Absolutely terrible experience. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to pick up a order that was preordered. The service was absolutely terrible and I wouldn't recommend to anybody to ever visit this establishment. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked how long our wait time was going to be and all I got was "pull forward sir it will be out shortly" I sat in that spot unattended to for over 30 minutes. This McDonald's is located off hwy 33 connected to a gas station. 99 % of the time I use the drive through and have had no major mishaps except the double order lanes. On more then one occasion I've had confused drivers almost hit me in the process of merging. There should be a light system in place to help these unfortunate Souls. The food I've ordered has been complete and the quality I expect from McDonald's. Inside ordering is tight for space and often delayed. They do have a mini dining room and it appears clean. read more

Seriously why do I bother with the SAUKVILLE mcdonalds?? Definitely a glutton for punishment. I ordered lunch through your mobile app today and sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there I tried to check him in as instructed by the app and it just kept saying I wasn't really there, to see a crew member with my order id. Really defeats the purpose of pre ordering, and I wanted to order it that way so there would be no way they got it wrong. yes they always get my food wrong! Husband went in with the order Confirmation Code. Crew member said try to submit the order again...wait, so what was the order code for then???? So my husband orders the food again, and was told the burger i ordered on line they don't even have. How is that possible and how did I order it online from that location when it isn't available? So then husband settled on double cheese burger for me, my burger plain but with meat and cheese. He drives 20 minutes home and gee guess what? Both burgers were wrong and since they both had onions and one actually had bbq sauce on on it, when ordered them without, they both went right in the trash. We were not driving back. my husband works in SAUKVILLe but we live 20 minutes away so that was not an option at 3 in the afternoon, so I had to eat a hotdog from my fridge.. So once again I have wasted my time ON this stupid location and will never ever even eat at Mcdonalds again ever. Definitely totally not worth my time or money! read more

Terrible customer service at this place! The people working the window don't look at you don't talk to you and are just plain rude! Ordered my daughter a happy meal. Her cheeseburger was plain even though I didn't order it that way. Also the person working the window was too damn lazy to even close the box of the happy meal. Dr. Pepper was extremely watered down. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because food is usually meh and the workers are very nice! (For the most part, one time I pulled up through the drive through in the afternoon and for some reason there were two workers standing outside and they screamed, WERE CLOSED! And then rolled their eyes and stared at me: like you're supposed to be open, how would I know). But usually the workers are really nice and I feel for them because at night there's usually only one worker, especially around summerfest time. The food isn't great, there's been multiple times where I'd only be 1/2 in the line at night and it would take 30 minutes to get my food.. need to hire more staff or train better read more

Customer service goes a long way with me. We stopped in here on the way to Green Bay for a Packers game, and all I wanted was a hot coffee. I got my coffee for the road, but it was lukewarm at best, as if the warmer had been turned off for 20 minutes. So I let the girl with the short brown hair behind the counter know, and her response was a hurried, "you're gonna have to wait for another pot," as if I should be happy with lukewarm coffee and not be expecting hot coffee. Like most people, I'd rather burn my balls spilling hot McDonald's coffee on my crotch than drink it lukewarm. An "I'm sorry, we made a mistake" would have averted this one-star review. read more

I've used this McDonald's regularly over the past couple of years, but recently the service has really went downhill. After they put in the two-lane ordering system the quality has markedly dropped. I'm sure it's busy, but the employees routinely forget who's next in line and skip one or two people. It happens to me more often than not. I really don't care, but what's annoying is a couple of times the person being skipped acted like I was the one who skipped them on purpose and flipped me off or yelled at me. Look, I'm not ending up in a viral YouTube video over a Filet-o-Fish sandwich! Seriously, though, look up those double-order lane fights. It can happen... But let's talk about the food. You'd think that all McDonald's are the same. At least, I sure did. But now I notice that the food tastes stale more often than not. And the fries taste "frozen". Not only that, but a lot of times the soda is flat. It got to the point where I would be surprised if it was all actually tasting good...well, "good" for McDonalds, anyway. So once I reached that point I decided just stop going there. It's a shame because it's right off the freeway when I travel that way, and it's also really easy to get back ON the freeway from this location. But now, since I'm pretty sure it's gonna be nasty I just pass on it. Instead I go into the attached gas station and buy a bag of Doritos and a bottle of Coke. It I could give it -stars I would. The west location has been gone down hill since 2017 (I used to work there) the store manager has been a revolving door since then (I quit late 2019) mgr. "Lenny" made the non-manager adult employees do more than their fair share of work. While the "kids" where playing on cell phones! No communication between mgr. And employees. Only way a guy like me could get ahead (better pay, more respect) was to become management. Worst of all adult non-management salary cap is $10.00! I go to this particular drive thru on a daily basis on my way to work. For the last three Fridays in a row, I have ordered a Filet-O-Fish without tartar sauce. All three times it has come with tartar sauce. I am allergic to tartar sauce so it's not like I can scrape it off. This last Friday I went into the store after checking my sandwich before leaving the lot to get on the freeway. When I gave the person my sandwich she yelled back to have a fish sandwich made with no tartar sauce made. Meanwhile, while I am waiting and talking to the gentleman at the counter, his excuse for this is that the stickers that are generated for a special order is not working properly. He told me that is has been broken for a while. This is not the first time that I have had a concern. Earlier in the week, I had gone through the drive thru and always order a large coke, I got a diet coke instead. I drove around the building and had to wait while they made me another soda, with the right stuff. I really think the management should be taking care of their customers instead of having one of them come from in the back of the store and put his head on the other manager's (a female) shoulder. I worked at McDonald's in the past while raising my kids. These things would never have gone this far. read more
