me to hq. I call hq - Jake & he tells me someone w/review & call me? Wow. 1 week goes by. I called again & my complaint is acknowledged, but a rep tells me the same. I said unacceptable I need a call same day. No return call. I cld Amex & complained & they gave me the full order refund. I use to live a few blocks from this McDonald's, as long as I can remember this McDonalds has been here on the conduit.this restaurant has a very spacious parking lot .A nice size restaurant itself, back in the day kids would have their birthday parties here .you would get a happy meal and a toy,and if you were lucky enough. Your parents would have Ronald McDonald come out to sing happy birthday to you. And back then they had a a little play ground for the kids right there on the premises. funny how things have changed since then I don't think any kids are having birthday parties here anymore, but I could be wrong.i know alot has changed, McDonalds now may not be a big deal to kids anymore, but once upon a time it was a treat to come here a get a burger and some fries. But when ever I have been to this McDonalds it has been clean and the staff has always been courteous. They also have a drive through window for your convenience. You know how people start reviews and say if they could give zero stars they would? That is exactly how I am feeling at this very moment. I've come to this MC Donald's for years. The service never gets better. Only worse. But today I finally decided to write a review. I went to work late because I wanted to stop for breakfast. Only to finally take out my breakfast sandwich and see it was completely burnt around the edges. One job!!! One job!! In the year 2021 are there no timers to take out sandwiches? I'm just wondering. Customer service: HA. When you get to the window, the person will literally just staring at you. I wasn't sure if I should climb through the window and process the payment myself. No thank you and never ever ever a "you're welcome" i have tried numerous times to be the bigger person but I am officially fed up. If possible, just keep on driving! Don't stop there. Absolutely trash service. They get your order wrong 100% of the time. You can live literally blocks from this place for years, go there almost everyday, get the same thing everyday and every time they'll get something wrong. Their mic never works, they never mix the drinks. Hell they don't even put the right ingredients in the drinks. Theyre always missing sugar apparently. Normally I wouldn't bat an eye at reviewing a fast food chain unless it was horrible but then again that's not fair. This McD on South Conduit was one of the most technologically advanced McD's I've seen in NYC, granted I haven't been in all. It can be extremely difficult to run a fast food chain such as McD so I have to give compliments to the staff and management. They have a screen to help customers monitor when they are being served. There is a machine contraption that carries each fulfilled order from the front of the store to the drive thru window on a electrical track, pretty cool. The restaurant was clean, spacious and efficient. The food was fresh and taste like well... McDonalds! read more

Was looking for a 24 hour McDonald's on Yelp. Found this place... drove to its location only to see the drive through blocked off and the doors locked. All the lights were on and staff was visible but they just decided not to serve anyone. I wonder if the owner of this establishment and corporate knows that this place is doing this. read more

The worst. The worst service, the worst people, the worst location. Everything about this Mcdonald's suck. I came here at 11pm. The drive thru line was super long. I was too lazy to go inside. I was literally on this line for 15 minutes!! It's like they take the customers order, and start making the food once the person gets to the window. The purpose of the drive thru is to get your food and go. That is not the case with this location. Unbelievable. So, anyways, The guy takes my order, and then has the nerve to get an attitude while doing so. I was in shock. So another 10 minutes passes before I could even get my order. I'm so annoyed at this point. I get to the window, and he's so distracted taking someone else's order that he doesn't even see me ready to pay. He just takes my card without telling me my total. This place is trash and it has nothing to do with the food .. the people act like they don't want to do their job and move like their incompetent. it make zero sense that one, I didn't receive a receipt for my meal which is like huh ? SUPER slow drive through late at night (like 20 mins for me to get through the drive through when there were only 3 cars total). And they take cash only as well, which makes me think they aren't even entering the orders into the system and are just ripping off the management. This place sucks late night. I ordered the glazed tenders and it literally looks like they threw some sauce on it.. like how you put ketchup on fries. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon and i got a fucking big mac (which costs considerably less). I also ordered a small milkshake and a small frappe and they both sat on the counter for literally 35 minutes and when i asked the lady to make new ones, she pretended and gave me the same ones that were melted out.
