McDonald's as is isn't the greatest establishment, but when you are talking about this location they are very unfriendly and the food isn't the best. I tried asking if the chicken McGriddle is made out of whole chicken or ground chicken and apparently that was a very difficult question because two employees plus the manager had no idea. This is definitely the better of the two McDonald's in Rexburg. They mess my order every once in a while, but it's not very often. They also seem to handle the Sunday night 12am college student rush better than the other McDonald's does so it is always the destination for my wife and I when we want to go out for "McMidnight". It's above average compared to most McDonald's that I have been to, and adding that to the "McMidnight", I'll give it a 4 star, mainly for service and speed and partially for order correctness. read more

This McDonald's is ahead of its A game, they have kiosks and allow people to check out and order their food from five different areas. It's service is good and when you order from the kiosks employees will walk and bring you your food so you don't even have to get up to get it. The workers are friendly and are kind to all that come in. The food comes out fast and my food was not cold, definitely fresh, especially for McDonald's. read more

Some of the slowest service I received at McDonald's. I've written one before and I know that The targeted time it should take you from ordering to having your food is about 120 seconds if I remember right and I waited for longer than that just to have my order taken at 4o'clock in the morning with no one else in line. Then sat waiting for my food for over 15 minutes for simple sausage muffin burrito that comes premade and which should be a premade hash brown. Step it up McDonald's! Service was ok. The place was clean, including restroom. Portion of meat to bun was a joke (see photo). Fries were over salted. Soda Fountain: Barq's, DP, Diet DP, Hi-C, Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke. I normally don't give McDonalds 4 stars but I will this time and here's why. For one, the owner did major renovations and included a kids playing area. Secondly, you can get any size drink for 1 dollar, which is pretty great because any gas station will charge you 20-30 cents more for a large drink. Overall not a bad establishment except for the fact that the McChickens are $1.59 as opposed to a 1 like EVERY WHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. Service is okay! Good for pickup but if you want to dine in, be prepared to enter into a massy, dirty restaurant. I have gone to this restaurant multiple times with my family and every single time I find the unclean tables, dirty floors and only two or three tables occupied, yet no one cares to clean the restaurant. The manager Kheli was very rude. Not just to me but her employees as well. I saw her being short with a couple high school aged looking employees while waiting in line. When I ordered my food she showed incredibly bad customer service and ended up costing me an extra two dollars because she didn't explain to me how my coupon worked until after I had paid for my food. Sunday September 20th I go at 12:50 pm. I order 20 spicy nuggets and 10 regular. I go through without a problem and when I get home I realize I only got 10 of each. I go back to see if I can get my 10 spicy I'm missing and I pull up to the second window and the manager in a blue shirt says "I don't owe him sh*t if he doesn't have his receipt". Ok that's fine just tell me you can't if I don't have my receipt so instead I say I feel bad holding up the line while they try to find my receipt so I go back through the drive thru for a third time and order more which I then have to wait for them for 10 more mins. This time around this McDonald's killed it! They did a great job at filling our fries to the very top (unlike the other McDonald's in Rexburg). And all the food came out fresh af. Nothing wrong with the food, but I would say 9 times out of 10 they forget something or get your order wrong. I have lived near this mcdonalds for years and it has always been this way. Always check your food in the drive-thru before you leave, otherwise you will be disappointed or having to drive back to mcdonalds to get what they forgot. read more
