Every Chipotle EXCEPT THIS ONE charges me for a 3 pointer because it's literally a bowl of almost nothing. THIS Chipotle however, charges for a veggie bowl which is more than double the price because it would normally include additional ingredients. I tell them that it's a 3 pointer and they argue with me every single time telling me it's a veggie bowl...with no veggies... my husband gets irate anytime he has to go through the whole ordeal where I tend to just laugh and say whatever, I'll pay $25+ for 2 bowls of rice/cheese so my kids can eat and I give up arguing. Free wireless Internet access available. It's a kiosk on the main floor, they bring in the food every morning in electric insulated cambros. Sandwiches were hot, but fairly soggy from the steam heat. It's good if you're not going anywhere else. Salad was sufficient and cold (as it should be). Bonus: they do have an IceDream machine on-site. Since it's on the West Campus (not the main campus), line is long, but certainly not as long as if you went to the student union cafeteria.

Had to write a review to comment on an employee named LORRENA working the drive thru. We have encountered her multiple times and she always has a really bad attitude. Just miserable. I understand if it's not your ideal job but please be kind to customers. Especially when they are kind to you. In this case, a mistake was made by the guy taking our order. He didn't include an extra coke, thinking we were asking for a coke in the meal. It happens. At the window I realized he had not included the coke. Lorrena was at window 2 giving us the meal. I knew her to be very unfriendly so I thought, how can I make this easier. I asked for a cup of ice to just split the soda we already had. Easy. She gave us our bag, then instantly walked away from the window. So we had to sit there waiting for her to come back. When she did she gave us a really annoyed look like what do you want? I asked for the cup of ice. She was highly annoyed. I needed a straw for my drink. She gave even more attitude for the straw. Then my child counted 3 bbq sauces for our 16 nuggets. It might look tiny, but don't misjudge the coffee and other drinks they are making here! I actually went back after my first order to try another beverage, it was that good. I started with a Fall-flavored 'refresher,' though I can't honestly remember the name. But, it was amazing! I was down the strip a few shops for an event, so I popped back to The Big Bean before they closed for their "Not Ready for Winter" coffee concoction. Another winner! I also picked up a couple of biscotti for later. When we did finally get around to trying them, they were incredible! Very hard and crunchy as a biscotti should be, and perfect for soaking up some coffee for dunking. And the flavors are perfect. Other people were ordering their breakfast sandwiches, which honestly looked and smelled incredible... I just didn't have room for food that day. Or, I would have totally ordered one just based off of others' orders alone! The real five-star facet here, though, was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, despite how busy they were. They still found time for friendly and cheerful banter while ringing everyone up. I don't think team members get enough credit when they go above and beyond, but please take the time to tip or at least acknowledge the fantastic folks here! Overall, it's a wonderful coffee shop that I wish were closer to home! And... had more parking!
