I came through the drive through this morning to pick up a mobile order that was placed. I read the order number and they said that order didn't exist. I repeated the order and the lady became very rude yelling at me telling me it didn't exist and they couldn't give it to me because the phone it was ordered on wasn't there so they couldn't ping it. They told me I had to re-order and pay for it again. They then told me they needed to have someone else help me. So I re-ordered and paid again. When I went to get the order, the lady was rude and shut the window and walked away when I was talking to her. I ordered exactly how it was placed on the ap, and they gave me the wrong order. Been here twice after an appointment to grab a quick bite to eat (fries or a nugget) and the service was terrible each time. The employees here are children. There's no direction, no desire to work, no willingness to do their job. If you want to order in person or on the kiosk? Forget it. Want to order at the drive thru? Forget it. Quick stop, or so I thought! I pulled up to the Drive Thru, no line, just one in each lane. Of course I picked the wrong one. Once I pulled up to the speaker I sat and waited while I watched three cars order and pull ahead. I finally said something and the response was to go ahead with my order whenever I was ready! I placed my order for a large coffee ($1 any size) and a Sausage Burrito ($1.29 on their value menu) and was surprised to see the total over $5! I clarified my order including the price for each item and then pulled around to the window to pay. When I pulled up she repeated my order as two Egg McMuffins!! I again clarified my order and after a few minutes she corrected or found the right one and I paid $2.43. I couldn't pull ahead to get my order because there were two cars ahead of me and this took almost five more minutes for the first car to get their order. The next car went quickly and my order was also ready when I pulled up. The main reason for two stars instead of one is that I've stopped here many times in the past and never experienced this long of delay. WORST customer service I've ever experienced, and that's saying a lot for fast food. I went through drive-thru which was fine. Because I had a few mins before I had to be somewhere I pulled over in a parking spot to eat. After I decided to go inside and use the restroom and get a coffee. Stopped at the drive thru on our way home, there was a line but things moved right along until I got to the first window to pay. Took longer than usual to get change - then went to window #2, waited - waited - waited (for a Big Mac. fries & Quarter Pounder) - only to be told to pull up to window #3 to wait some more. 10 minutes later an employee handed me a bag, glared at me & closed the window without a word. I literally wanted to strangle the little guy "manager." He accused me of honking my horn at him at the drive-through window, which did not happen. When I told him I was there to collect the quarter pounder that they had shorted me on my order from 10 minutes earlier he demanded to see the receipt that they never gave me in the first place. Then told me to park and come inside. I showed him my bank account debit on my phone for the amount that I had just paid them and he still fought with me about giving me the damn hamburger. Dismissed me at the front counter with a flip of his hand and told me I was disrespecting him, and then went back to providing shitty service to other customers at the drive-through window. I lobbed a hearty F.U. his way and told him to jam the burger where the sun don't shine. He refused to give me his name but I reported him to corporate anyway. The next day, the "secretary" for the owner called to tell me not to worry, because the management of the place was going to change the next day. Yeah, we'll see. Worst McDonald's ever. They consistently mess up in the drive-through, and when you go inside to get it fixed they have an attitude or take forever so you end up with cold food. They claim they're open 24 hours, But if you ever have to come between 12 midnight, and 6 AM, they will make up crap like the computers down or somethings not working or they're out of whatever you want to order so I don't have to serve you. So the workers can keep talking and screwing around. McDonald's should clean this up or shut this location down. Also they're mobile ordering is a joke, what usually happens when you arrive at the location is they are out of what you ordered, are they screw up your order and just end up going in. This McDonald's is closed. Or at least that is what they tell you when you pull up to it the last couple of weeks. It doesn't matter if it's three in the afternoon, or 930 at night.
