The big Mac and the french fries are so amazing of food that I like and it's kind of my favorite fast food restaurants

After a storm all the businesses around here closed and there was BARELY moving traffic. Stopped here just to pee as I had to for 45mins at this point. They wouldn't even let me in to go pee(keep in mind every business was closed and this was the only one with employees still inside). SO to the one guy that tried to let me in to go to the bathroom but the manager yelled at him. Honestly where's your human decency? I ended up having an anxiety attack while attempting to pull out of the parking lot. read more

I don't understand why it always take forever to get your order. Like I pre order 10 min out and it still takes them 5+ min to get to me and then another 10 to finally bring me my INCORRECT order. So frustrating when you have littles in the back and they take sooo long. Then you tell the employee and they don't care. read more

Literally the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. Waited 30 mins inside for a 2 person order, only to get all of my food completely wrong, threw random grilled onions on my kids sausage biscuit, got my biscuits completely messed up and wrong. We were very happy with the service and food! Nice, hot fries and fresh burgers! Yay!! The only thing I'll point out for others that visit this location is this: there ARE two boards to give orders, but they're right in FRONT of each other. So if the person in front doesn't finish before you, you'll have to wait for them to move up. Also, there was a sign on the board that said limited menu, but we weren't sure WHAT exactly wasn't available. A little confusing and vague, just a heads up that something you love from McDonald's might not be available. Great visit though. We were able to order our favorites and go about our trip. It's a hard pass for me. Actually I won't go to any McDonald's ever again. Food is never fresh and is horrible for you.

This location is hit or miss. I'm not sure why the food tends to be cold and old. It's a busy location. Easy on and easy off the highway. Why the food is old, cold and stale baffles me. Oh well guess that's my sign to make nuggets and burgers at home. read more

They don't have and Gluten free options and the only thing that is Gluten free is cross contaminated it's also not that good.The service is terrible no one is nice and it's very slow.The ambiance is not the best and can be better that is why it's one star. read more

McDonald's in Sanger just started a new system where you order from a kiosk in the lobby. You can't see the entire menu at once, you have to make definitive choices in certain food groups that lead you on a algorithm. It's very confining. They also want to have you sit down and serve you. After 30 min of waiting for our food (and then having raw, runny eggs), we just got our money back and left. If we wanted a sit-down restaurant experience, we'd go to one. We want a McDonalds experince! That does not exist at the Sanger McDonalds. For some reason, they also have a new cook that gives you raw runny eggs. This has happened three times over three weeks' time. We are not going back to the Sanger McDonalds. We'll go to Shop n Save next door, buy breakfast foods and go home and cook it. Or, go across HWY 455 to Jack in the Box. read more

This is average McDonalds food. For fast food, pretty good. Seemed clean. They had just cleaned the bathroom before I went in. Not the worst McDonald's I've ever been in by far. I recommend this place if you are in the road and need a pit stop. read more

It's a McDonald's that serves McDonald's. What more can you say? Occasionally they'll get an order wrong and every once in a while you'll get a grumpy teenager at the window, but that is the standard for fast food restaurants. Drive-through yesterday. Ordered Kids meals with nuggets, the kids were complaining they were hot so I tried one of theirs and yes, they were quite spicy. I was in there today around 2:10 PM. Employees everywhere and NOT one of them greeted me nor did they offer to wait on me. There was an employee standing behind me waiting to order as well. He even asked me why they weren't waiting on me. I replied, "They are too busy bullshitting to worry about customers"! The Hispanic lady in the grey "manager" shirt looked at me 5 or 6 times in the course of 4 or 5 minutes I stood in line with my card out ready to order and pay and NEVER SAID A WORD! This is NOT the first time this is happened. I was in there 3 days ago and it took forever to get waited on! If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. This is the WORST location in all of North Texas in my opinion. Never once have I come away from there with a correct order. You ask for unsweetened tea, you get sweetened; you have stuff removed from your sandwich, they DOUBLE it on your sandwich. I received a burger from there that was cooked on the outside and hot pink mush on the inside! I used a coupon to try their glazed tenders a while back, had to wait 15mins, finally asked what was taking so long and they told me my chicken wasn't ready yet; I explained that I'd been there going on 20mins at this point and that I no longer wanted my food, only my money back and the girl laughed in my face and told me no. Not only did I not get my money back but I never got my food either. When I called to complain to the manager the next day I was told to go during day shift because they had no control over their night shift. Wow. Don't worry about calling corporate though, they just respond with an automated email telling you how sorry they are for your bad experience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I ordered a cup of water and a breakfast muffin. They told me to pull forward and wait on my muffin for two minutes. After about 15 minutes of waiting I finally went inside and had to ask if they had forgotten my muffin. The man said he'd have it right out, so I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes. At that point I went back inside to get a refund and it took 5 more minutes for anyone to notice and help me get my money back. When I asked why I never got my muffin, the lady mumbled something about something being broken. Could have told me that 30 minutes ago before I sat there waiting on something they weren't even going to make. ... ordered WITH CHEESE and said it twice because they screwed it up last time ... I open the sandwich to check if there was cheese and discovered it was the wrong order ... I think they still gave it to the next guy even tho I had touched sandwich... when our order came out there was NO CHEESE ... and no napkins.
