Employees were rude, took forever to give our food. We ordered a sweet tea which tasted like water. Very bad service, employees took a long time talking to someone they knew in a car in front of us and the rest of us had to wait for our food until they left. read more

Very strange to have table delivery of orders. Especially, when the order is just two coffees. We waited a few minutes for delivery. Odd, they included 10 creams and sugars ! Quite a lot! Thank You! Happy Holidays! read more

I love this Northmain McDonalds location. The employees work as a team and really know how to get your order right the first time. I never ever have to go back to the store for a misplaced or wrong order. Thank you. And by the way, if you see someone holding a sign and they are in need, be nice to them. Some day it could be me or you in that possition. Whats a couple bucks these days could be a lot for that person. God Bless read more

Just go to another location tbh. I know what to expect from McDonald's and I've worked fast food before too. I came here at 10PM and was the only one in line so I stopped to check my receipt JUST for a second. The guy at register rolled his eyes then goes, "oh my god just go to window two." "Just go." I was not a difficult customer at all and I did not say anything. But I will not be going back here I hope this location closes soon. read more

Get a load of this one... around 11:30 am of 3/8/20 i ordered some fries and nuggets and Big Macs. I remember asking to make sure the food was hot and fresh. Only to get Luke warm food. They have me pull up from the drive through to wait for hot food. When server gave me the new food it was wrong order. My first reaction was the taste the fries to see if they were hot. I noticed there were more nuggets in the bag. When I told the server I was short a fry she went back to talk to the window attendant and they gave her the right bag with order. The order they gave me was for someone sitting on the side in their car waiting for their order. The server then took the wrong order from me and gave it to the people who were waiting for their food. The only problem was I'd already had my fingers their food if that's not a safety concern I don't know what is. This place is totally incompetent. read more

What can you really expect from a fast food joint. Quality is certainly not one of them or at least not at this location. I rarely get McDonald's and unfortunately this one is the closest one and every single time I come I get stale nuggets or fries and this time around I got a dry stale and poorly crafted buttermilk chicken sandwich. The lettuce was tossed as if they didn't want to make it or something. The tomatoes were soggy as well. The customer service was good can't complain about that. read more

They should really start giving out zero stars because it's been four months since I've been back to this place and they still haven't changed there attitude. The door says 11 o'clock and Perla the supervisor came to the door at 10:49 says were under staff and we're close, again I remind her on the door says 11 she says that all of our registers are close and I said well I could go inside and you could charge me at the drive-through window and I still get what I need, she says no the drive-through is open the stores close. I've always went to the golden arches but I think unless I get a call from the manager or corporate, my family would never go back to that place ever again. It's just sad, I used love that place, but now that's just too frustrating. Tomorrow I'm just gonna call the corporate office because either the hours on the door need to change or the manager & supervisor that remains have to change too. read more

On May 20th, 2020 I ordered a Double quarter pounder meal from this restaurant. Got home and took a look at the hamburger and it was extremely burnt looked like it's been sitting there all day. The most Disgusting hamburger I've ever seen I took one bite and it was burnt that I didn't even finish the bite. read more

This Mc Donald's was very convenient considering it was close to the fields, however their service was VERY bad. We waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes and one took our order meanwhile my daughter was inside using the restroom and she received her order while I was still in line. I parked, went inside and the service inside was not much better I waited another 10 minutes to place my order then another 5 minutes to get my order. If you are in a hurry DO NOT GO TO THIS location. But if you are looking to kill some time, stopping by is a must. read more

What can we really say here? It's McDonald's. I think everyone knows what to expect and what not to expect. So basically I'll tell you what this location has and how it looks inside. When I'm here it's usually pretty clean. Remodeled a few years ago the dining area has a newer modern look. Lots of TVs present mostly playing the news. Of course there is Wifi. Bathrooms are typically clean. Kids/family dining area is separated with a TV usually playing cartoons. Not my style of cartoons. I like the mild stuff like PBS kids etc but this is usually playing cartoon network type shows my kids aren't allowed to watch yet. One table with gaming device is usually always taken with a grown up hovering over it. The play area itself is indoors which is nice for the salinas weather. Tucked behind the structure is a tiny slide for the toddler aged kids. There is a basketball hoop as well. If you want the basketball plan to ask a clerk for it. It may or may not be available. There used to be a bike race game on a stationery bike station with screen but it looks like these have broken down, taken out and not replaced yet. The main structure is all about climbing and slides. It's blended into the room behind panels so it almost doesn't even look like a play structure. Lots of natural light coming in with big windows. I give this place four stars. It's basically a nice neighborhood McDonald's. I'd like to see some updates to broken bike race game and more consistent with the basketball being out. read more

How can you go wrong with McDonalds. Always great burgers and fries, and early in the morning wonderful coffee too. Consistently great service and friendly too. I even like the eggs and pancakes for a quick and tasty breakfast. read more

Their drive thru said they close at 2. We came at one and we were denied service twice for no reason (the drive thru person ignored us and never responded). So I called the store and the lady who answered the phone hang up three times and was very rude. The worst part, they got my order wrong. Worst location ever. read more

Drive thru here - GOOD LUCK in getting all your order in the bag. I ordered a ranch salad and they left out the ranch dressing

I went in yesterday morning to place an order with my sister and the cashier made a mistake and charged us for 12 breakfast burritos when it was suppose to be two. He asked for assistance from what appeared to be a manager/supervisor who had a headset on, tall Hispanic male. To start a refund for us , the male threw the receipt and walked away and did not assist at all, then a Hispanic female named Mari Cruz came over and was very rude to the gentlemen who took our order. She scolded and raised her voice saying you need to pay attention now I am going to get behind. At which point I had enough of the staff treating him badly and i said she did not need to treat him that way and she was very rude and spoke back to me saying he needed to pay attention and that this is not first time. I was appalled that the staff treat other team members this way and in front of customers. This is unacceptable behavior and customer service , they should be fired as I'm sure that is not the first time they treat people/staff this way. read more

I ordered a hot chocolate! I did not taste like hit chocolate at all !! Worst mcds ever ! never coming again !!

Messed up my order mann!! I live too far to turn around. Smh missing 2 burgers n my ketchup

The manager Sergio is extremely rude and unprofessional. Bad service by him. How he treats his employees is not OK.

This is not just about this McDonalds, but pretty much all of them. They have stopped toasting their McMuffins! Even if I request them toasted, all you get is an English muffin that is waved at a toaster. it is not toasted! Toating is very important! Otherwise you just have a warm ham sandwich with an egg in it. Please McDonalds! TOAST YOUR MCMUFFINS!! read more

Not only did I have to repeat my order no less than 7 times to the cashier, she had the nerve to ask me to repeat myself because "she wasn't listening". To top it all off when I got my order it was wrong. The food was disgusting and the service was terrible. Pick literally any other McDonald's before you go to this one. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I was running late this morning and I decided to break my vegan lifestyle for one meal. I went to breakfast with my brother until we got to the pick-up window at the drive thru. This girl by the name of "Perla" handed us our food with a sour face and attitude. I told her that we got the wrong bag of food and she seemed to get upset. Really upset. Then we let her know that we were missing one drink and she just stared at us for a while before turning around in disgust. I understand this isn't the greatest place to work and I usually don't expect much from a fast food employee but this was horrible. I wish I had more time to write more details but that is all for now. Besides that, the food was ...food. McDonald's food. And they forgot to give me my salsa. read more

Worst. McDonald's. EVER. The drive-thru staff has been rude every time I have gone through regardless of time of day or how busy they are. The food is thrown together and often times there is something wrong with the order as a whole. I gave this place ample chances to, at least, meet the expectations of a low level fast-food place...the food is hot, the staff doesn't have an attitude, but this place...I'm done. read more

I'm sitting in the drive thru now 20 minutes . Second morning in a row as they open. People coming in so late there is no one to take a payment . I am the third car in and the first car is still waiting. It's ten to six. This is ridiculous !!! Only one person with a head set ! There are 5 cars behind me and that is just those I can see! I think you need to take a look at who you've got working!!!!!! Getting tired of this in Salinas!!! The first car just his bag . The smallest one! Come on !!!! Fast Food!!!!! Good grief!!!! You should be paying me for my time!!!!! read more

we pulled into the drive thru window and we already knew what we wanted. we expected to hear a person ask what we would like. there was silence. i finally said "hello?" and a girl answered. i wanted a soda and she said should could not do that order. i was fuming because i was extremely parched. i finally ordered a coke because i was so done with her. i went to the next window and paid, then got my drink. all was good until i tasted it. it was a lemonade which i never even mentioned to the girl. i was extremely angry. never come here with your 7 children EVER again read more
