I requested that my filled of fish be wrapped in paper because it's too hard to eat out of the box while driving. They refused to do it at first, I told them I'd had it like that before. This is probably one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest McD's I've even been into. Every time we camp at the KOA near this location, I always stop in once, if not more. Early in the a.m. when my whole family is still sleeping I come here for a coffee. The coffee is always fresh, and if you dine inside you get unlimited free refills. I'll be honest, I drank 2 large cups this morning and took one to-go. It was chilly morning and a fresh hot cup of coffee with 1 cream and 2 Splenda was the perfect warming device for me. The restrooms have been clean every time I was here. The restaurant itself is very large and had plenty of booths, high tops and table seating. The employees are friendly and service is efficient- even when it's busy, and it can get busy! It's a good MickyD's. read more

y'all are the worst Fuggin McDonald's I have ever been to and ur the closest to my house. everytime I order food something is fugged up with it. We stopped here on the way to Mackinaw city as I filled up on gas and thought to get a coffee and muffin. The service is ok and the server didn't completely understand my order and messed up. It cant get more any complicated then a coffee and a muffin! The seating is pretty nice, and washrooms are clean. There is parking on the location and they have free Wifi. read more

Totally impressed with the new ordering screens in the lobby. Super clean, great workers and perfect quality food. Fast and friendly servers. Manager, a completely different story..... The manager on duty at 7:45 am this morning was a nightmare. She was extremely rude to her employee's, verbally threatening them all with write ups if they moved from their work stations loud enough for all customers in the dining room to hear. Never smiled or spoke to customers. This woman should not be in the customer service business, or in charge of employees. The workers looked afraid to speak or look at her. Always liked McDonalds but getting way too expensive and the quality keeps going down. I remember when it was one of the cheapest and best fast food places around. Went there for an Ice cream cone and sunday and it was $5. Went back again a few days later for a chocolate shake and it was $5 as well ($5 for a shake). Left the drive threw line and went to Wendy's and got a frosty, it was half the price and better quality. Don't know what this corporation is thinking but I think I am going to be done with McDonalds, ether they need to way up the quality or lower there prices. read more

SKIP THIS MCDONALDS. We stopped by this location on a road trip. We order a Big Mac that came in a Big Mac box...but with a quarter ponder inside with Big Mac sauce. We told the manager and they threw it away and gave us a new Big Mac. We also order 2 apple pies that were not hot, in fact they were borderline cold. I went two weeks ago and I was driving home kind of late from work. I just got a coke and a small French Fry. I'm a person who drinks Coca Cola all the time. I don't like Pepsi. I like Coca Cola. Went through the drive thru a couple of weekends ago. I had a big order. I asked that they PLEASE get it right because they usually mess up something. They promised they would. Got home, several things were wrong. I ordered a 10 piece nugget - it was missing. I ordered a dozen cookies - half were missing. The fish sandwich wasn't right. There was no ice in the drinks. My drinks weren't marked as to which were diet and which were regular. I called and spoke with someone claiming to be a manger. I believe her name was Danielle. I told her everything that was wrong. She apologized and said she would put coupons in the mail the next morning. I asked her if she was really going to do it because the last time this happened, they promised coupons and never sent them. Here we are, two weeks later and no coupons. Why do they say they will do something to rectify their mistakes but don't? I truly feel like they stole from me. I paid for several things that I didn't get and they have done nothing to fix the situation. This is the second time in the past 4 months that this has happened. I would not recommend this particular restaurant. I understand that mistakes can happen but every time? And then nothing is done to rectify those mistakes. read more

This McDonald's is terrible, they will never get your order right and when you tell them it's wrong they get mad at the customer. We live in wadhams and try to avoid ordering food from this establishment.
