Dan and I love McDonald's breakfasts. Today we were traveling and instead of eating the free breakfast at the hotel, we treated ourselves to our favorites, Egg McMuffins, coffee, and apple pie. This time, I started to get a sausage biscuit for our dog, but remembered how much I loved sausage McGriddle. It's been ages since I've had a McGriddle. The syrup is cooked into the pancake like bun and it goes so well with sausage. I ended up giving our dog, Baxter, the Egg McMuffin and I ate his sausage McGriddle. We were both happy. We got through the drive through quickly with no glitches. Just what you want when traveling. read more

Yes, I know, it's a McDonalds, but... we blew in off of the 40 while heading to Nashville cuz we were feeling a little hungry. Hit a little worried because of a vacant building next door, but as soon as you step inside of this McDonalds you see the difference... Staff is attentive, responsive and caring, the chairs, tables and floors are well maintained & clean. The soda fountain is clean, the kitchen (can be seen from the counter) is clean and our food order was perfect, no mistakes (we added extra items to the usual menu items) and perfectly cooked, and brought to your table. There was a girls ball team inside, well behaved and having fun together and kinda took me back in time to how o remember McDonalds being in my hometown. When I was their age, many, many years ago. If you're hungry and need a safe & clean McDonalds with caring staff, this is your place to stop. read more

I would give a zero if I could but yelp doesn't allow that. The fact we pull in at 10:19 on the damn dot everything is closed and even the drive through which online and on the doors specially states they aren't closed until 11., tell me what bs that is ., what do the employees do for the next 41 minutes? Arrived at 0827. ELDERLY lady took order. When I asked for cafe mocha, we don't hv it. Asked for OJ, we don't hv it. She gave total before we finished ordering. One would expect rudeness from a younger person. Upon paying she read only two items we ordered. When my friend expressed concerns that whole order was not there she stated nastily "we don't read the whole order! We only read two items from it." Arrived and doors were locked yet staff and random friends were in playing monopoly and other staff sitting and ignoring us customers trying to figure out how to get inside. We ended up walking away and as we were in the car driving away, we watched that they finally let other people in. Not sure what this business was doing but locking their doors during business hours to play monopoly. The owner needs to hear this and fix their staffing problems. read more

While traveling on I40, I stopped at this McDonalds for a quick meal. I used the drive thru for the order and paid for the meal. I pickup the order but did not look in the bag. After parking, I noticed that two hamburgers was missing from my order. This establishment is located right off the highway and when I went inside to complain but is was too crowded with many people waiting to line. Not worth the effort to wait in line to complain, plus they do not give out receipts at the drive thru window. How hard is it for any employee to check for the order for a total of 4 items? Apparently it is difficult for this establishment. I wonder how many drive thru orders this establishment screwed and the customer is cruising down I40 before it is noticed. read more

On a long road trip, we decided to stop for McDonald's due to its decent ratings. The staff was nice, place was clean, and food was hot and fresh. It was a nice McDonald's experience. My husband said his crispy chicken sandwich was little over cooked but still decent. I had a Big Mac and McChicken that were both great. Fries were super fresh and yummy. read more

I came here for breakfast was first in line at 5 am. They were very quick and the food was fresh. At lunch we came back to grab a burger and chicken strips. McDonald's has stepped up there game with these. Burger had thick patties and bacon with cheese. I cringed a bit when seeing the drive thru line (8:00 in the morning) but we were able to order quickly with a friendly voice on the other end. They must have a good system going inside because we paid and then were given our food immediately at the next window. The McMuffins were nice and fresh and tasty. Thank you, McDonald's! read more

Aweful. We walked out after the woman behind the counter walked away while taking our order. The menu said we could change a side for an extra cost. Hash browns instead of fries then.."oh we don't do that here." No explanation why and she walked away when asked. She reappeared after she heard "come on honey, let's go." A decent enough place stopped in here on my way to Dalhart Texas, place was clean bathrooms were so-so, before friendly and pretty much fast on the orders. Dining quarters were a little bit small, but average. Decent visit would come back here again. read more

This is absolutely one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Two nights in a row, we were served pies that should have been disposed of well before we ordered them. They were cold both times as well. Both nights we waited in excess of 15 minutes for our order at drive up and our fries were awful and tasted as they had been sitting a while, some too tough to even chew, BOTH NIGHTS. They also seem to have a hard time getting your order correct, and very often is not repeated back to us. We sat waiting as car after car went through behind us. One time when the order was never repeated back to us, I went inside and asked about it, (order of fries), the night manager went back and checked my ticket someplace, was gone several minutes. When he returned he acted as if I was trying to scam McDonald's out of a free order of fries. The food is below average for McDonald's, the service is very slow and very poor, and the customer service by the night manager, (face to face interaction) just plain sucked. I do not recommend this place to anyone but we have no choice other than drive 35 miles one way opposed to 20 miles one way to visit McDonald's. This place seemed to be alright before it was remodeled. What happened, new owners or what? read more
