Just ordered a bacon, egg, and Cheese biscuit from the McDonalds on NE 44th Street. The biscuit was so hard and overdone that I can't eat it. You would think somone would notice when a biscuit is overdone. read more

We arrived about 8pm one guy in the restaurant two waiting on food, a couple of cars in the drive through. We waited 15 mins for two burgers and fries. When we got back the car we realized we had only one fries. My husband went back in to get hem. After we got in the road we realized the fries were so salty neither one of us could eat them. The service I received was above and beyond duty. Got a flat tire, lug nut wrench was missing, asked 5 gas stations just south and none would/could help. Either again policy or didn't want to help. The manager and employees jump in to help. Top shelf service like you use to get at gas stations. read more

Crappy service. They always screw up your order in drive thru. Make sure you check your order before you hit the freeway. When going in I don't think the people relize that McD's is fast food. So that means you move things quicks. Not 10 mins for a order to get to you. Listen to the customer when you are taking an order. I would suggest going another location. read more

Well it is McDonalds and not much to review ...I am not a big fan in general and this one seems a little slower than others and also when all the other McDonalds had .99 cent large drinks this was one of the few that didnt for some reason. read more

After a long night of working grave shift, all I want are some nice, greasy hash browns. This particular McDonald's is just a couple of exits away from my apartment, so I will sometimes pull off the freeway to grab breakfast. It is pretty new inside and is usually clean, but sometimes the workers can be a bit rude here. Once I went inside to use a coupon that had no expiration date written on it. When I asked the man if I could use it he looked at me like I was the world's biggest idiot and snottily said that it expired the day before. When I go through the drive through they never say hello and they never tell you the cost of your order - they just hold out their hand for cash. It is McDonald's though, so I guess my expectations are not set too high. read more

It was... well, McDonald's ha. Nothing special. Just good for a late nite snack. The employees don't seem to know their own menus or foods available that well, but other than that, luckily, kept fingers crossed & food miraculously was given to us as ordered & hot. It did take quite a long time in line though, late at night, when they weren't that busy, so it's hard to imagine what they were spending their time in there doing. Prices at this mcd's is quite a bit more expensive than other locations. Staff is not that friendly. Poor experience returning a burger that was not what I had ordered. Remodel was nice, but doesn't justify charging more than McDonald restaurants everywhere else. read more

I believe the employees here could mean well, just trying to do their job and make a living but wow oh wow are they incompetent and difficult to work with. The food here is just like any other McDonald's. I'm not rating on the food but rather on their service. If you ask for something as regular as a small mocha they will find every way possible to mess it up. After many miscommunications through the intercom drive thru, thinking that everything was clear... it still was not. When I politely told the lady that this was not the drink I had ordered she obviously got very frustrated and went to go make it again. This would have been more tolerable if she wasn't coming up to the window and condescendingly asking me if I wanted whip cream, what kind of milk I wanted, if I wanted drizzle. It was very condescending since all I asked for was a small mocha... (never implied I wanted any adjustments to it). When she handed me my new drink I smiled and said thank you, she turned her face around and ignored the fact that I was grateful about her taking the time to fix my order... anyways. Service here is pretty horrible but it's just a McDonald's so what could you really expect. I didn't like it here it was horrible I dislike the main manager of this McDonald's he had an attitude and he looked at you with a face that was very uncomfortable he walked around making sure you didn't do nothing bad which it was only going to bathroom or eating watching you every you went I didn't like I won't come in next time because of him they should get a better manager read more

I just left this McDonalds 15 minutes ago. I will never visit this location. The Manager was extremely rude and an employee who was working the drive through window. I order a chocolate frap and received a shake. I let the gentleman in the window know nicely that I ordered a frap. He then told the Manager and she came to the window upset saying that's what you ordered, I asked you if it was a frap or shake. I said to her there must have been a miscommunication. Manager then rolled her eyes at me and prepared my frap. I told her that it is not very nice to roll your eyes to customers especially when they are very nice to you. She then apologize and said sorry. As I was leaving the gentleman at the window said alright now, leave. I then reversed my car and he came to the window and I said I heard you and I don't appreciate you talking to me like this, the Manager came and she said he didn't say anything I was right here. I ordered inside and waited a long time to be served even though no line existed. After my order it took 25 minutes to receive two small cheeseburgers. No apologies were given for the abysmally bad wait time even though they were aware since they called the order out to the cooks 3 times. In the meantime I observed the employees since I had a long waiting time, they were extremely unprofessional. This place is the most slow McDonald's ever. Avoid at all costs. I regret I even got stuck in their painfully turtle like drive through last night around 8:20 pm to order a filet meal. Took forever to place the order, pay the order and even receive the meal. When I when to eat the meal found the fries thrown and cold, fish filet cold and fish very stale and hard on edges it hurt my molars to even bite. Called to complain no one picks the phone up. Followed up several times the next day and finally someone answered and said that was "unusual" and asked if I had my receipt. Well I never was given one. They said it's policy and everyone gets one. So since I didn't have one due to their error, I could not get helped and they could not look up a previous nights order. Was told the manager would call and did not. Assistant manager is useless and didn't care to rectify the situation in any form. I told her I make a ton of money don't replace it but fix your issues, I won't ever be back avoid at all costs. She just plain didn't care and I don't trust this location they have no respect and customer service at all. Their franchise owned so keep that in mind they don't have the brand name reputation in mind at all. I threw away my stale food $8 for nothing but to avoid getting sick. read more
