I will only give this restaurant 2 stars because it was newer and clean. My issue is that when I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches that were listed at $2.50 each on the kiosk, they listed at that price until it came to the pay screen. At that point it showed them $2.50 crossed out and $3.00 each as the total. When I asked a person named Robin that I was told was one of the owners, she told me that it was a system wide glitch and that I should go by the prices listed on the menu, meaning the monitors behind the counter. When I suggested that the should then turn off the kiosks as to not give false pricing. She smirked and said "oh - you think so! " as she dismissedly walked away. First- a glitch doesn't cross out a price at the end and insert another. Second- why would it be correct on the monitor behind the counter. read more

We entered the store on Tuesday night, and ended up not receiving our order until Wednesday. We were very hungry boys, and this very rude Latina lady would not put the fries in the bag and give my friend his McFlurry he was yearning for. After we finally got her to provide one for us as we payed for, she told us that it had been there the whole time even though it had not. Nice ambiance and fellow McDonald enthusiasts there that sadly had to share the foul experience that this lady provided. With that said, this place barely earns 1 star. It's a McDonalds, so you know what to expect. This particular location has been here for well over 50 years, but obviously remodeled several times. We recently moved back to the area and have been here for lunch a few times during the week and I'm always impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff. Got home and had 1 triple cheeseburger and 2 small hamburgers. How hard can it be to read and place items in a bag. Obviously beyond the scope of the night shift and it's not due to a busy night. Placed a breakfast order at 10:20 AM. Received confirmation email. Drove to the location to pick it up, went to the drive-through and told them my order number and they told me to pull up. When I tried to call them back they did not answer and my crispy chicken sandwich has no mayo no lettuce or tomatoes it's just a old piece of chicken and when I called and tried to complain there is no number. The workers at this McDonald's are incoherent and rude. My friends and I placed three separate mobile orders for food which were confirmed through the McDonald's app and email. We went through the drive through one time and were told that none of the mobile orders went through and that we needed to go through the drive through again. We waited in line for another 20 minutes for the drive through only to be told that only one order had been processed. We were told that there was an issue with the store's computer and that the other two orders would not go through after the two people had already been charged money on their credit cards. We asked for help getting refunds, and the workers did not know how to request refunds on the app. In this situation, the workers should have just given us our food but they let us leave without getting anything even though we were charged money. I will never return to this location and these workers should know what they are doing. read more

So this is a new one. Pulled into McDonalds today, my dad decides to go inside because he thinks it's faster that way. I know how drive thrus work so that didn't match my assessment. What I wasn't prepared for was how long it'd take or how many other customers would get their orders. It took well over 20 minutes to get the order. The order was four items: a 6 piece nugget, McDouble, Sausage Biscuit, and Bacon Egg and Cheese. A total of fifteen customers got their orders before we did. When we finally did, we were offered the bag with a curt 'sorry about the wait' where the employee then turned her back on us. The food itself? The oil for the nuggets is old and needed changed. The burger was warm, but not close to hot. The service remains the problem at McDonalds and I can no longer say it's better in the daytime. read more

Honk my horn. Spanish girl gets out of the car calling me a bitch. Speaks in Spanish to the worker referring to me as a gringo. Tells me to honk again so I do. Finally pull up to the window we can hear the Spanish employees saying don't give them anything. So the Spanish lady then says no milkshakes the machine is not working. This McDonalds is poorly run. I often visit for late night snack if I get out of work late night. HUGE lines and it feels like the staff on duty is lost and learning the position. Also I always double check my order cause it's always wrong. Sadly this is the only one open so late so not many options. I give two starts for being open 24 hours. First visit, standard McDonald's experience. Second visit (tonight), INEXCUSABLE! I've worked in the fast food industry a few years ago so I'm one to be sympathetic for simple mistakes. This particular employee needs to be fired! First window, placed our order with no difficulty. Second window, she reads out an order and asks if it's correct. My fiance says "negative" when she slams the window in his face. She then proceeds to play with the helium balloons next to her counter - with encouragement from her co-workers! By the time someone gave her a bag of food, she finally came back to the window and tried to give us the wrong order - again! She replied, "you said yes." Excuse me? "Negative" is more than one syllable! We were born here and have been speaking English since birth! As an ESL teacher, I can assure you, we don't mumble. She then repeats the SAME wrong order we've been telling her no to. It's as if we are talking to a brick wall. She asks for the receipt, which we give her. And yet, with it printed in clear black and white, she is STILL confused. My fiance begins to raise his voice and enunciate the correct order AGAIN! Despite she now has the receipt right in front of her! After sitting there for 7 minutes, what I presume to be the manager comes over, glances at the receipt and tells the employee, "the bag is right here. What are you doing?" She hands us the bag but forgets to give us the drink. After asking for the receipt and the drink, we now have the correct order - after 15 minutes! Miss helium-loving-idiot, you have now lost my business, my fiance's business, our friend's business, and co-workers business. As one worker to another, stop playing with the balloons, gossiping with coworkers, PAY ATTENTION and DO YOUR JOB! You do not deserve $15/hr, nor 15 minutes of my time. read more
