Don't think because you see the familar arches that this is "McDonald's". It is way over priced, the staff treats you like they're doing you a favor slinging half- filled containers of cold greasy fries at you. Nothing is ever warm. It's hit or miss, mostly miss. The chicken nuggets...a couple of my 20 piece were tasty, the rest cold hard & greasy. The sweet tea was a cup of ice with tea that tasted like someone else ordered it with lemon and then it was served to me 30 minutes later. An overly sweet, watery mess with a side of sour. The only thing I can say is the double fish sandwich has always been fresh, not the regular fish sandwich...the double. I have been to this place 5 times since I moved to the area, and this is my local mcdonalds. Every time is the same. It's not worth stopping, I'd rather go right up the road and buy a deli sub from publix. I drove specifically to get fries and they were cold and had been sitting. They replaced them with more fries that had been sitting. They did finally replace them with hot fries, but really? When someone says the fries taste like that have been sitting...why would you replace them with more bad fries? Sign of bad management. read more

I have no complaints about the food or the service. My issue was a staff member with loose unkempt hair and braids down to below her butt was permitted to work in the kitchen and front of the house, The staff member was very sweet but a kid who obviously was unaware of the dress code and didn't know better. I was told by an asst mgr, Her manager did speak to her briefly but no action was taken to put it up, get it together or go home. It was disgusting. On another note the rest of the staff was impeccable with all of their hair out of their faces and pulled back neatly. Your manager needs to take this much more seriously and act. Because I do most of my work on a laptop, I usually look for places that have wi-fi in them that is at least at broadband speeds. This spot is one of the very few in the Ruskin area that has wifi. Unfortunately, there are only 2 plugs in the entire sitting area, so if nobody is sitting in the areas where those plugs are (which is true, more often than not), then you are good to go. Secondly, as for the food, it's typical for a McDonald's. The fries are good when hot, as they have enough salt on them to allow you to eat them without ketchup. The rest of their food is pretty good too, as is typical at a McDonald's. Service is professional and quick, and is much better than it was a few months ago when I visited. Other than that, this is a pretty good place to get things done if you have a laptop, and are willing to withstand the occasional loud children every now and then (thank the Lord for noise-cancelling headphones!)!.... read more

Only place open near ruskin after tampa bay hockey game at 11 pm on a Monday . Hence mcdonalds. I only average about 2 times a year at Mickey ds. Usually do not have a problem here but Father's Day 7/17 my wife went to pick up breakfast and when she got home my steak egg and cheese bagel was a steak and bacon bagel????? No egg , not worth driving back for but from now on checking food before I or she leaves. Steak and bacon are a strange combo and tasted pretty gross. read more

I moved her in July and I don't generally eat fast food very often. However, that being said, I've been to this location three times. All three times I've gone in to order, my order preference has been made fun of. Example, no egg on a sandwich or no whipped cream on a drink. I wouldn't be bothered except employees literally three feet away from me voice their opinion in front of my face. I've worked in fast food before, I know there are some things you wanna crack a joke at but I hardly understand doing it to my face. On the bright side, my food has always been prepared correctly so no complaints there. Just learn some manners. read more

McDonald's is a hit and miss for me usually. We all have our good and bad days but today just kind of turned me off from this location for a while now. They gave me a hot fudge sundae full of hot fudge which isn't a problem because I absolutely love the fudge, but the cap wasn't on and now I've spent the past ten minutes cleaning our my cup holders in my car from ice cream and fudge. My fries and soggy and old and everything is lukewarm at best. Hamburger is missing mustard. And the man at the drive thru window was rude and unresponsive. Very horrible experience. I ordered a meal with a large mocha frappe they were pretty busy so they asked me to pull forward there was already a car waiting before me and I saw the girl get out she seemed angry and went back to her car and was then brought a couple of items there was also another lady in her car but she was in the parking lot and she walked into the store and went in the store for a while I was sitting in my car for 15 minutes waiting and I still haven't received my frappe I was only waiting for one frappe. A girl came up to my car and asked what I was waiting for and I told her I was waiting for a frappe she said OK I'll be right back and never came back then a guy came up to my car and he had an ice cream in his hand and tried to give it to me and I said no I'm waiting for a frappe then he said oh OK I'm sorry I'll be back and he went to another car gave them ice cream disappeared and never came back so then I was waiting out there and I realized it's been too long so I went inside and the lady that I saw storming out of her car was waiting inside and she was very upset. A guy asked me what happened and I told him I was waiting for a frappe and he said OMG they never brought that out to you. It was sitting there the whole time. read more

What can I say? I go through the drive thru relatively often and my order is always correct and promptly done. Never had anyone be unfriendly either. I mean, is McDonald's. it took like 10 min for us to get our food at the drive though . everyone was walking around there was employees on their phones. oh and the best part, we ordered 5 fries and a 10 piece nugget with sauce . the fries had NO SALT . and they gave us 2 SAUCES ONLY. with all of the food we had ... and the nuggets weren't fresh ... not happy read more
