Like many establishments, it's not 100% all the time. I remote placed an order. For some reason my card did not go through, but it didn't have an issue until I tried to pick up. Maybe it was an app issue? The person at the window and the manager were really awesome. I hope there was no extra food waste because the McDonald's app was wonky. read more

Service is worse than ever. Automated ordering is not the problem. It's the total inefficiency of the staff. You take the time to go into the establishment but you're the last to be served. I ordered an ice cream cone and the woman next to me ordered a drink. We waited and waited and waited and waited. Both of us asked for our money back. That's the only way we were able to receive our orders after a long wait. Stay away from this totally inefficient 'not so fast food calamity'. read more

Service was great, the woman who brought the food had the biggest smile and it really brightened up my day. The food itself was the average mcdonalds experience, but the restaurant itself was clean, and the staff was great. Thanks! :) read more

the staff at this location always have some horrible attitudes towards customers. Especially the manager. This guy always wants to argue instead of correcting their mistakes. I ordered 40 piece nuggets and of course I didnt get any sauce for them. so I drove all the way back to the restaurant to get my sauce and of course this guy wants to pop an attitude with me. I didnt ask for a refund, nor did I ask for my nuggets to be replaced, I strictly went there to get the sauce that THEY FORGOT! Instead of the manager apologizing, he wants to argue and said, "you shou have checked your bag." Really? I didnt know i was working at McDonald's. didnt know that this was my fault. Whomever is in charge of hiring these idiots, PLS do better! Shouldn't be that hard to read the ticket! or better yet, ask chat gpt next time how to do your damn job idiots. read more

Brand new MacDonalds, longest waits ever and then you get cold burgers. Won't be back.

To start, I drive for doordash on i10 almost exclusively so I find myself having to go here for lunch and dinner almost every day. The evening staff at this location are the main subject of this 1 star review, as they spend more time singing and goofing off behind the counter while there will be lines of people waiting for their food or simply a drink refill. Zero attention to the customer whatsoever and exceptionally slow at night. The food is actually not half bad most of the time, and it's quite clean, but the service, awful! NEEDS SOME WORK MCDONALD'S, SAN ANTONIO EXPECTS BETTER!!! read more

The entire restaurant is clean! All the crew members are friendly and caring! I felt like I am dining at a fancy restaurant! read more

My app order was cancelled but it was not so they did not make my order or refund my $35. I need a refund immediately

I usually order through curbside. Never really have issues. Service is always great. Employees are always courteous. However, this time my chicken nuggets were old and cold. My fries were overcooked and full of salt. Very disappointed. read more

I've been here multiple times and every time my food is super hot and accurate! I haven't had any issues and my curbside order is out in 5 mins or less! read more

I usually use this mcdonald's and don't have a problem but this time was the LAST time i will ever go here. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and it came smothered in onions!!! I rechecked the menu to confirm they were not supposed to be there. It was covered in about 10 strips of onions, and was absolutely rancid. read more

Horrible!! - the remodeled restaurant did nothing for service. Now it's all kiosks and you can see any of the people making the food. Nobody at the counter. 7 tables with people in the dinning and 6 tables with no food. All just waiting. Also 4 differ t customers standing and waiting. A guy said he's been waiting for 30min. Way to go McDonald's, you went from bad to worse. Well played, well played. read more

When order food , it should not take over 1.5 hours to get it. I called and they could not find order but told them they took my money. So then suddenly they found my order and stated it was taken by someone else. There is a problem with their process to not get fast food out quickly and to lose orders. It almost sounds in talking to them that they just don't care. read more

I am sitting here listening to the great team working together. Starting with the managers (or manager and assistant manager). They are interactive with their staff and talk to them with respect. They have asked their employees to hurry, but in a polite and respectful manner. They have asked for clarification of orders, and they have interacted with customers. The staff is friendly and service overall was great! Food was fresh and made to order. Great place to eat when you're passing through the busy highway. Highly recommended! read more

Service was a little slow tonight, but its Sunday night. Still, someone ahead of me has a huge order of something, because I've been in line for a long time. I haven't even gotten to the pay window. It's been long enough for me to leave this review. They really need to make the guy two cars ahead pull over. I'm only getting sodas! Later the same night: I can't believe I sat in line for 30 minutes for two sodas. Should have gone to Whataburger. When I got home, my husband told me they were awful. They were surly and they got his order wrong, and he had to go all the way back to exchange it. That was the final straw for him, but I had forgotten about that time. I took off a couple of stars for the order he had to return, plus tonight's experience leaves them with a lonely star. read more

2 for $6 McRibs, 20 count nuggets and 2 large fries-$20.19- what a deal. Also asked for extra onions and pickles and they certainly delivered. We will be back to this McDonalds! Pro tip- try the honey sauce with the nuggets- definitely elevates. Yum! read more

Long wait time Oder not even right I sad no cheese or pickles on my Big Mac and there was

This location routinely forgets items and the food is pretty bad compared to most McDonald's. Not to mention extremely slow. Well tonight's visit was the worst yet and we definitely will not continue to come here. They forgot part of our order (spicy nuggets) and then served us a raw burger. Totally disgusting. AMAZING AMAZING customer service! This location closes at 11pm (24 hours in the works looking for more employees) and not realizing the time until we got here it was 10:55. We asked if we could order and without hesitation they invited us to order. Never have I experienced such amazing people at a fast food restaurant! read more

Only giving one star because I have to but ever since this location reopened it has been horrible, seems like the employees do not care or are very unaware. The past 3 times I have been there they have messed up my order. Not eating here until they can hire people who actually care about their job. read more

Ordered delivery and they forgot a 10pc nugget for my kiddo. Went after the freeze and they forgot my kids apple juice. After I asked for it at the window, the guy said "it's in the bag". Shame on me for not holding up their extremely long line and digging into the bag to check! The service was okay but they seem to habitual violators of taking your money and not giving you what you order. No bueno. read more

I called in because I got a notification from the McDonald's app saying my order was cancelled. First they said my order just vanished, and they didn't know what happened to it. Then I told them my Dasher said that someone told her that maybe another Dasher got my order? Then they said oh yeah someone else picked up my order for me. Okay so now they're just handing off orders to people without even verifying it's the correct person!??! Imbeciles. read more

This place is absolutely pathetic. Hire people that aren't complete potheads. I hate to even waste my time on this review. Dude tells me to pull up while they fix the sprite machine. After 5mins I go in and they say they have no idea how long it will take. He was high as a kite. Their Covid plastic is pathetic, you can't hear anything they say. Avoid. read more

I can not stress enough how disappointing this location is. I live un the area so I have given them sooo many chances and each time it is actually worse. Do not mobile order if you expect your order to be timely or correct. Do not expect any friendly service. The Managers are a joke! This is one franchise location that McDonald's corporate needs to fix! Horrible! read more

Staff talked more than they worked. I've been to this establishment when the owners were around and of course it's a complete opposite of what it's like when the owner isn't around. If you don't mind waiting for your food, busy or not then this is your place read more

Food is amazing. Drive thru is fast. Customer service is on point.parking is a lot. Has a gas station right next door. Kid friendly.

Is it possible to leave zero stars? Once again they forgot another item i really am upset

Had great service through drive thru!! The workers are professional and friendly and the food was hot and delicious great service

Every single time that I go I get the worst service! Employees and managers are mean and not helpful at all!

Many mistakes on orders long waits hit and miss customer service, poor conditions outside and in dirty

Coronavirus or no coronavirus. Not a single employee working in this McDonald's has a pair of gloves on touching food. And at this time they should have on a mask not one employee has on a mask. they are touching food with their bare hands. WTF. read more

DONT GO HERE. We live right next to it and for now on just driving 10 mins away to next location because we have had an issue every single time since we have moved here. Either missing food items or food not made correctly. This past time we went to get our family food. Ordered and had to wait AN HOUR for two apple pies. By that time our families food was already cold and they refused to refund the order only the apple pies. We even had the food to give back to them for a refund because we were so upset with the service. Everyone was rude. They already had to replace an item of food because it was made wrong. read more

The establishment is actually connected to a convenient store, so you can get gas, munchies, and McDonald's. It's a good location to get in and out of quickly. The customer service and food is always up to par but 3 stars is all they get due to getting my order wrong. If you go through the drive through I definitely recommend checking your order before driving away. I notified the manager of there error and she corrected it. Thanks Nadia!!! read more

Couldn't agree more with the other negative reviews. The only positive is the easy off/easy on highway location (or on the way home location for many San Antonio commuters. I waited for 30 minutes at the drive thru with four cars ahead of me and then they got my order wrong. If you're going to spend that much time then no excuse for not being prepared when I finally make it to the window. And you don't deserve to be called even a fast food restaurant. Another total bummer with this location is that once you order, the drive thru lane traps you between the building and high curb so that you are forced to wait it out no matter how long it takes. There are much better options with Flagstop Cafe across the street and numerous fast food stops just up the road at the Boerne Hwy 46 exit. read more

Just went through and ordered a m&m McFlurry. They gave me a Oreo I told them they fixed it but it was only half full with about 5 m&m.

Got here at 6 Am to locked doors. About 5 minutes later they decided to open. Stopped at the bathroom first. Water running full blast, toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. The floor of the dining room was filthy as was the kitchen. Iposted a picture. I worked in fast food before. You close with cleaning so it should be clean in the morning. Obviously not the case here. Don't risk food poisoning by stopping here. Keep going. read more
