Stopped here after our cousin's graduation and the customer service was horrible.. My niece ordered fresh food and it wasn't fresh at all. She asked the manager, Shannon for a refund and she was very rude.. she wasn't trying to satisfy the customer at all and afterall without customers she has no job there! I can't believe i'm leaving a review for a mcdonald's. Long story short- all these employees need to be retrained. I'm door dashing and doordash says to go into the lobby to pick up your order. So I go to the door, and this guy tells me the lobby just closed, to go through drive through. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the lady at the window tells me she can't give it to me through the drive through, I must go in the lobby. I explain what the guy just told me, and she said "he's being trained, he doesn't know what he's talking about". She was rude, but thankfully she just gives me the order, and told me to go inside next time. A few minutes later I accept another order. I get into the lobby (a nice girl on her break outside let me in). A MANAGER walks up to me, is mad that I'm inside, so I explain how employees are telling me different things. His reply: "you could have been nicer god damn". I have no idea what prompted him to say this. I was way too nice to this guy, all things considered. It is 7:36 pm on a Thursday. I sat in line for at least twenty minutes. I was then told "we can't take any more orders." What? What exactly is the problem here? I'm absolutely tired of my business at this location being consistently treated like an utter inconvenience. This location needs to be shut down and retrained on how to do their basic jobs. The last half-dozen times I have come to this "restaurant," I leave absolutely infuriated and swearing I will never go back. I'm done. And so is every individual I can humanly influence. I was shocked this morning to hear that Yelp only gave this location a 1.5! I have been coming to this McDonald's since they opened. Most of the time they are on the ball, quick, and friendly! Drive through service was quick and fairly easy. The staff person over the intercom was polite and nice. She read back the entire order to confirm it was correct, which it was. I came to the first window & paid a smiling person for my order, then proceeded to the next window. The pick up window was the slowest part but it only took about 2 minutes tops to have the food brought to us. The order was given to us exactly as ordered, without discrepancy. My husband ordered chicken nuggets and described them as, "hot & just like I would imagine them to taste." Our daughter ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, plain, & described it as, "good." She's eight and not entertained by reviews on yelp by the way. Our foreign exchange student & I ordered a southern style chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were good but did not taste fresh but was at least hot. I admit, fast food is always a gamble because you never know if it is going to be made to order or at least fresh. The meal overall was great but my favorite part was the fries -- they were both hot & fresh! read more

Horrible service! Drive-thru worker had a horrible attitude. She was very short with us when ordering. Never said, "Welcome to McDonald's". We had to correct her mistakes she made entering our order and she just said, " I'll get it when you pay". Do, when we go to pay the order needed to be corrected and she didn't know how to do that so the manager had to show her. There was only one car in front of us and it took us forever to get through. There were 6 cars now behind us because it took them so long to "serve" us. read more

If I could give this zero stars i would. While in town for my mother's funeral, I stopped by here to get my nieces and nephews breakfast. All I needed was hashbrowns and a few sausage biscuits. So how did this turn into the worst fast food experience ever? For starters, when I arrived we were told they were out of biscuits and it would be 12 minutes before more were ready. So i left to go somewhere else and returned 15 minutes later just in time to find out that they still had no biscuits and now no eggs!!!! WTH?!!! On top of this the cashiers are just standing there and the cooks have the audacity to say they weren't cooking any more breakfast. It was roughly a little after 10 by then. So we call for the manager to come out and she, Monique, doesn't apologize to her customers and instead just makes excuses for herself saying she was in the back counting money. Um ma'am, you job is to manage so try doing it. Even after the manager told them to cook more food, it was another 20 minutes before they had anything ready and at that point i had asked for McMuffins instead of biscuits to try and get the heck out of there. Everybody in the place deserves to be fired, especially the manager, since it's evident she mas no managerial skills. What kind of manager doesn't apologize to her customers for crappy service? Worst McDonald's in the United States! I live in ruston and go through just about every night to order a smoothie, frappe, or get iced coffee. 99% of the time they will tell you the machine is down or we are out. The other times they will tell you the system is down. The thing is they are lying because I've called right after they told me at the window where I was talking to someone else and then on the phone they will say yes we have whatever thing I was trying to order. And when they say that I watch them turn down other customers that come by. The workers have friends or bf/gf come to the window in vehicles or standing up and they talk and just chill and turn down people because they get paid hourly to be there. Doesn't matter if they serve 2 or 200 people. The window workers are also smartasses but you'll have that. I watch them sit around talking inside on their phones and I know it's McDonald's but come on now you can atleast come start making my smoothie before 10 minutes go by of you laughing and having a good time. read more
