This location is absolute trash. I went through the DRIVE THRU. The lady at the window told me to pull up to stall 2. I waited in spot 2 for 20 min. I finally went inside, showed my receipt and told the lady at the Mobile order spot that I ordered over 20 min ago and no one has brought out the food. She didn't say "sorry" or anything that any normal person would say. She just took my receipt and I waited another 5 min in the lobby. I've had some long wait times in fast food, and normally have no problem waiting, especially if it's a rush. My issue is they didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had been out there for 20 min while everyone else was getting brought their food. Won't be going back to this location. read more

Used the drive through service tonight, was ask to pull forward and our order of 10 nuggets and a quarter pounder would be brought out. But the manager this evening not only took our order and messed up, she never came to the window to apologize ask what the problem was just kept sending back the young man who I could tell barely spoke English so he didn't understand what we were saying. We could hear the manager clearly yelling when we checked the bag and found not one, not two, but 3 of our items that we ordered missing. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm working in Tennessee and saw on the website that this McDonald's was open 24/7. So I pulled in to get coffee and the light were all off. I called the phone to see if I could get an answer and the lady says some days are 24/7 and not that day. So the second visit I pulled up to prefer a bacon McGriddle and when I said I'd like a bacon McGriddle the female voice said WHAT Do YOU MEAN A Bacon McGriddle. Well it seems to be habitual to have issues at this McDonalds but specifically today let me start with I did not complete a purchase with them and completely their fault. As my son wanted breakfast from McDonald's this morning I reluctantly said yes. Pulled up to the drive through which had cars on both sides. No one acknowledged us through the speaker. Obviously someone had to realize that it was broke and they were not getting orders from the first lane. Why not take two minutes and put a sign up instead of wasting your customers time. Once I manipulated out of the line and went to Sonic... I tried to call McDonald's to suggest they close off that lane ... but no one answered. Total dissatisfaction...yet again.
