Got lukewarm food that looked like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. A bacon ranch burger and a brisket sandwich with a medium coke for twenty dollars. I wouldn't eat here again. read more

Very friendly staff. The store was clean. Fast service. I don't eat fast food often but this was surprisingly pleasant.

We are currently in the establishment. Very polite staff. We actually saw them refilling things & cleaning the lobby. Food was done quickly. However, the roast beef on the sandwich was barely warm, the chicken looked old & was barely warm, the mayonnaise tasted sour, and the loaded curly fries were old & didn't taste good at all. Those were quickly replaced with regular fries at my request, no questions asked. I was really going to try to power through, but just couldn't. Things like this seem common at fast food restaurants around this time of day. Business has slowed down, and no one really fools with replacing the old/cold food either because they don't want to, or there's a food cost issue. We kind of expected it, which is why I didn't really say anything. At least the staff is friendly. read more

Based on the current TV ad for your company, I drove a long distance to taste this rare, prime rib sub and was totally disappointed, angry and very dismayed. For one thing, the actual sub looked absolutely NOTHING like the ad and in fact tasted like the mildew, creamy white sauce that it was. So not only did I waste my time and money that it cost me, but also the delightful feeling that I had to think I was going to get a great rare prime rib sub sandwich. What a disappointment and what a crime against the advertising industry. This type of false advertising should be banned and illegal and if you folks fall for it, you are the only ones to blame, for as I can see, many others also did the same thing. read more

I had worked at several fast food joints in my few short years in the business and Arby's was one of those. You get free food and this is one of the few that I never tire of. Some I can eat at again after years of separation. Arby's is simple food - not as simple as it was back when - what with all the menu additions. That's the problem with most fast food places these days - they try to appeal to a broader customer base and fall short on most items on the menu - including the one they "specialize" in. When I go to Arby's, I don't want a market fresh cold-cut sandwich - that's why there is a Subway. I don't want fried chicken - there's KFC. I don't want a fish - there's Florida... I go here just for the roast beef. I know, I know, it's not a true hunk of roast beef - remember - I used to work there?! What it is - it's a simple sandwich, served with simple sauce on a bun. But that is what I like about it. I will occassionally get fries or potato cakes, but I usually just want an Arby's with Horsey sauce - no frills, no lettuce or tomato or cheese. For the regular roast beef sandwiches, I usually wait for coupons. While I think the sandwich is good - I really don't want to pay $3 for a very few ounces of meat and a bun. One note - their new sliders I guess you call them are actually pretty good, too. I've had the ham & swiss, roast beef, roast beef swiss and jalepeno. The bun they come on is really soft and taste great! Granted you won't have the amount of meat shown in the commercial. They have to have the same portion of meat as they sell, BUT, they move most of it to the side of the bun facing the camera - tricky, but they all do it. At a buck each between 2 and 5 - they are a good deal. read more

This is the Arby's closest to my house and I go here all the time. I like the food and the service is usually fine. But here's the real tea - whenever I go here during the night shift like 8 or 9 after work, I have to wait at speaker to order for like 10 mins. The first time it happened I just drove up to the menu and was like, "sorry I thought y'alls speaker was broken..." and then the second time I waited for 10 mins again and it started to rain so I just gave up and left. My mom says this has happened to her to several times. Working in fast food I totally understand pre-closing and accidentally not paying attention because you're cleaning, but it really irritates me when I wait for so long and they're not even busy. read more

I love Arby's, typically they have the best fast food around. However, this one is by far the worst Arby's I have ever been. I finally had my "last straw" moment recently and will never eat there again. When I go to this place, I typically order something for the moment and something for later at work. 99% of the time something is wrong with my order (ie I order a cheddar and beef, it's missing the cheddar, sandwich is stone cold). Almost every time I place an order in the drive through I have to repeat myself five or six times, and STILL have to correct them on the rundown. My final order there, I ordered a small meal. When I pulled to the window they took my card and swiped it, then handed me a large drinks. I informed them that I had ordered a small and the woman said that she had already charged me for a large and that I was put down as such. As a human being, I know what I said not 2 minutes prior to this. As a customer, you NEVER correct me- as I am ALWAYS RIGHT. And to top all of my issues with this, the manager, who was standing right there, never once tried to remedy the issue. read more

Also discovered a couple days later that the cashier swipes my credit card information (I had just gotten a new card and this was the only places I used it). I went by this location today around 1:40 or so. I went in cause the drive through was busy but went in ordered got my food before I could even get the drinks!!! I was on cloud 9! Well needless to say I bring lunch for my father, brother and myself and was ready to grub!! I opened wrapper and there is so much Arbys's sauce on it the met was swimming in it!! Thanks a lot for ruining my lunch! I started to call but I was too mad! I spent 20 on Arby's sauce! Don't worry I will never come back and we use to come at least twice a month when we get haircuts! The evening shift has one thing going for them, consistency. They are consistently terrible. Sloooow service and poor customer service.

I have eaten at this Arby's once a week for over a year. I have never been disappointed. My food is always fresh and never wrong. The staff is very friendly and the employee turn-over rate is very low. I only wish they still had the chocolate turn-overs! Keep up the great work! You guys rock! read more
