This McDonald's is better than some, mostly because the inside is actually nice. It's clean, comfortable enough, and not a place you actively regret sitting down to eat. That said, it is always slow. Busy or not busy, peak hours or completely dead, the pace never really changes. You're waiting either way, which is impressive in its own way. Service is meh, not rude, just slow and a little indifferent. It feels less like being overwhelmed and more like moving at a pace that could definitely be faster if anyone felt like it. The upside is that eating inside here isn't bad. If you're already committed to waiting, at least you're doing it in a clean space that doesn't make you want to leave immediately. Overall, it's still McDonald's. Slightly nicer surroundings, same predictable food, and a timeline that operates on its own schedule. read more

This place is gross! It's the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. It's 9:55 on a Saturday night. No one is hardly in here and I just hear the people working cutting up and playing. Oh wow, what an experience. I came back to this McDonald's because, silly me, I thought maybe the second time around would be different. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. Sitting in the drive-thru here is basically like signing up for a patience marathon you never trained for. My family decided to grab some breakfast before school/work. We went inside and ordered at the kiosk. 10 minutes later still no food so I approached the counter and no one even asked me if I needed something. I held up my receipt and they said they were working on it. They were not. I understand you are taking online orders, drive through, etc but we were literally the only people inside the store and I am convinced if I had not approached the counter, I would still be waiting on my food. The drive-thru lines were both packed, so my family and I went in to order and we waited for our food for at least 25 minutes! This restaurant lacks leadership. The managers do NOT know how to properly run a restaurant. This restaurant is Veteran owned and as a retired 30 year Veteran I am ashamed of how the owners have allowed this to continue for SO long. The restaurant is always in disarray and is always filthy in the dining area. I've had issues with this McDonald's in the past serving me rotten lettuce on my sandwich. I called corporate and they didn't seem to care so I spoke with the manager at this location and text him pictures. He told me he would replace my meal, which I never did take him up on his offer for. Tonight, my bf got me a quarter pounder combo. Took them awhile to bring the food out. Fries were cold, soggy and inedible. My burger was pink on the inside. I don't enjoy seeing pink in my hamburger meat. Terrible quality control at this location. Unfortunately there aren't many drive thru options around the area without having to drive further into spring lake or Cameron. read more

This was the worst place ever made. They always get your your food wrong, and they always suck at their jobs. One time when we were at the play place. It was a mess. There was food everywhere in the play place and there was dead bugs everywhere. I think they should do more of their work, and I think they should do more because they were horrible. I've had nothing but horrible experiences there. I ordered a McDouble and the cheese was next to my burger, not on it. Ordered fries got to the pickup window didn't check my receipt to see if it was on there. I wanted to let the corporation and management know that I had a wonderful experience today with their two servers by the name of Shree and Geneva. I don't often ever write a negative review. When I hear "order when ready" and I proceed to order, and you stop me because you aren't ready? Ok. That's ok, we all make mistakes. It just switched to lunch. She was polite enough, I even added to my order, pleasant exchange. You just switched to lunch?! Did you make them 10min ago??? (The woman taking my order didn't even have her lunch menu open) And a missing cheeseburger (ordered no pickle, but remember my order was already wrong, didn't receive any form of cheeseburger. Typical, shorted. ) Had to GET OUT MY CAR. Leaving my toddler to rush inside to the noticeably pregnant manager. Told her my issue. She was quick to try to resolve while... the runner said. "Yea I put it in there..." Several employees said there was another cheeseburger on top of the happy meal order. But here's my issue. My child is in the car. I've said this MULTIPLE times and no one listened while they all argued with each other to get another cheeseburger, made correctly, compared to the normal cheeseburger sitting in the warmer that I'm assuming was meant for my order. I should not get old stale food or the service I received today. No wonder the woman behind me ordered no salt, she's clearly been here before. So to the runner who's a clear fuck up and can't own up to YOUR mistakes. Go sit down and let someone else do your position. And do yourself a favor and don't clear the screen before you've packed the bag, and maybe idk... listen to your manager who's trying to make a mom's day run smoother.
