It's a hard drop from my last review but with the prices changing, the value isn't there anymore. I don't know if there was a management change but the food quality has gone downhill. I had something extremely greasy once a while ago and haven't been back since. McDonald's isn't a place I would ever choose to eat. This McDonald's has got to be one of the worst locations for good service. Sunday night at 9:30 and my daughter and I pulled into the drive thru to order a Oreo McFlurry. I made a comment to my daughter just before we attempted this order that there was gonna be a problem and no McFlurry would be possible. Sure enough, as soon as we ordered, we were informed that no ice cream products were possible at that time. The hours of operation online state the drive thru is open til 2am, it was 9:30 pm and no McFlurry's. Shouldn't all menu items be available up until closing time? read more

We were heading to the Wildlife Safari and since McMenamins was taking fooooorrreeevveerrr we decided to just go through the drive through here at McDonald's (June 30, 2021). No issues at all. We placed our order, drive up and paid, got our food, no issues. The food was warm and McDonald's tasty. Honestly, I only go to McDonald's as a last minute/last chance place. Granted, I do love their fries! There were 4 of us and no one complained. That's a good thing. I don't know why but they never give ketchup. Why is this? This time I actually remembered to ask for ketchup so yay for that, but if I hadn't, we wouldn't have ketchup! Please change this, McDonald's. At least they gave us napkins. ;) read more

Food was ok. Service needs work !! No one greeted me . Just some one will be there. After waiting a guy says have you been helped . I said not yet he took my order to eat here even gave me a table marker and then I heard my order yelled out . Went up to counter and said so what's the point of the table marker if your not going to bring it to my table. Nothing acted like they didn't hear me. The female boss was bitching in the back . UPDATE... still waiting. We now live just a mile away and visit here often. The food is always good but something needs to be done about waiting to the side EVERY SINGLE TIME! After some around to some past employees I was told the franchise owner has them push cars thru to waiting so their store will hit a bonus of some sort. TL:DR - Good place for a rest stop if you are driving on a road trip. We came here because the drive from Portland back to California was far and we needed gas next door and was hungry. Not much of a line but it did go fast. There's tea next to the soda machines. The interior design of the place was pretty clean. There's a tv at the center for news. Mc Donald's foods are getting smaller and smaller I feel like. Four fish burgers for like $1.50 for two or something. Some fries and nuggets. It's filling and cheap for a quick stop meal. read more

Nearly every time in the last year or two me and/or my wife has gone through the drive thru for food here, they always tell us to pull into one of the drive thru spots to await our food, and every time we have done this, they've literally forgotten about us. Car after car goes through the drive thru no problems with their order, or goes into a slot, gets their food and drives off while were left waiting for 10, 15, or 20+ minutes. Today my wife had to literally go INSIDE the restaurant and ask them what's up with her order, and even then they couldn't get THAT right. She waited inside for another amount of minutes and they forgot her fries after all that too! I don't know who is managing this place but the service has become a joke here. I haven't had this level of incompetence at the other nearby McDonald's, such as the Stewart Pkwy one which almost always gets my order right and in a timely manner. read more

What can I say about the food that everyone doesn't already know, so I'll discuss the building features. This restaurant is very well designed. It has a post-modern vibe. The rest rooms are exceptionally clean. The doors have a "sanitary device" to open the door, so you don't have to use your hands. Very nice feature! The lobby's layout is nice and open. It gives a welcoming feel. This location is recommended. read more

You can only give a place 100 chances before you finally question the staff, at the Green McDonald's. Between waiting 20-40 minutes in the drive through, waiting 30 minutes in the lobby at 7pm, when you're the only one in the lobby, to getting the wrong order as they look in the bag and tell you it's all there, from ingredients missed like tomatoes on your daily double or fries, to ingredients added, like jalapenos on your child's plain cheese burger, (thankfully no food allergies). This place is a joke of a McDonald's and it only gets worse as the day goes on. I normally don't leave reviews for fast food, but after 1,000,000 things gone wrong, one has to finally say, come on man. This McDonald's isn't a 1 star McDonald's, because I've had worse, but a 2 star, almost feels to high. Not Lovin' it! read more

Beware the night crew. Probably the worst experience I've had from this particular location. I had some pretty shotty service here in the past, but apparently they're not very thankful of their jobs during this apocalyptic nightmare. From the "what do you want" attitude of drive through clerk, to the lack of getting anything right, including the quarter pounders with cheese with no cheese, to the fillet of fish that sat in the PHU pan for probably three cycles too long. I have lived here for 10+ years and all of a sudden items from the menu that we enjoy throughout the day are starting to disappear they no longer serve any breakfast items after 1030 not even on their value meal they no longer cater to the children or any substitutions and half the time the meat is still raw and I am talking about the chicken not the beef...... when I asked why such changes or lack of cooking monitoring I was told the new owners have changed things up........ if this is the case the new owners stink!!! We ordered a combo pack and made the mistake of not checking before we left. They forgot our sauces. They also messed up on not one but all of our sandwhiches. Gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Would rather drive to roseburg then deal with them again. This isn't the first time. read more

But one thing that really tics me off is when I ask for a no salt fry, they are supposed to use a scoop that is reserved for no salt fries....otherwise using the same scoop gets salt all over the fries anyway. Okay first and foremost, this is easily the friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. I went in today, 9/17 just for a quick bite. My burger came out and had one patty instead of the double and wasn't as warm as it should have been. I talked to a guy working, Kody, and told him what happened but made sure not to throw a fit and remain respectful. Without hesitation, was very respectful and apologetic and then one of the ladies (I believe was a manager, not sure) came out with my correct sandwich and was also very apologetic. Kody's customer service skills are incredible, and should be taught in more restaurants. read more

This McDonald's never seems to get our order right!!!!! They stick a sticker on the bag that says double checked for accuracy, but they're hardly ever accurate. I think retraining is in order for all staff. read more
