Out of Capitol and E Santa Clara THIS McDonalds is definitely the best one!! Trust me on this!! The Coke is always nice and crisp -always perfect, you can ask for your food to be modified example 'no ketchup', without the workers complaining, because that's what they do at the McDonald's on Capitol. But here is different and it is what you would expect for a McDonald's to be. Avoid Capitol -the workers are extremely rude, and the one on East Santa Clara -the food always comes out tasting horribly and the coke sucks! read more

I actually went here yesterday . I am not pleased with my meal . One reason is because they have worker with bad attitude or behavior not knowing how to respect people . So , I got out the doctor office just to get more eczema cream medicine and just was thinking to eat at Mc Donald . I went in and started to order and pay . Next I wait for my food patiently . I was super hungry after fasting for a medical test so I went to the Golden Arches for some sustenance. I ordered a Quarter Pounder through drive through and was asked to pull up and wait. No problem! That means my food will be fresh! This burger was awful. The bun was mushy, the meat tasteless and the ketchup was not even and the pickles were on top of each other. Why??!! Hands down, McDonald's got the best breakfast burrito. If I could I'd eat it everyday (no joke). Finally had time to grab some burritos and mobiles ordered then picked up via curb side. This McDonald's can't get a simple order right. We ordered the new Buffalo Ranch sauce, and somehow they gave us a Buffalo Ranch snack wrap instead. If the employee was confused, they could've confirmed but they didn't. A week later, we ordered chicken nuggets and again asked for the Buffalo Ranch sauce since we never got to try it the first time. We got home and once again... no sauce at all. Not even ketchup. It's frustrating to pay for something and come home with missing items every time. I usually ask for sauce at the window so I can see them actually put the sauce in the bag but the attitude there is always so bad that I tried ordering it on the screen instead and they still couldn't bother to put it in the bag. Breakfast order was completely wrong. Each time I only order a steak and egg McMuffin without onions, which is offered on the menu. The first time I received the wrong sandwich, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time, I called and let them know. This is now the third time. I don't really know how hard it could be to remove onions, and place a steak Pattie, egg and cheese on a McMuffin, but it must be a challenge for this McDonald's morning crew. Soggy greasy fries, burgers slapped together with most of the cheese on the box. This used to be a very good McDonald's, but in the last year, it's really gone downhill. The only reason I ever stop here is because my usual McDonald's doesn't have Filet O'fish for some reason. It seems the management and employees do not care about the customer and just slop things together as if they're feeding pigs on a farm. I was so excited to try the new spicy nuggets!! Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. The spicy nuggets almost just taste like the original nuggets, except with a slight spiciness that lingers in my mouth after eating them. Also this restaurant did not give me the "mighty hot sauce" that was supposed to come with these spicy nuggets. The customer service is great, but you do have to remember to speak loudly and clearly at the drive-thru. My usual's at this place are as follows: the cinnamon bun, the egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit, the hotcakes, the hash browns, the dollar menu which includes items such as the McChicken, the McDouble, and the small fries. Things at this restaurant are affordable. Based on my memory, the egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit is under $5 Am usually here in the mornings on weekdays and weekends. Love it. read more

Lunch rush drive-thru is super efficient with two lanes. It did not take me very long at all to get my lunch and the food came out absolutely perfect! Nuggets and fries were exactly the right level of hot, salty, and crispy. Whoever was cooking today around 12:30 needs a pay raise! This review is just about the McRib. I was excited to see it was back and ordered the meal. When I got back to work to eat it was a disappointment. I have attached pictures of how it is advertised versus reality. I took one bite and it was so dry and had a rubbery texture to it. So gross. Ended up throwing away. I just left 111 Bakery with some baked goods. It's located right across the way in the same plaza. So when I see the McDonald's, I'm automatically craving fries. I get on the mobile app, order my fries along with a large Powerade and a McChicken with extra lettuce. I pull up to the open curbside pick up and let them know I'm there. The wait time was estimated to be five minutes, which isn't bad because it's about the same wait time ordering inside or through drive-thru. About three minutes later, my order was brought out to my car. One star for a full drink. One star for my entire order accounted for in the bag. One star for how hot my food was. Initially, I stick to five stars and take away stars based on what I encounter. I had most of the fries already and I had the Powerade. I finally get to my sandwich and I was shocked. Their food is just like all the other locations around, not great quality, but will satisfy your hunger as needed. What I like most about this particular location is the fact that no matter how busy they get, they always keep their lines moving at a reasonable pace. Another thing they do here that separates them from others is their customers service, as this is one of the only locations that I have been to that actually confirms with you that your order is correct. I added extra items to my burger on my last visit and instead of just sending me on my way with my completed order, the employee asked me to confirm that everything was correct. That's what makes their fries special. When I got home and took out the Big Mac, the box was smeared with Special Sauce. When I opened it, it looked like a bomb had gone off. The patties and buns were askew, and there was sauce and lettuce pretty much everywhere except inside the burger.
