Just ordered from this McDonalds . Got a Quarter pounder no cheese and extra slivered onions. the Quarter pounder has shrink and was just like eating a reg burger! , I know this is not this particular McDonalds fault. The order was perfect just what I ordered but, I have one complaint. Slivered onions to me are cut very fine almost grated. The onions on my Qtr pounder were huge like someone quartered an onion and put it on the burger half of them had fallen off . It ruined the whole burger. I cannot believe they put these big cuts of onion on all their burgers. surely this was one employees error. if not someone needs to fix this.p read more

This is the third time they have messed up my orders, everything from completely wrong order to missing items. Today suppose to be a double CB extra pickle which didn't exist. No Mustard add Mayo not extra Mayo. This Sandwich was so bad it's buzzard food on the side of the road. Not the wrapping just the burger. read more

We went thru the drive thru at McDonalds this morning. The employee who took the order was friendly, patient and listened well. The order was accurate and read back to us by the employee who handed us the food. He was also super nice. We did have to pull forward to wait for two hash browns, which took a little longer than expected. However, the food was hot, cooked correctly and absolutely delicious! They even got the coffee concoction right. Well done. Kudos to the the employees and hats off to good management. read more

Worst food ever! Ordered steak and egg biscuits(3), got biscuits covered with ONIONS! We are over giving this restaurant a chance, it is never going to change. I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese .... I've got a quarter pounder with cheese. my husband went inside to correct the issue and he had to SIGN a FORM in front of a MAnager to return the burger ...... that was ridiculous turned fast food into slow painful food. The burger was in 3 pieces . I have seen customer service with McDonald's in general go downhill. If I could of given them no stars I would of. We have had issues with this certain McDonald's in the past. We received 2 coupons for any free sandwich so we decided to try again. My husband went inside and ordered, gave the cashier the coupons. Manager came up and told my husband to use the coupons he had to buy one to get on. NO WHERE on the coupons does it say that. As my husband tried to tell her, the manager she wouldn't listen and was more worried about give the little kids free ice cream. Very poor service for a manager. Don't ever have to worry about us going there again. Yes, I will be writing to the headquarters. No wonder they are never busy. Sad sad sad read more

Only in Rome, GA is there a line longer in the McDonalds than any other establishment besides the Olive Garden or the Mellow Mushroom. This McDonald's apparently added a double laned-drive-thru not too long ago, and it's great because they obviously needed it! I've been going to this McDonalds since I was a little girl. My mother owned a business right across the street and I remember the days before the dollar menu. (Watch out guys, we've got a badass over here) Can we holler at those 20-cent cheeseburgers from 1995? Miss ya much. read more

I have always loved their food ever since I can remember. My granny got me my first big Mac when I was 7 years old after I broke my arm skating. That was in 1976! Then later on in the 80s and 90s I ate with my kids at McDonald's. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because the WiFi was not available. I go get something to eat here just about everyday and yesterday was the one time I was really disappointed with them. I was already in a rush to get to work and I got home and my order was wrong and I didn't have time to go back because I had 10 minutes to be at work. Ive been trying to call them this morning and each time I call they pick up the phone and hang it right back up and don't even say a word. Same as any other McDonald's, but this one has two drive thoughs. The was two cars lined up on the right, one on the left. So I got in line on the left side, both cars on the right were served the two more on the right before the left side got to order. Then I finally get to pull up and three more cars on the right go before I get to order. I was fuming mad, still am. Will never go there again. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First of all when I tried to order they were out of most of the things I wanted. I came for breakfast so I ordered the breakfast burrito but they were out of those so be it I ordered a bagel that they said they had until I got to the window to pay and they informed me then they didn't have a bagel either. I realize they don't serve breakfast all day but it was only 930. Then to top it all off the staff seem to be annoyed that I wanted to change my order and only get the tea. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. With flies landing on our food every few minutes, to the trash piled on the ground, there was no sense of cleanliness. The bathroom was horrid, with one of the toilets overflowing (and no, it was not clean water). They were out of ice, ketchup and ketchup containers. By far the worst Mcdonalds in history, I wouldn't even rate it half a star. Managers are sloppy and rude and make customers very uncomfortable. Giving frozen hamburgers to pregnant customers . Having people wait for 40 , 50 minutes tops just to give people out the window 1min and half to get there food ,way before people who's been standing in line waiting for over an hour. Fries given to tons of people rock hard and attitudes given because they have to give back . Rude when asked for a refund because people where tired of waiting for so long . An elderly lady waiting for over an hour just to get a meal which they didn't take her order in the first place. Managers shouldn't be as rude and sloppy and unprofessional as the one that works there. I have never even given a review before, but this Mcdonald's warrants a review because of the aweful service and experience. The manager was so rude walking by us several times, blatenly ignoring people at the register. There were 3 people at the drive through and no one at the in house register, except for the wondering manager. Waited 20 mins to order 4 large drinks which she got the order wrong. She thought we said 4 large cones. She clearly wasnt listening. This was all happening at 430pm. Not at all at a rush hour period. I have never seem such negligence at Mcdonald's. I don't plan on returnig to this particular Mcdonald's. This is not the first time, I should add, we have experienced such poor service at this Mcdonald's. This was our 3rd and last time!! read more
