We ordered pretty standard menu items at the drive thru. It took about 15 minutes to get the order. While sitting there some worker was power walking thru the beer distributor parking lot with his McDonald's uniform on, upset on the phone, which might be related (quit, fired, who knows). We got the order, drove about 3 minutes home and sat down to eat. The burgers were seated on the outside, but RED ON THE INSIDE! Raw meat. My wife proceeded to run to the bathroom and hurled. I took it back, and they refunded my money. When there, someone else was having some sort of issue and they we're fixing it. I know mistakes happen, bit this was really bad. Quality controls need to be put on place, or adhered to. That includes management/supervisors. This joins a list of places that won't see patronage or money from this home. read more

Placed a mobile order for drive thru there were many cars when I pulled up so I changed it to drive thru. Once inside I had to wait for someone (the person at the drive thru) even acknowledged I was there.. At that point he gave me my coffee but I was still waiting for 2 sandwiches... Not one time did ANY employee ask me my order or nothing.. During my wait 2 employees, the drive thru attendant and I'm guessing the front attendant, were making sexually explicit jokes talking to a Spanish speaking woman who you could tell understood NOTHING they were saying. To solidify my conclusion they even laughed about the fact that she didn't know what they were saying.. That is TOTALLY unprofessional!! After listening to all of this I saw that my sandwiches were ready and again instead of them paying attention I had to again ask for my order. By the time I leave the restaurant the drive thru was empty!! What is the point of having counter service if it takes longer then the drive thru??? On top of that the sandwich that was disposed to add toppings didn't at all!! Why offer the option if you're not going to fulfill the order correctly??? You guys really need to do better!! read more

Both employees that I interacted with in the drive thru were wearing masks that did not cover their noses. The second one actually lowered her mask to speak to me. This location has gone to crap. You wait 5-10 mins at the speaker just to place an order to an employee that can't even say hi, just "can I help you?" They don't pay attention when you're placing an order so you have to repeat things multiple times. Then you get to the 1st window & you have to wait another 5 mins just to pay to a rude employee who doesn't say a word. Then you get to the 2nd window for your food...another 5-10 mins usually & the employee at that window doesn't say a word to you either & then slams the window in your face w/o so much as a thank you or have a nice day. You have to wave at them or honk your horn just to ask for extra napkins. & that's a good day if they don't tell you to pull up..another 15 mins for your food. Not fast food. I get their FUDGE Sundaes and they are good when they USE FUDGE. I always have liked this treat but they have started to use syrup from the coffees in Sundaes it's sucks because the taste and texture are so different. Please teach your staff the difference because when I ask and pay for fudge I want hot fudge not bottled syrup. Also if I pay for extra fudge I want extra fudge. I remember when this place first opened forever ago, it was a big deal since it wasn't as developed in the area back then. My high school years involved a lot of Mcdonald's since its all I could afford back then. Its always been an ok McDonald's never horrible, mostly ok and sometimes great. The one constant problem is they seem to forget things or screw up orders occasionally. I didn't get my hash brown the one time. Another time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and got a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit. Its kinda like russian roulette with the drive thru. This McDonald's is located just off of Lewis Rd, next to Sunoco. It's fast food so, you go to get fast food, and that's what I expect to get. With the price of fast food climbing vs. a dinner they need to step up there game. In this store getting the orders right isn't number 1 on there list nor having food on hand. There been several times this month went to order something and it's out, or they can change an Item because there no more mix. If you bring this to the manger attention, we can't do anything or give anything for the inconvenience. We you go try to order 3 different items and they are all out, someone needs to do a better job of ordering or supervising. You call to try and talk to the manger, can't do that they just pick up the phone and hang it up on you: no answer. I don't recommend going to the this McDonalds if your in the area, there ones' in Pottstown, Collegeville or even off of High St in Royersford that are away better. read more
