It apparently does not have a public bathroom and the staff was not open to allow me to use the restroom cause I'm sure they have a place to go to the bathroom while I was waiting for my order and I really had to go instead they referred me to a Starbucks down the way. Same rude female employee, not the lady with the glasses, but the other one who works opening shift. Took my order at the drive-through asked me to repeat everything didn't pull up my order on the reader board did not give me my total when I pulled to the window. I had to repeat my whole order again. I think this lady is very passive aggressive in her interactions with customers, but every one else who works there has been very friendly and pheasants. read more

Quite possibly the rudest staff at a Starbucks I've ever encountered. Was never greeted or acknowledged. Walked in and went to mobile orders, no one was there ordering and yet no one asked me what I was waiting on or ever made my drinks or food. She finally threw my drinks to me like a shuffle board. Again not even looking at me or saying anything. The food was forgotten about. After waiting more than 10 min while again no one was in the store I had to rush to get to our event and oh my drink was not even close to being right. I love being treated this way in the morning and I love spending $6 on a drink I can't even drink. Try a different location. read more

I walked in this morning and told miss KIM I had a DoorDash pickup and with her snarky fake smile with an annoyed tone in her voice followed by the fake customer service smile, (I worked in fast food for years) said that it'd be called out when it was ready so as I'm waiting i see her interact with another customer with the same Karen attitude she had with me. So then after a minute she asks one of her coworkers about the order I had told her I was there for whole time it was under the front counter and had been ready the whole time so I waited for no reason. Thank you for NOT letting my potty training 3 year old use the bathroom. While out running errands my toddler had a potty training emergency and had to go. I walked into Starbucks in search of a restroom. Myself and one other customer were the only ones in the lobby. I understand that other people have messed up the bathroom privileges for the rest of us, but you would think a mom trying to find a decent bathroom for her child would be an exception. I was told no and directed to the store down the street and when I replied "Thanks, hope he makes it there" the response from the counter was a condescending "yeah me too" I ended up going to another business nearby who despite having a "no public restroom" sign, allowed my toddler to use the restroom avoiding a potty training mishap. I'm glad he didn't have an accident on your lobby floor as that would have been both bad for his potty confidence and your work flow. If you are a parent of a potty training child or an expecting mom go ahead and take Starbucks off your list of places that might let you use their bathroom. read more

So we went there this morning and I ordered through the Drive-thru a Cinammon Dolce latte with whipp and coconut milk. First we got the cup and it was spilled everywhere, no big deal I thought, so I just wiped my cup with a napking I had in the car. Second as we are driving off I realize there is no whipped cream and the coffee is very full. I though ok no big deal, I will just have my coffee without it. Now as I took a zip something tasted off and I thought maybe is just because I didn't have whipped cream? So I kept drinking some more, but not even a quarter of the cup down, I get this bad pain, now I am lactose intolerant but I ordered coconut milk it should not be an issue. You can imagine what happens next, I had to stop drinking my coffee and rush to the restroom. I asked my fiancee to take a taste and he confirmed that it smelled and tasted spoiled. So I feel like I might have been given old coconut milk, cause I drink Starbucks quite often and I have never gotten this sick. Not cool Starbucks, not cool. read more

I'm not sure why they have such a hard time making iced coffee but it never fails if I go inside they do it just fine. If I'm in a hurry and go through the drive through it's like they lose all sense of what needs to be done. On multiple occassions I have tasted my drink to find something not quite right....I look at the bottom of the cup and there is a thick clump of chocolate and powder at the bottom. THE DRINK IS NOT GOING TO TASTE LIKE WHAT I PAID FOR IF YOU DO NOT STIR THE INGREDIENTS. Today I got a Chile Mocha through the drive through, left, took one drink and there was zero chile and zero mocha flavor. I get to work, look at the bottom of the cup and business as usual there is a heaping glob of chocolate and what I can only imagine is a mocha chile powder (??) lining the entire bottom of my Venti cup. In my ill fated attempt to stir it with my straw (I have no long spoon handy, this is why THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO STIR IT FOR YOU) my hands are now a sticky mess and the powder has coagulated in clumps throughout my drink. Had they stirred it AT ALL before putting in the ice there would be ZERO coagulation as the powder WOULD HAVE DISSOLVED. It is very frustrating paying almost $6 for a coffee drink and it's not made properly. I attempted to call the manager and let them know that someone needs to be retrained however I was told there is NO MANAGER available AT ALL today as she is in meetings...ALL DAY. read more

This is a very average Starbucks. Basically a meh on the wow factor scale. The coffee is fine. The location is meh (to be honest I think it's next to a drug dealer camp). The staff is okay. Nothing fabulous about it. I mostly just go through the drive thru because I've had the employees act rude to me so I'd rather not deal with them that much. It's a lot of college students so I understand that this isn't going to be there forever job but still. No need to be rude. I've tried to study in there a couple times but the music is too loud. I wasn't able to concentrate. I know that it sounds like I'm really not a fan of this place, but it's an okay Starbucks. 3 stars seems like a fair deal. I know that experiences are different each time so it's just the averaged out score I gave them. Go here if you want coffee. Who knows that you'll get. Sometimes they are good. Other times, meh. Pretty disappointed with Starbucks this afternoon. This is our regular location and normally they are okay. But today we had our elderly dog with us and as a treat we were going to get him a pupacino(small cup of whipped cream). When we asked for it at the drive thru, the server rudely said " NO, we are too busy!" We go here almost everyday and they have been way busier and still had time to be nice. I visited this store yesterday. A big shout out to Holly for giving a great impersonation of grumpy smurf. What a sour person. Why on earth would that be the first point of contact for customer service... what a simple but effective blunder. The bad reviews for bad service are warranted. However, the product is predictably and consistently Starbucks to their credit. For what one pays at Starbucks for filtered city water and ground beans this level of service is a crime. Trust me, there is no magic in the beans they serve unless you call evil incantations magic... Starbucks staff should pay a little (a lot) more attention to their hiring practices. The staff is rude and clearly is doing what they have to do (versus being pleasant) which makes it a poor experience. Shame on Starbucks regional staff. This store is an embarrassment. read more

Ordered a tall blonde in a grande cup because it always spills over. Which normally comes out to $1.91 or around that when I go to the one on 72nd st, but I wasn't around that area, so didn't go there, they charged me $2.46, which wasn't a big deal to me. It took them 5 mins of me sitting by the drive thru window. Most days I'm in a hurry, but not that day, not a big deal. Then I get my coffee, way too much cream and it was luke warm if even that, and that's why I'm writing this review. One thing after the other that I decided to brush off, but coffee is supposed to be hot regardless if there's cream and sugar in it, especially if I ordered a "hot" drink. On another occasion I ordered a tall expresso frap, and the lady at the drive thru was asking, "what? a triple shot expresso, what?" Literally, I was thinking where did she get all of that from?? Anyways, I ended up ordering a coffee frap with an extra expresso shot, and a one min later of trying to order she gets the point. The amount of time for them to make my drink was three times longer than me trying to make my order. Waste of time.. Ending remarks would include: slow service, bad listening skills, and I end up paying more here than at the Starbucks on 72nd st in Tacoma. My daughter and I stopped for a quick breakfast and only 1 table was available inside and this was a week day, maybe the location being close to the college? but the crowd actually was pretty diverse. The woman working the counter was nice and our barista was a little fancy and all tossing the caramel bottle in the sky like a bartender?!?! I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, but over the last few months it's really gone downhill. Just today I placed my order and then watched while the barista took a phone call and dealt with an issue at another store. I had to wait at the counter (I hadn't paid, and I am honest) while he talked about schedules, went into the back to look at the calendar and came back out again. I felt like an after thought. I'm sorry, aren't my money and I the whole point of your operation? Apparently not, because they've made every effort to drive people out. They've removed half the tables and even took out the garbage cans. In short, the drive thru here is quick, but it appears to be the sole focus of this branch. It feels like they'd rather you didn't come inside at all. read more

Poor service, rude order taker. Coffee is below usual Starbucks standards. I meet a client of mine on a semi regular basis at this location. Each of the past 3 visits (over a month period) have been so far below the bar that Starbucks sets at other locations that I have no choice but to let my fellow Yelpers know that this is a Starbucks location to be skipped over. Today I was told by the person that I ordered from in a very abrupt voice "I KNOW" when I asked her for my my pastry item that she had forgotten to give to me. The coffee was from the bottom of the brewer and had enough grounds in it to give me a good tea leaf reading. The visit before the staff was arguing with a customer who was attempting to get a free drink because the drink he purchased (several days before) was not to his liking. While this is not a valid reason in my opinion to request a refund keeping the half dozen people waiting in line while arguing with a customer is not a good business decsion. We had to wait while the baristas debated and instructed the upset customer how he should of gone about asking for a new beverage. The drink costs less than five bucks. Buy him a drink and make the rest of us happy that you are trying to fill our orders and send us on our way! This location should be avoided. read more

I ordered a toasted bagel, and had been the only customer in line. As soon as I paid, 2 more people walked into the store, and instead of throwing my bagel into the toaster, the barista proceeded to take their orders. The 2nd customer had a complicated coupon that the barista didn't understand. Then two more customers walked in and my bagel still hadn't been put into the toaster. The 3rd customer asked about ingredient information in a certain food, and the barista consulted with some others to find out if there was a particular allergen in the food. It took 11 minutes for me to get my toasted bagel, at that point $2.75 seemed way overpriced for the "convenience" of grabbing a bagel on the go. read more

This Starbucks is the definition of SLOW. Literally last Saturday I entered the drive thru at 7:25 & was in line until 7:50!! Nearly 30 mins in a DRIVE THRU? When I arrived at the window I was not offered an apology or any indication that the staff realized that their service times were so terrible or unacceptable. Then when I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about my experience, I was told she was "too busy" to hear about my experience in her restaurant. Really? Doing what?
