Due to human error, I unfortunately arrived home to find I was not given my sauce for my chicken nuggets. This can really ruin your antipated joy of having your meal especially when you can't drive back to get the sauce. I did let the manager Pedro know about this experience and appreciated his professionalism. He understood, apologized, and compensated me by providing me a reimbursement meal. It's not always easy in these modern times to find people who take responsibility when things go wrong by displaying honorable business practices to make things right. We ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins, and when we bit into them the yolk & white surrounding it was green. I called the manager and spoke to him, and he said that it was normal for their eggs to look this way since the sit in the steamer for extended periods of time. Took forever to get the food and I was waiting here for 10 minutes waiting for my milkshake and then they tole that the machine needed to be filled after the ten minutes and we saw people eating out of the fry basket and was on their phone while working with the food and the resturant had trash everywhere. WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to! Terrible service, unclean and unsanitary area. The employees seem to take smoke breaks every 10 minutes. I've seen an employee eat fries out of a customers bag that was getting ready to get sent out the drive through. The service itself is so slow I've had to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes before someone would take my order (there were absolutely no cars infront of me). The food quality is not even up to any other mcdonald's i've been to standard. It's honestly a big joke of a fast food restaurant. Waiting an hour drive to find a different Mcdonald's outside of reedsport is so worth it, at least you won't question if you should even eat the food after you buy it. Food is always good, but it's slow. 9 out of 10 visits to the drive thru I'll be asked to park and wait for... something. And there are often 2-4 others also waiting. And the wait is not short. It's rare I get thru in less than 5 minutes, and it can easily be a 10 minute or longer wait. I really don't know if it's a staffing issue or what. It doesn't seem incredibly busy, I'll be able to pull right up and order immediately almost 100% of the time. It looks like they remodeled , services very slow. The drive-thru was backed up so long that I had to park and go inside .. I took me probably 15 minutes to get a milkshake and a Big Mac. I noticed four other groups of people waiting for their food..It appears to me they need a lot more help than what they have. The staff that was working were very friendly, trying their best to keep up with the drive-thru and the front counter at the same time. We only stopped while on a road trip for a few smoothies but the goth girl at the window was great. We had been on the road for about two hours with a little kid in the backseat. The employees were parking people in the wrong places in drive thru, the trainer was ignorant when I was ordering three small things, the service was so bad that people were just leaving, when I got my drink and it was half full and I paid for a large, the one manager was more concerned with drive thru and not at all with the lobby. 16 adults and 1 children waiting for ever to have their orders take. And to receive them, this fast food restaurant has no clue how to operate under pressure in a mild Way, get these employees better prepared and trained, sincerely lose customers. read more

Thursday the 17th at around 8 pm I was treated poorly by the drive thru window attendant. While ordering, I was reading from a list, he continued to ask, in a condescending tone, "is that all" between each item, without giving me a second to continue my list. As all businesses, this location is currently understaffed. However, I was impressed with the team that was working the night of November 11. They had orders coming in from every direction, and were all working together, and polite with each other and the customers. So I know it's a fast food restaurant and I don't care. I walked out of this store yesterday and told my car mates that I had just had the most pleasant McDonald's experience ever. We opted for take out not drive thru. I went in and ordered and the counter person was very friendly and accurate. After ordering I thought I was short one drink cup so she gave me another. I soon realized I hadn't ordered the last cup and tried to return it or pay. She said no problem and told me it was fine. After filling my drinks my food was ready and I was about to make 2 trips to the car. The manager and the person who helped me at the counter both saw my plight and quickly produced a drink carrier and a bag so I could make one trip. Seems like not a big deal but for me the fact that they were attentive and super helpful and had a smile and a genuine wish for a good day. What a treat. Thank you read more

This mcdonalds never serves hot food, ever. Breakfast mcmuffins are hit and miss-you may get a fresh sausage mcmuffin or you may get an outdated, hard piece of bread. I was in Reedsport for church and got hungry. So, like an idiot, I went to McDonalds. I ordered two sausage muffins. They had obviously just been thrown together. The cheese was not melted at all. The muffins were so stale that they were crunchy, literally falling apart with one bite. And three hours later, I started to feel very sick. It's now the next day and I am still queasy. Never again for food. Maybe coffee, but I have my doubts about that, too. read more

Reedport, Oregon McDonald's Worst experience ever. Ordered a cola from drive through, started home, ate and drank some of the cola and saw black spots about the size of a grain of sand, not coastal sand, in our drinks. I am sick after drinking some of the soda. The black spots are hard. I took pictures of them on the lids and in the cup and put some on my finger to take a picture of and see if they were soft. It must be mold and dried soda or worse in the nozzle of the nozzle of the drink machines read more

When approaching the establishment late in the evening we were greeted with an unprofessional touch . We received our McFlurry with only half full ice cream with leaving words of here you go then a slam of a window. My friend and I looked at the skimpy ice creams and returned them to the vendor. They replied saying we cannot take them because of protocol which is completely understandable at the time. Attitude erupted in the establishment with extensive screaming between one another. We received our ice creams back with sent away with we won't do this again! Then the window slammed once more. -Rudest service seen in a fast food industry and I worked the chain previously in my days. I sent my son to McDonalds for a Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger Deluxe...no bun, no onion, no condiments, ADD 3 bacon. I guess they decided I really didn't need the cheese or tomato on it. Still got charged full price even though all I got was the beef patty, 3 half-slices of bacon, 2 pickle chips, and a couple of lettuce leafs. If I could give minus stars I would. I live in the area so this is unfortunately the main McDonalds available. I give them 1 star based on 1 thing. Have a food allergy so make a simple request to not put that on a sandwich. So far they've gotten it right 8 out of the last 32 visits. Food allergies are not the same as a preference!!!
