We come here often. Lately the service has been less than great. They keep messing up our orders.

This is the worst place to order for delivery I live across the street and it took two and half hours to deliver a impossible whopper

I haven't been to the location in person but I did order from Uber Eats and it checked all the boxes. The food was prepared quickly and delivered warm. I had a few specification to the order and all of those were followed. read more

I decided to try the new promotion Burger King has, "burger for breakfast" at this location. Don't ask, I just felt like eating a burger at 8:30 in the morning. I pulled into the drive thru and tried to place my order for a whopper jr meal I was told by an employee that "they don't have that here". I was a little caught off guard by that and explained I checked online before coming here and made sure that this location was running this promotion. I also explained that I see the option on the breakfast menu. He then RUDELY stated that they only have people to make breakfast and that they don't have anyone to make the burgers. This Bk has been here forever. The staff are nice, and service is quick. They are still not allowing seating inside as yet. that maybe because of a heavy volume of customers, due to the bus stop at its front door. So the drive thru is always bustling. The area is pretty busy. Being on the North Conduit and Rockaway Blvd. it's across the street from 7/11, there's motels on the same strip, and it's minutes from JFK. International airport. read more

This location is a family own business, that recently went through many renovations. The renovations itself was long over due, however it looks beautiful inside as well as outside. I have came to this establishment several times and this week I went there twice in a week to feed my family. each time this week has been a disappointment after a disappointment. This location is very inconsistent in many ways. There are times were you can get your food fairly quick, great customer service and hot food. Other times this place can be the complete OPPOSITE! Recently I went through drive through and the line was fairly long, seems like the employees are just constantly chit chatting, on their phones and even one employee having EarPods in her ear while cleaning right in front of her manger who does not do nothing. Very unprofessional if you ask me. The food had taken them 10 minutes to finally come out and my order was simply two cheeseburgers and a small fry. I came back again, to grab some food for my family after work. I figured let me go inside since the drive thru line was very long. The line itself was short inside but it seems as if even with management being there, they are still unprofessional. I ordered 5 rodeo burgers which I figured it shouldn't take that long. I was wrong big time! They made sure they had did the one person in front of me and three other customers orders after me all of them received there orders however I had waited for over 15 minutes with the owner being there, next to two managers. The only thing the young lady said is my order is coming, when my order did come everything was simply lukewarm the fries and burgers. Such a disappointment. I understand it's a fast food joint and not much to expect but I do expect hot food and decent customer service. After a long day of working and waiting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes, I ordered a number 1 - whopper with cheese and took it home. Only to find out that I was given a small bun which is for a whopper Junior. The meat was hanging outside of the bun. If I'm going to pay five dollars for a burger I expect a full size bun that covers the meat. Check your food people. I've been in this store multiple times since I moved here in March. This last time, I just couldn't take it anymore. There is NO excuse that every time I come into this store, the tables are dirty, trash is overflowing and the floor looks like people gave up on the trash cans and just dropped the trash on the floor. The absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. The food wasn't fresh, but worse than that was the ridiculously rude and careless attitude the drive thru attendant AND his manager had. I am nothing but pleasant to employees at any restaurant, if for nothing else but the fact that they are making my food. I've had several experiences at this restaurant and most of them have been terrible from 15 minute waits to rude drive thru attendants to terrible fries or cold sandwiches. They always seem to put the wrong sauce on burgers and always have a bad attitude inside. Management has tried to make up for it, but I always see something wrong when I'm there. However, I will say, recently, this location has turned around. They have an outside group doing their drive thru and it seems to run smoother. Inside is still pretty poor unless the management is at the front, then it's run efficiently. I went by for breakfast the other day and waited for 20 minutes just to get a sandwich. And it was cold. Came here for the $0.50 coffee. They are not participating it was $1.99. It's more expensive than McDonald's down the street. Strike one! Its BK I am sure no on comes her or any chain fast food establishment expecting that once in a lifetime meal. Well some may but I am sure my palate is a little more refined. I do like the proximity to the parkways as its a easy on off to me. I like that this location is also 24hrs. One thing I like about BK is the have it your way concept for my burgers. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Every single experience I've had here, was just terrible. Ordered two orders of 2 for $5 deal, all chicken sandwiches. Very thin, looked burned, had no flavor and honestly seemed stale. I don't know who runs this place, but I will never come here again. We came here because the Subways restaurants were closed. All other choices were out. How this place passes inspection or the standard for burgerking is beyond me. It gives the entire brand a bad name. As a food delivery driver, it is very inconvenient and covid risk to have to come into the restaurant as opposed to picking up at the drive through window. For a small meal, it shouldn't take over 10 minutes with 5 delivery people waiting at the counter. All other other fast food restaurants like toco bell and McDonald's gladly give the order at drive through. As a delivery driver, I will not continue to take orders from this burger king. I'm actually disgusted, I was given moldy biscuits for breakfast on top of them messing my order up completely. This location is not that bad. It is always clean. Had a few issues with "grubhub" deliveries. Last time I ordered I was charged but never got my food. Went down there and spoke with the manager. I decided to use the drive thru here one evening, but I had no cash on me, & the strip on my card was messing up. So after attempting to swipe my card, I asked him if he could type the numbers in. He said no. Then I asked if they're machine does not read the chip, he said no. So then I asked if they have Apple Pay. Once again I got a no. Since I had no way of paying for the food, I began to leave until stopped by the second window. They were telling me I didn't pay for the food.
