Genuinely the worst mc Donald's I've ever been too, been there multiple times (sadly) and every time no matter what I order, which Ive never ordered more than 2 meals, it takes more than 20 minutes. If you go through drive through they park you every single time. I've gotten food from there once and left a review about that and my food had the wrapper from the meat on it still with it being cooked. They aren't really nice and the only thing that keeps them in business is spanaway lake high school being in the area. I truely hope this place gets new management or just shuts down and opens a different fast food place because this isn't even a McDonald's anymore. I meaaaan.... It's a McDonald's. Who hasn't been to a McDonald's and had virtually the same experience?! We came here tonight after a nearby holiday tradition at the Fantasy Lights and wanted a quick and easy dinner with the kids. This one was the closest, and bonus - they had a play area! My kids were stoked to see that, and especially that it was deserted. We ordered from the kiosks and got our food delivered to us in the play place. Service was kind. Our orders were all correct and everything tasted good. No complaints! The department they lack in is cleanliness. The kids play area wasn't the cleanest, and my kids found a partially eaten cheeseburger on the play structure LOL. The bathrooms were pretty bad, which wasn't shocking, but still gross. I haven't ordered from this location in yrs. I just stopped by there minutes ago and ordered a large chocolate shake. When I got home I realized the drink was far too runny to call it a shake. It was really nothing more than the consistency of chocolate milk. I won't ever bother to order anything from there again. If I could have opted for "half a star" I would've chosen that instead. I should've noted before I went there that they only had one and a half stars on Yelp. They really need to just go out of business and go away. read more

The food is always as it is. The service was okay. The inside however needs to be cleaned. There was left over garbage on tablets from other people. Both garbages in the lobby were full. Today the service was good! Both windows were you pay and then receive food was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We did an on line order had to wait for the burgers to be made. When eating my burger I noticed mine was not done all the way... was pretty disappointed as I didn't look at my burger sooner to notice. Horribly managed. I order on the app and head there to pick up my order. The drive through is not open, curbside pickup is not open. I call the restaurant and ask where I should pick up my order. They reply "oh we'll open our drive through in 2 minutes". 5+ minutes later, nothing, I call the restaurant again and ask if I should go inside and pick up my order, I'm told no. Then finally some dude goes outside and removes the cones blocking the drive-through. I mean what the hell is going on here??? I go to the speaker and say I have a mobile order, they confirm my name on the order. I pull up to the first window, person walks away, I sit there for 5 minutes wondering if I should go to the second window. I move up, no-one. Attached is a photo of what I stared at for literally 10 minutes before some miserable looking high schooler walked outta nowhere and just handed me a bag of overcooked nuggets. They got my order right that night to my surprise, but I've go to say, this place gets my order wrong about 40% of the time. For place like this McDonalds would be a solid reason for a zero stars button, first part of my review we went there for late lunch / early dinner coming back from a movie. Usually, we try and avoid going to McDonalds but this one for sure, its on the way home and just was easier. We arrive at 3:51 pm , order thru the kiosk since really, they have no interest in making eye contact or Communcation with customers . Finish order receipt prints time stamp 3:53 pm with order 4 meals . An elderly gentleman had come in right before we were done ordering, i hear him asking a door dasher for help with the kiosk , she said she does not know , I offer to help he tells me he is paying with cash , i know it will take cash but since i have never paid that way and was nervous to help , so i suggested it was best to order at the counter , someone finally appears and takes his order , we are still waiting on food at this point . waiting so more for food , my husband is like i think they are bagging it because we order milkshakes and he sees them sitting there. The gentleman that ordered at least 12 mins after us receives his food, I'm like ok yeah, he had one meal so i get it, we had four. Employees are taking food out to customers in the parking lot, we are still waiting, there was no one in the pickup spots when we pulled in all 6 or so were empty. We finally get our food it is now 4:18 pm.
