I love mc Donald's just not at this place. This place always has their frozen coke machine broken and it's super annoying. They keep giving me my cheeseburgers thrown together all messily not even bothering to try to put it together nicely. There is this guy that works there he has dreads and he is very rude to customers and always has an attitude it makes the place seem very off putting. But there's this other worker he has a pericing he's really nice. Overall I would say don't come here if you could go to some other mc Donald's but if there's no option then go for it I guess. read more

Worst McDonalds I ever went to! NO DO GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not only are they not listening to your order in the drive thru order box. They kept getting a 4 item order completely wrong. THEN their app isn't working. THEN the payment system messed up & didn't take payment. THEN they make you come in or go back in the very long drive thru line. NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! NOT ONCE DID THEY TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY OR TRY TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. read more

The food was cold. They took forever and the service was so bad they kept ignoring me. The fat lady giving out orders just gets paid for nothing. This McDonald's sucks On another note Luz that was cleaning is very nice and helpful read more

This mcdonald's is very clean & organized. They have kiosks to order from and a play area for kids too. Service was quick and the food was great! I ordered a mocha frappe and it was probably the best frappe I have ever had at a mcdonald's ever :o Definitely coming back! :) read more

McDonald's - it's like a reward - Fast Food Near Me - San Jose, California

Out of Capitol and E Santa Clara THIS McDonalds is definitely the best one!! Trust me on this!! The Coke is always nice and crisp -always perfect, you can ask for your food to be modified example 'no ketchup', without the workers complaining, because that's what they do at the McDonald's on Capitol. But here is different and it is what you would expect for a McDonald's to be. Avoid Capitol -the workers are extremely rude, and the one on East Santa Clara -the food always comes out tasting horribly and the coke sucks! read more

Went through the drive through they got our order wrong , then went inside to get it changed waited 15 mins with no response or acknowledgment of me being there .a older man was like in and is helped right away .DONT COME HERE YOU WILL BE IGNORED ! read more

I was super hungry after fasting for a medical test so I went to the Golden Arches for some sustenance. I ordered a Quarter Pounder through drive through and was asked to pull up and wait. No problem! That means my food will be fresh! This burger was awful. The bun was mushy, the meat tasteless and the ketchup was not even and the pickles were on top of each other. Why??!! I think this is an overarching (see what I did there) problem with McDonald's. They're chasing the dollars and what little quality they had is a victim of their need for maximizing profits. Bye bye Mickey D's. read more

I actually went here yesterday . I am not pleased with my meal . One reason is because they have worker with bad attitude or behavior not knowing how to respect people . So , I got out the doctor office just to get more eczema cream medicine and just was thinking to eat at Mc Donald . I went in and started to order and pay . Next I wait for my food patiently . Just walked up after I heard the worker guy said my order number out loud. Next he started laughing while saying it . He also looked at me like I was a rock like trash. In my conclusion, the meal was great and nothing was wrong but the behavior needs a lot of changes . But so appreciative about the food and it was okay . read more

Hands down, McDonald's got the best breakfast burrito. If I could I'd eat it everyday (no joke). Finally had time to grab some burritos and mobiles ordered then picked up via curb side. Yes please I need extra salsa packs, it's literally Crack when consumed with their breakfast burrito. Ordered 6 and already inhaled 5, gotta savor the very last remaining one. This McDonald is always busy and got lots of seating. They got a nice play area but no free refills on beverages so sip your drinks slowly read more

This McDonald's can't get a simple order right. We ordered the new Buffalo Ranch sauce, and somehow they gave us a Buffalo Ranch snack wrap instead. If the employee was confused, they could've confirmed but they didn't. A week later, we ordered chicken nuggets and again asked for the Buffalo Ranch sauce since we never got to try it the first time. We got home and once again... no sauce at all. Not even ketchup. It's frustrating to pay for something and come home with missing items every time. I usually ask for sauce at the window so I can see them actually put the sauce in the bag but the attitude there is always so bad that I tried ordering it on the screen instead and they still couldn't bother to put it in the bag. This location seriously needs better training and customer service. read more

Workers are rude and always get my order wrong, I went today and was trying to use my mobile McDonald's app and worker was very rude and told me basically to hurry up. He was a young man who is tall and has barely any beard hair. They need better workers and customer service. read more

Drive through customer service very rude specially the manager at 5pm shift. He was low class with no manners. He needs to train again to be a manager or get fired. Never come back to get treated poorly. read more

This McDonald's location is horrible. They always forget at least one item in our orders. One of the older women at drive thru got mad at us for asking for extra sauce saying next time it'll be an extra charge! Unfortunately it's the closest one to us, but now I'm willing to drive further for better service. read more

First time coming to this location -- Extremely poor customer service, impolite, disrespectful and could care less about interactions with their customers. There's no option for 0 stars, otherwise this place would deserve it. After getting my meal, asked for sweet and sour sauce. Two employees at the cash register didn't even look at me and tried to look busy--and they had NO customers to help. Third one, said that she didn't speak English and walked away. 4th employee gave it, and lightly threw it in my bag. Lost my appetite at this crappy serviced establishment and honestly almost threw away my food. I regret not looking carefully at their name-tags. Would not come back. read more

The costumer service is sooooooooo bad. The drivethru service talk to us mean and rude. I asked and payed for french fries and they never gave me them. read more

This location ALWAYS forgets my free items. Ive ordered here twice through drive thru and every time I redeem 6 PIECE NUGGETS SPECIFICALLY, they always "forget to put them in" when during the ordering IT WAS ON THE SCREEN so I don't understand how they fail look the whole order and send it off as of it was completed. Ive tried to call because I feel like if I go back in person, it'll be more of a hassle trying to get an EARNED item for spending money there so much. read more

every time i try to give this place another chance, they find another way to mess up and be rude. they never have my order completed (or others) and ask cars to park in front of the drive through window. they told me to move forward when a car was blocking my way. the lady tells me to squeeze in front of the other car. when i tell her i am not going to risk scratching my lexus... she says "you don't know how to drive" read more

Worst customer service out of any McDonald's I've been at. - won't provide food at drive thru windows. On multiple instances asked me to park at the pick up parking spot even though NO ONE was behind me. - didn't accept my mobile order code at cashiers window. Asked me to loop around the drive through to provide my code at the speakercom instead. What the h is the difference? I think they just try to annoy customers for the fun of it. read more

Soggy greasy fries, burgers slapped together with most of the cheese on the box. This used to be a very good McDonald's, but in the last year, it's really gone downhill. The only reason I ever stop here is because my usual McDonald's doesn't have Filet O'fish for some reason. It seems the management and employees do not care about the customer and just slop things together as if they're feeding pigs on a farm. The lack of respect for their customers is revolting, and I will not be going back, and I also would not be surprised if they are eventually out of business. read more

I was so excited to try the new spicy nuggets!! Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. The spicy nuggets almost just taste like the original nuggets, except with a slight spiciness that lingers in my mouth after eating them. Also this restaurant did not give me the "mighty hot sauce" that was supposed to come with these spicy nuggets. I also wanted to get $5 for 20 pieces of nuggets by having 10 spicy and 10 original but they didn't allow it even though they could have just grab the different flavored nuggets in 2 separate boxes the same. read more

Breakfast order was completely wrong. Each time I only order a steak and egg McMuffin without onions, which is offered on the menu. The first time I received the wrong sandwich, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time, I called and let them know. This is now the third time. I don't really know how hard it could be to remove onions, and place a steak Pattie, egg and cheese on a McMuffin, but it must be a challenge for this McDonald's morning crew. As a busy woman always on the go, it's very inconvenient the McDonald's right next to my home can't complete a simple order right. Get it together guys! read more

I just came back from there the guy whom I ordered from was rude then I get home both cheeseburgers have no fucken cheese.

Fast service (drive-thru). Complaint with a menu item (not this particular location): New crispy chicken sandwich is underwhelming. I wanted a McChicken but decided to try the new chicken sandwich. While the chicken was "better" quality than of the McChicken, the sandwich only consisted of a chicken patty, shredded lettuce, three pickles, and burger buns... so PLAIN. Ask for some lettuce and mayo if you decide to order this... seriously... who sat down and came up with this sad sandwich... read more

I absolutely love going to this McDonald's. In fact, I come to this restaurant every day almost. The customer service is great, but you do have to remember to speak loudly and clearly at the drive-thru. My usual's at this place are as follows: the cinnamon bun, the egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit, the hotcakes, the hash browns, the dollar menu which includes items such as the McChicken, the McDouble, and the small fries. Things at this restaurant are affordable. Based on my memory, the egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit is under $5 Am usually here in the mornings on weekdays and weekends. Love it. read more

I was just at this mcdonald's , The guy at the first window sucks with his customer service. My sister was ordering low she asked for 3 ice coffees , the guy asked to speak up she did. he said "can't hear u" with attitude. Then he stayed quiet after we reapeated my order. We then pulled up to the first window and told him if he can hear , He had more attitude, He sucks! should be fired bad customer service. Mcdonald's restaurant #2156 read more

This location must require being incompetent and dumb to be hired here. I asked for a SAUSAGE McGriddle I get home and why is there egg and cheese?! Workers are rude and wanna be done with you and don't bother to see what they put in your bag. This isn't the first time and it'll definitely be the last cause I just can't, it's not that hard. read more

Lunch rush drive-thru is super efficient with two lanes. It did not take me very long at all to get my lunch and the food came out absolutely perfect! Nuggets and fries were exactly the right level of hot, salty, and crispy. Whoever was cooking today around 12:30 needs a pay raise! I eat way too much McDonald's and there are some locations where I'll show up during weekday lunch rush and it'll take me three times as long to get through the drivethru, only to get soggy, oversalted fries and lukewarm nuggets. Not here though! Such a breath of fresh air before I clog my arteries! If this were my last meal before a heart attack, I would have zero regrets. read more

This review is just about the McRib. I was excited to see it was back and ordered the meal. When I got back to work to eat it was a disappointment. I have attached pictures of how it is advertised versus reality. I took one bite and it was so dry and had a rubbery texture to it. So gross. Ended up throwing away. The McRib should be put back in the archives. So sad. read more

I ordered curbside cheeseburgers pack which comes with 2 cheese burger and 20 pc nuggets and 2 fries . We did not get the cheese burger . We went inside to tell the lady and SHE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US THE 2 MISSING cheese burgers as if we were lying , we were going back and forth and a man heard us and he was kind enough to give us our food that WE PAID FOR, girl you work in McDonald's and arguing that we are lying about 2 cheese burger like what? I just left 111 Bakery with some baked goods. It's located right across the way in the same plaza. So when I see the McDonald's, I'm automatically craving fries. I get on the mobile app, order my fries along with a large Powerade and a McChicken with extra lettuce. I pull up to the open curbside pick up and let them know I'm there. The wait time was estimated to be five minutes, which isn't bad because it's about the same wait time ordering inside or through drive-thru. About three minutes later, my order was brought out to my car. One star for a full drink. One star for my entire order accounted for in the bag. One star for how hot my food was. Initially, I stick to five stars and take away stars based on what I encounter. I had most of the fries already and I had the Powerade. I finally get to my sandwich and I was shocked. Now keep in mind that I ordered extra lettuce, but I didn't expect it to be looking like this. read more

We come here not for the burgers or the fries (well sometimes yes with the fries) but the main thing we get here is the $2 large iced hazelnut coffee. Why you ask??? Mainly because it's huge and in this branch they make it gooood. Let's not be hating McD's now y'all. It's still a million dollar company with a steady stream of customers.... so don't turn your nose up coz it's not SB or Phill's coffee. Like Michael McDonald, I keep forgettin'. (And I just now noticed the same last name ) This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I go back about every six months because I've forgotten how bad it is. Hopefully, this review will cement it in my mind. I went around 11:00 this morning and ordered the #1. There's something about a Big Mac and those McDonald's fries. Well, not here. I couldn't resist, so I had some stop light fries. They weren't hot. They weren't crispy. That's what makes their fries special. When I got home and took out the Big Mac, the box was smeared with Special Sauce. When I opened it, it looked like a bomb had gone off. The patties and buns were askew, and there was sauce and lettuce pretty much everywhere except inside the burger. The reason you go to a McDonald's is because no matter where you go, you're going to get the same thing. They're consistent. I've been going to this McDonald's for about the past five years, and the only thing consistent about this location is the sloppy food. read more

Just your average McDonaLds but I'm a bigger fan for this specific Location because ive been a customer since i was a kid. Kudos to them on their remodeL- Lord knows they've been needing it!! Food normaLLy comes out quick and hot. The store itseLf is good in size and tidy. Customer service isn't too shabby- if you're deaLing with the right person. Minus one star because they are extremeLy shady with their dipping sauces. Three teeny tiny containers of sauce is NOT enough for 20 pc nuggets peopLe!!!!!!!! One added star because the service my sister and I got from the young gentLeman (working on Sunday Evening - 12/18/16) was amazing. It was so unexpected and very much appreciated that she even high 5'd the empLoyee as we were Leaving. LMAO. read more

Their food is just like all the other locations around, not great quality, but will satisfy your hunger as needed. What I like most about this particular location is the fact that no matter how busy they get, they always keep their lines moving at a reasonable pace. Another thing they do here that separates them from others is their customers service, as this is one of the only locations that I have been to that actually confirms with you that your order is correct. I added extra items to my burger on my last visit and instead of just sending me on my way with my completed order, the employee asked me to confirm that everything was correct. This kind of communication will keep me coming back in the future. read more
