I came in very early morning looking to redeem some points for breakfast. When redeeming points, you have the option for a Sausage and Egg McMuffin, but not a regular Egg McMuffin. Using the kiosk, it wouldn't let me update the item to the Egg McMuffin, so I went up to the counter. The cashier was very accommodating, and even made sure that they gave me an Egg McMuffin before handing me the order. The dining room was very clean, whether that be because it's still before all the rushes of the day or just because they pay attention, I'm not sure. My food was fresh, and didn't taste stale like some McMuffins I've had in the past. Either way, I was very pleased with how I was treated as a customer. read more

First of all I love Mac Donald's!!! I ordered tday via drive through. A breakfast meal w a Cho shake. Was charged, then informed no shakes available. I was refunded promptly, then I replaced the no shake w a med coke. Was instructed to park on the side in the red marker. It was very busy seeing about 6 + cars come and go after me and out. After about 5 mins I got out and walked up to drive through, and stated " is my food I ordered coming out soon or what? Cuz I gotta go my wife's in the hospital " returned to my vehicle and a employee came out w my order w no drink..... she said uhh I can go check if you want. Went in today to order my son a happy meal. I ordered all my items with no salt because McDonald's is bad as it is with all the salt they add. Well I did a mobile order and 5 minutes after I ordered they brought me my food out. First of all the food was so cold and stale, that I know they didn't cook it fresh with no salt. Asked for 3 different sauces for my 20 piece chicken nuggets they only gave me two. I work a lot. Sometimes I don't have time to cook. If I go to a fast food place I'm Hangry, Tired and have zero tolerance for people messing with MY SAUCE. zero stars I want the owner and boss of this McDonald's company to know that the employees working drive thru are refusing to provide services for doordash employees the management personnel, will hit you with white lies trying to cover themselves. But let me make your jobs easy. If you contact Doordash, they will tell you that this is a businessman's lie. Doordash policy does not state that we the employees can't order a drink, or an item. Doordash will tell you at longest the order is delivered it should not be an issue. If this has happened to you make a report with Doordash and they will file a report to the merchant. This can be an act of discrimination, unjustified action toward this specific company employees. Looks like this place needs a new management customer friendly people whom are there to do there job. Always stop by for the food but employees have such foul language, they see me waiting and don't even try to approach or ask me if I need help. The female manager seems to not to care how employees act. Speaking so foul throwing the N* word around its clear to see they hire kids. Dining is also dirty. Boxes of nuggets and crumbs on the table. If you want quick service you're not going to get it here. Whoever is in charge do better.
