For place like this McDonalds would be a solid reason for a zero stars button, first part of my review we went there for late lunch / early dinner coming back from a movie. Usually, we try and avoid going to McDonalds but this one for sure, its on the way home and just was easier. We arrive at 3:51 pm , order thru the kiosk since really, they have no interest in making eye contact or Communcation with customers . Finish order receipt prints time stamp 3:53 pm with order 4 meals . An elderly gentleman had come in right before we were done ordering, i hear him asking a door dasher for help with the kiosk , she said she does not know , I offer to help he tells me he is paying with cash , i know it will take cash but since i have never paid that way and was nervous to help , so i suggested it was best to order at the counter , someone finally appears and takes his order , we are still waiting on food at this point . waiting so more for food , my husband is like i think they are bagging it because we order milkshakes and he sees them sitting there. The gentleman that ordered at least 12 mins after us receives his food, I'm like ok yeah, he had one meal so i get it, we had four. Employees are taking food out to customers in the parking lot, we are still waiting, there was no one in the pickup spots when we pulled in all 6 or so were empty. We finally get our food it is now 4:18 pm. We headed directly home, unbagging our food it is cold, milk shakes melted to water and sauces missing, who wants to pay $55 to $60.00 dollars for this anymore ?? the review on just this McDonalds show over and over how much they lack any concern of how this place is ran , time for a major over-haul, so we can get orders that are right , on time and not cold !! update to 12/17 , after doing the survey, contacting McDonalds corp making a complaint still nothing back from local management, which is the problem of course. My husband does door dash on the side and most of the local dashers do not want to accept orders from there, same reason of course is why , He was there this morning and an employee cussed in front of everyone to I'm guessing a supervisor of some sort and said for one F)*&ing sandwich , I mean yeah we all cuss but really people what if a child was there , I mean it's McDonalds , every child's favorite place to eat and most of us grew up being thrilled when we got McDonalds for any meal . I waited for 30 mins while the employees were standing there looking at me like I was stupid and talking about their nails. I asked for help and they all just looked at us and went back to talking. I have gone there multiple times and every time they mess up my order. They have a few really nice employees, but most of them are very rude. I always get attitude from the person working the 1st window. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! You would have better luck at the Taco Bell or the jack in the box right down the street. I normally don't leave reviews, however, the service was that bad. I waited in line for 10 minutes or so, then I waited another 45 minutes in my car waiting since they told me to wait for my cookies. Yep, you heard that right, all I ordered was cookies. I had to go inside and asked with my receipt in hand for the cookies. Manager was apparently the person at the front counter, she said I'll be back. Went to the back then didn't come out for another 10 mins, told me "here you go"... I politely said, I'm sorry but I just want to say that's a really long time to wait for one thing. She immediately got defensive with a rude tone, cadence and volume. I asked for the manager and she said I'm the manager which she appeared to be in her early 20s, said she already talked to her staff and told me to leave that I was being rude when I asked her a question and never once did she apologize for the time I spent waiting. Idk what's going on with customer service lately but it is full on disrespectful and judging by other reviews I'm seeing this isn't a new thing. It seems like someone should be calling their GM. By far this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to it took me about 7 minutes to place my order in drive thru my food is like always incorrect which I feel that is at every restaurant but anyway I had to park in order to enjoy my meal which I'm disabled to walk, I saw a lady that work in the restaurant walking out to deliver some food to someone out side and got her attention so I ask her would be ok if I get some ranch, which I ask at the beginning to make sure it was in it but it wasn't, her answer was you have to come inside to get it. I go to the store to get food for lunch sometimes and I also go to the store to pick up door Dash orders, most of the time the employees are decent but other times they're just plain rude. They lock the lobby door so no one can get in, and then they act rude when you actually get in if someone lets you in. They don't greet you, don't ring your order up right, and then have the audacity to get upset when you have to come in because your order was wrong. Not the best thing for you. With people watching what they are eating, trying to be healthy and wanting more for the money they spend...McDonalds is not the leader in this area. They are fast food and the quality is not great. If I have to eat here, I will usually get a wrap. The last two times I have asked for NO CARROTS or Cucumbers and BOTH times they told me the wraps didn't have these items in them. Both times I peeled the items out and took them to the counter. Both times they looked at me with surprised faces as if I didn't know what I was talking about or they didn't know how that got in my wrap. I have ordered a few other things "special" and they seem to ignore my wishes and give me what I didn't has for. Customer service is "okay" and at this location there is always a line up in the drive threw....Again, if I have it my way I would rather get real burger meat at a mom and pops sit down place then waste my time and money on this "fast" food. read more

There should be negative stars, although the manager that came at the end tried to help...the damage had already been done. There were 2 adults and 3 kids, we came after a Rainiers game. We ordered one coffee, one iced tea, one large French fry, 2 small sundaes, and a McFlurry. It was probably about 8:45 p.m. on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy. Of course we recieved the iced tea. It's self serve. I watched the kids in the play area. Gf waited for the items to be called. And waited. She was told they lost power and things were powering back up and resetting. No problem. We waited. I recieved my coffee. We waited. Then I noticed a little boy arrive in the play area with ice cream, of course he rolled in probably 20 minutes after us. Finally gf went up and asked for our money back. We needed to get going. It had been over 30 minutes at this point. They asked her what the order was. She was told they called it out and and no one came. Of course she had been standing there right in front of the counter the whole time. We finally got our money back. That place is nuts. Don't go to this McDonald's. I ordered only fries with no salt and when I pulled up to the first window I asked the employee to make sure there's no salt and he says that he does. Went home to find out there's a ton of salt where it tastes like I'm eating only salt. So I go back with my receipt to get fries that don't have salt just to be laughed at and yelled at by the manager that it's my fault because the employee didn't mark that it was supposed to be no salt. First off, yes I logged into the McDonalds survey site and told the same story. I've used this Mc D's for years. Always the same slow to extremely slow. Customer's I've talked with lately said and is proven by the comments here, No change in anything other then the remodel. My last order ( inside ) took all but 15 minutes for two frappe's. The blender was / had been leaking for who knows how long. It was filthy and leaking. I know cause I was watching to see what the hold up was.
