I usually have a decent experience at this McDonald's. It's not in my hometown, but it's the closest location to me, and most of the time the service is fine. Unfortunately, today was easily the worst experience I've had here. I waited over 30 minutes for a very simple order: two McDoubles and a large fries. What made it even more frustrating was that customers who were behind me in line received their food before I did, and it honestly felt like my order was forgotten entirely. At one point, an employee asked me what I had ordered, which made it seem like they were only just realizing they hadn't made it yet. I understand places get busy, but this was an unusually long wait for such a basic order, and there wasn't any clear communication about what was going on. I've always liked the fact that I could go to any McDonald's and find the same quality of food at each one. Sadly, those days have come to an end. My wife stopped by to pick up lunch today at our local McDonald's. Two Big Macs, one large fry and a Chocolate milk shake. $29.00. $29.00!! So much for lower priced fast food. We must have been chosen as the "dump on" customers of the day. My wifes Big Mac was a mess. But mine took the prize. The two patties were next to each other, but hanging off the roll. The middle roll of mine was hanging out of the majority of the sandwich. The condiments were left to their own devices, but they were present. The milk shake was super chocolaty, to the point it was too sweet. The fries were good. It would be easy to be angry about this, but more than anything, we're disappointed. Disappointment lasts a LOT longer than anger. So long McDonald's. read more

I was desperate. I was so hungry. This town has nothing to eat so I went to McDonalds because I had no other choice. Husband ordered 20 piece nuggets- only got ten. Math error by 50 percent, not good. Didn't include sauce either which was requested so that was also a fail. THE BIGGEST FAIL OF ALL WAS THE COLD, STALE SALTLESS (yes you read that correctly, saltless) French fries. What I realized was they tasted like sad, greasy chemical laden potatoes. This experience tonight was awful. My family members are all sick. We opted to stay at home, order McDonalds, and have door dash bring it. The order was no where near complete and what we did get, took over an hour, and was ice cold. My sick husband had to go to McDonald's, after we called 3 times and they didn't answer the phone. It isn't a dinner rush situation, it is 8 pm. The fees for delivery and cost of the incomplete cold food was $50.00. never again will we do door dash anything, but it is McDonald's who made the order wrong and and it was cold. We live in Safford so it is a shame we cannot return to McDonald's. I don't recommend this location, it is not up to McDonald's usual standards. We then checked the bag and they didn't give us the other sauces that we had asked for when ordering our food so i asked her if she could get me the sauce and she give me a very rude look like it was my fault that she forgot our sauce. Then I got my sandwich and it came with cheese only went back into the store and asked for another sandwich only ketchup no cheese. Got the new sandwich and this time it had ketchup and tartar sauce on it no cheese so I return back to the restaurant. After three tries They've finally got it right well not exactly because they toasted my bun but I had no intentions of going back in there to get a steamed bun. Our experience was awful. We had ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash. It took them over a half hour to make our food and when it was finally delivered to us, it was ice cold - colder than even my ex's heart - and half of our stuff was missing anyway. Considering we spent $50 on our order, we weren't about to eat our cold food when not everyone even got theirs. So my dad and I drove back to the restaurant to see what they could do and the person at the drive thru window said they'd replace everything and to pull into a parking spot to wait. Fifteen minutes later, our food wasn't there still and we were only getting hungrier. So my dad gets out of the car and walks up to the window to see the lady standing there playing on her PHONE. He knocked on the window to get her attention and asked where our food was and - and I'm not kidding - she said "What order?" So after my dad explained our order, the manager comes over. The manager said she was willing to replace our missing items, nothing else. My dad was not having it and told them that we were not going to sit and eat our cold food while we watch your employees FaceTime each other. (sometimes you do have to put your foot down) The manager did finally cave and we did drive away with fresh, hot food but never again are we going back to this location - at least, not until the manager can properly manage and learn some people skills. I do not recommend this location, it's worth driving another 50 miles to get to a different one. read more

After a long wait my order never came up. We went up to the front to ask the cashier what was going on and he went to the kiosk and pulled out a jammed receipt. This McDonald's is always very high volume, and the wait times are sometimes very high. It has improved since it's reopening two years ago, and the quality of the food is very fresh and hot. One of the worst McDonald's around the owner is so cheap they do not put napkins out in the lobby you have to get up and ask for extra ones. Absolutely and I've seen so many people also looking for napkins and realize they don't put them out in the lobby and if you go through the drive-through make sure you check your bag for napkins before you pull away every time I've done to drive through they've given me one or two and I have to ask for more either that or I have to wait my hands on my clothes because they're too cheap. And no towels to dry your hands in the bathroom only air so ask you wash and dry your hands and you have to touch the door handle and think about it not everyone washes their hands so the guy before you may not have washed his hands so just for touching the door handle your hands get contaminated and think about it employees go and use the bathroom too. And I think if they brought a Wendy's or Jack in the Box to Safford they give McDonald's definitely a run for their money read more

Awful awful service. Yes, they did take the fast out of fast food. The old McDonald's took pride in how fast they could get orders out but they also got them out correctly. This new place is a joke. They have gotten my orders wrong several times just in the past few days. Got home and was missing a sandwich. I called them and they took my name and phone number and said the next time I came in I could get my sandwich. WOW thanks, how generous. Today, I went in and placed an order and asked for and received the sandwich I was shorted the other night. When I got home and opened our filet-o-fish sandwiches there was NO tarter sauce. This rating is in comparison to other McDonald's. As far as the food, it's what you would expect. However, this is probably the quickest service I've seen; they're often calling for me to pick up my order before I'm finished filling my drink. The drive thru is extremely accurate. I hate having to go back inside somewhere because the drive thru screwed up.
