Asked again for it hot, finally got some sort of cappuchinio (all foam). Most of it stuck to the waxy sides--smelled like dank moldy paper and wax. I probably should have looked at the menu online first (my bad there), but on the other hand, if a coffee place can't make either a basic hot latte or flat white, then why have "brew" and "coffee" in the name and show up as "coffee shop"?
