I made a special trip to McDonald's for The Grinch Meal. It comes with Grinch Salt which is Dill Pickle Seasoning, a McShaker bag for the fries and seasoning, along with a pair of Grinch socks. There are four styles/colors available. My service was prompt and efficient. The ambiance was good and restaurant is clean. Now I have to collect the other three pairs of socks. Merry Grinchmas! read more

The $5 meal was good. The atmosphere made me feel little a uncomfortable. No machine to get refills yourself, you have to ask! At a McDonald's?! The bathroom was dirty, the trash can was full, and sink was all wet. read more

Very disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's. My order took a long time to arrive, the food was cold, and the French fries were soft and tasted stale. On top of that, the staff seemed inattentive and didn't apologize for the delay. I expected much better service. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves the overall customer experience. read more

The service is trash. The restaurant is dirty the staff is rude and acts like you're an inconvenience. Stop hiring old people. They're bitter and broke so they take it out on other people. Since when can I not order a sweet tea no ice and you can't fill I completely or put the lid on. SMH. And why do I deserve hostility for asking why? Just do your job without complaining I didn't force you to work here read more

I came through the drive through this morning to pick up a mobile order that was placed. I read the order number and they said that order didn't exist. I repeated the order and the lady became very rude yelling at me telling me it didn't exist and they couldn't give it to me because the phone it was ordered on wasn't there so they couldn't ping it. They told me I had to re-order and pay for it again. They then told me they needed to have someone else help me. So I re-ordered and paid again. When I went to get the order, the lady was rude and shut the window and walked away when I was talking to her. I ordered exactly how it was placed on the ap, and they gave me the wrong order. Will never go to this location ever again. It's sad too as I was there the night before and ordered a frozen lemonade and she was so nice and so friendly read more

Really wanted some food, waited at the drive thru for 30 mins before driving off. Nobody came on the speaker, whoever's managing this location is clearly r*tarded read more

Why is the lobby littered with dirt, bird poop and french fries? 1. It's 10 am in the morning and they don't serve fries until like 11, so that means is from the night before where they close at 10pm???. You've had 12 hours to clean up these fries how does this manager have a job??? Thx for the quick food but like come on. Health inspector needs to show read more

Adding another 1 star review, wishing I could make it zero stars instead. Service here? Abysmal. Horrific. Been here twice after an appointment to grab a quick bite to eat (fries or a nugget) and the service was terrible each time. The employees here are children. There's no direction, no desire to work, no willingness to do their job. If you want to order in person or on the kiosk? Forget it. Want to order at the drive thru? Forget it. You'll be there all day. Heck, I ordered on the app and I still had to wait close to a half hour. The children working here enjoy goofing around and that's about it. Clearly no manager on duty here. Oh, and to make matters worse I picked up my mobile order inside where there was a group of young children with their parents. Want to know what song was playing on the bluetooth speaker? I'm in Luv Wit A Stripper. Stay classy, Southfield! read more

Asked for 4 cups of Mac Sauce the guy at the window said I got you. He gives me one cup instead of 4.... Also I explicitly had ranch on my sauce request for nuggets and ended up getting ketchup. Jesus. read more

Never a good experience and I live next door. I ordered steak and egg bagels, no egg at all, the service is terrible and the food is worse

Incredibly rude staff. I mentioned I was using the app and have a code and the cashier said "well duh, if you're using the app". I could not believe the way they spoke to people. read more

Do not go here! I had the displeasure of having to order a big order for a party. I ordered 10 cheeseburgers and two of them came without a burger!? Are you kidding me? And it's only drive through so i have no real way of getting a replacement. I also ordered 50 nuggets and they gave me five sauces. I asked at every window for more and they refused. I guess I'll have to tell 12 people to share five sauces. Don't waste your money here. All those kids should be fired! read more

Literally no customer and still take all day for my order! And the staff is nonchalant and show no concern for their customers

The worst McDonalds location possibly in the state of MI. Every single time I come to this location there is an issue. Always always always. The entire store needs an overhaul. Worst customer service, worst attitudes, worst experience. read more

Quick stop, or so I thought! I pulled up to the Drive Thru, no line, just one in each lane. Of course I picked the wrong one. Once I pulled up to the speaker I sat and waited while I watched three cars order and pull ahead. I finally said something and the response was to go ahead with my order whenever I was ready! I placed my order for a large coffee ($1 any size) and a Sausage Burrito ($1.29 on their value menu) and was surprised to see the total over $5! I clarified my order including the price for each item and then pulled around to the window to pay. When I pulled up she repeated my order as two Egg McMuffins!! I again clarified my order and after a few minutes she corrected or found the right one and I paid $2.43. I couldn't pull ahead to get my order because there were two cars ahead of me and this took almost five more minutes for the first car to get their order. The next car went quickly and my order was also ready when I pulled up. The main reason for two stars instead of one is that I've stopped here many times in the past and never experienced this long of delay. Also, my order did come up hot and fresh with the taste I was expecting! read more

Sunday the 25thafternoon 2:10. Drive thru a disaster. No orders being take. In either lane. Backing way up

Nothing was working at drive thru. Took 20 minutes. Not fast food. They wouldn't take order at drive thru speaker. Made everyone pull up to window and order and wait. At that point just close the drive thru. read more

I go through the drive thru at this McDonald's a few times a month. Each time I go I am greeted with nothing but friendly, fast service. When there are no other vehicles in the lane, I can order, pay, get my order and be on back on the road in 3 minutes. Way to go, McDonald's!! read more

Why have two lanes when the people working dont know how to manage them both rather yet 1 lane? Had 6 cars order in-front of me when I was there first?!! Proceeded to just leave. read more

WORST customer service I've ever experienced, and that's saying a lot for fast food. I went through drive-thru which was fine. Because I had a few mins before I had to be somewhere I pulled over in a parking spot to eat. After I decided to go inside and use the restroom and get a coffee. As soon as I walked in the door to go to the restroom, the guy at the front counter screamed at me that the restrooms were for PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY. First of all, I'd already been a paying customer, second, even if I was going inside to order I would have used restroom and washed my hands before ordering food!!! read more

It is terrible when I got the fillet of fish I was vomiting all night and the fries are freezing cold and they don't put the lids on tight when you get soda read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The Mc chicken is always soggy. You ask for no ketchup, you get no burger instead. All the food on Southfield road is gross, go to the Taco Bell on Coolidge in Berkley, I just saved you time. read more

This location is always slow. There is no let me hit this drive-thru real quick. The other thing as well, they hardly ever have that second lane in the drive-thru opened up. Also, the food quality is always terrible--cold fries and chicken nuggets that are way past their shelf life. On another note, you better check your bag. You have to ask for Napkins straws, etc. This location is the worst. read more

Always closed when I try to go. Placed an order online, got a confirmation in the McDonald's app and went to pick it up. The one person screamed at me they are closed without even opening the drive through window to let me explain. Never going here again. read more

Food terrible, service was rude. I know I'm old (62) but I worked at fast food & I know this isn't the way I was trained to interact with customers. Stopped at the drive thru on our way home, there was a line but things moved right along until I got to the first window to pay. Took longer than usual to get change - then went to window #2, waited - waited - waited (for a Big Mac. fries & Quarter Pounder) - only to be told to pull up to window #3 to wait some more. 10 minutes later an employee handed me a bag, glared at me & closed the window without a word. In the meantime the cars behind me are getting food & pulling away at a normal pace. Quarter Pounder was slopped over with condiments, all of our food was cold. I went inside to get a refund. No greeting, no thank you, no apologies for delay - nothing. Will never go back read more

I literally wanted to strangle the little guy "manager." He accused me of honking my horn at him at the drive-through window, which did not happen. When I told him I was there to collect the quarter pounder that they had shorted me on my order from 10 minutes earlier he demanded to see the receipt that they never gave me in the first place. Then told me to park and come inside. I showed him my bank account debit on my phone for the amount that I had just paid them and he still fought with me about giving me the damn hamburger. Dismissed me at the front counter with a flip of his hand and told me I was disrespecting him, and then went back to providing shitty service to other customers at the drive-through window. I lobbed a hearty F.U. his way and told him to jam the burger where the sun don't shine. He refused to give me his name but I reported him to corporate anyway. The next day, the "secretary" for the owner called to tell me not to worry, because the management of the place was going to change the next day. Yeah, we'll see. This place has been a disaster for years. I felt bad because I worked at Wendy's for years when I was a kid, so I know how tough the job can be. But, damn, this crew is special. read more

Needs zero stars!! Have stopped at this location for my unsweetened tea and breakfast on the way or back from the airport probably 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years Never have I ever experienced blatant in your face straight up unadulterated obnoxious disrespectful rudeness Anywhere like I have at this McDonald's location!! They have a 1 star for a reason. Go to this location if you want to get a taste of what prison food tastes like. If you decide to dine inside, you will actually feel like you're in a correctional facility. The staff that work here are highly questionable and wouldn't want to have normal interaction with them let alone have them touch my food. Having them make a simple cheese burger the way it comes is too much to ask... no pickle no onion. My advise? Keep driving read more

Horrible customer service. They need to close this poor place of business. Go to the one on greenfield

Worst McDonald's ever. They consistently mess up in the drive-through, and when you go inside to get it fixed they have an attitude or take forever so you end up with cold food. They claim they're open 24 hours, But if you ever have to come between 12 midnight, and 6 AM, they will make up crap like the computers down or somethings not working or they're out of whatever you want to order so I don't have to serve you. So the workers can keep talking and screwing around. McDonald's should clean this up or shut this location down. Also they're mobile ordering is a joke, what usually happens when you arrive at the location is they are out of what you ordered, are they screw up your order and just end up going in. This McDonald's is closed. Or at least that is what they tell you when you pull up to it the last couple of weeks. It doesn't matter if it's three in the afternoon, or 930 at night. And there are at least a dozen workers in the building. Lots of pissed off people. December 24, 2018. Surprise this McDonald's is still open. Needed to stop there because it was one of the only places open to grab something quick on Christmas Eve. They were super slow. Claimed their mobile scanner wasn't working so they would not accept coupons...and of course the shake machine was down. An embarrassment to the Golden Arches. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to in my whole life!!
