We sit in the driveway and blow our horn any no one had take our order and we went inside stood at the corner and nobody took our order I highly don't recommend don't come here read more

The customer service was horrible! It was so horrible that we didn't even stay in order our food. First, when we walked in no one was at the counter for a good 23 minutes and finally when the girl comes around and sees us, she rolls her eyes and says yes? We then asked her about the Grinch meals and she said they're sold out. Then she asks us if we're paying with card or cash. We say card she then says you have to go to the kiosk and order. All of this said with an attitude. We were treated so poorly we just left. This girl acted like she did not want to be there and she treated us like we were a burden. She definitely does not need to be working there. I will never go back to that McDonald's again. read more

I went through the drive-thru at 8:15 PM on Oct 19 2025. I was told you weren't taking orders. When I asked why, the employee said 'because we aren't.' I just wanted to flag this. Just didn't sit right with me. read more

50 minutes for a happy meal, nuggets, and fries. Order was missing items, wrong amount of nuggets, cold food. Staff roll her eyes one more time I'm ripping them out of her face. read more

I do like that they offer a mini-size version of there McFlurries! This is perfect for the those who are watching their calorie intake, but still want a sweet treat. Overall, the service was ok. I did have to wait awhile in the DT line. I'm not sure what was going on this particular day. read more

Update; a year later you get the same thing at the Laurinburg road MacDonalds in Raeford NC; the Drive thru is sent to the parking lot to wait a long time for your smushed , cold burger and the fries upside down in the bag with no napkins . Workers are not customer friendly with nasty attitudes towards anyone who isn't of their ethnicity. Otherwise, they don't seem to mind being the worst MacDonalds in the world. Go see for yourself. Good luck. read more

McDonald's - Triple Cheeseburger Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Raeford, North Carolina

I have been here about let's say 50 times and maybe 15 times my order is correct. Wait time is ridiculous. If you order in the drive thru more often than not you have to go inside because your order is wrong. One time i went in and the staff was all out arguing, made it extremely uncomfortable to say anything. There's another McDonald's opening up the road like 6 miles let's see about that one, because this one ain't it. I went for a number one with an extra fry (1hr) wrong twice. read more

The McDonalds in Raeford and also the McDonalds ai Club Pond are both terrible. The orders are never correct and wait time is ridiculous! Never order gravy biscuits because they have no gravy on them. I will never order again at either of these places. Don't waste your time or money!! read more

Once again Raeford McDonald's has failed. Why have everybody pull up and park and still get cold food, but I was hungry just getting off for this. Please can someone come and check it out make some changes or do yall even care about your customers anymore. This location will never get 5 stars read more

They are supposed to have shamrock shakes for a limited time. Every time we go, the machine is down. This was the case again today.

The food was not fresh. It was dry. The fries were old and thrown in the bag upside with and 3 orders of fries mixed together. The dining room was shut down. Worst McDonalds experience I've had. read more

The worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. 1 hour wait for a Big Mac and a Dr Pepper at 10pm nobody was even there.

This place has gone down over the years. Customer service is terrible and food taste like it came out of the trash. Do not go here. I'd rather starve then eat at this place and talk to these employees. Not clean at all, I have no idea how they pass ratings. read more

Service sucks. Waiting on simple meals for almost an hour. And even when they bring your food they don't have it right.

This is probably the worst McDonalds that I have encountered in a while. I did not want to believe the reviews, but I should have known better than to doubt them. I have waited a while for my food before, but today I waited 26 minutes for my order. I went inside (I had a mobile order) to find out what was taking so long. Someone told me that they were currently bagging it. How long does it take to bag an order!? The woman told me, Im sorry, Im on fries. There were 7 varying sizes of fries sitting on the stand waiting to be bagged. How could she be waiting on fries if there were that many sitting there in the warming area?! I understand being busy, but this was just ridiculous to me! 26 minutes!!! Normally, I wait for around 10-15 minutes and the idiot who comes outside with the order has to ask me what I ordered. If I typed in that I am waiting in stall 4, I promise, that is where I am. I am just so tired of all of this. Today was the final straw for me, I will not return. There needs to be a real change in leadership there, because it is clear that there is NONE there!! I once had to walk in about my order because I was missing food and I overheard an employee say to other employees, can you two get on some of these open stations instead of just standing around? There seems to be a bunch of irresponsible people working there and it is giving this location a bad reputation. Oh yeah, ambiance, what can I say about it...? It's dirty. read more

Ordered a simple quarter pounder combo. Waiting still. It's been 25 minutes!!!! Never again.

cheeseburgers was cold and they forgot my fries and who forgeat fries are apart of a combo

Went to get a frappe at night and 20 min before they closed they told me no because they close in 20 mins. So not only is the ice cream machine always broke they won't make frappe when they don't want to. Not because broke but because they said no we close in a little. Zero stars!!! I alway get frappe late at every other McDonald's. read more

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP!!! I've checked in before and gone through the drive through... they were flustered and confused and started making the order and processing my payment then. Defeats the purpose... Tried the app again tonight and thought it might be worth it to try the parking and checking in on the app option... Waited for 20 minutes before I went inside to get my food. It was not made and I had to wait additional time for my food. The employee said I wasn't there and I didn't check in and the manager did nothing to apologize to me for the inconvenience... She said I TOLD YOU SOMEONE WAS WAITING... She (no name tag - dark hair with red in her ponytail) threw the bag in front of me and said "that's yours..." Will not be returning. read more

The month of May is NOT a good month for me and this particular McDonalds in Raeford. Went March 3rd to the drive thru. Ordered just two (2) filet of fish sandwiches. Paid and was told to go to parking space #2 to wait for my order. Waited over 15 minutes waiting for my sandwiches. Two crew members came to my vehicle four different times with wrong orders. Got tired of waiting went inside to ask for my money back. Vehicle in space #1 was there before me and was still there after I left. Today, May 10th, getting food for a elderly person, I waited over 30 minutes because both drive thrus were that backed up and moving slow. I only ordered two cheeseburgers, got to window #1 and the young lady at the window said you ordered a filet of fish, McChicken and small fry. I said no and told her my order. She said they don't have my order. I asked can a manager add it, she said no, can not add orders. Agitated, I drove off. I have seen the crews members of this location play around a lot and constantly on their phones. Management has no control of the situation. Loss my service for go! read more

I placed my order, got my food and ask for a receipt. They told me to pull over to the reserve 2 spot to wait for my receipt. After 5 minutes they bring the wrong receipt for just a biscuit. It's sad that they can't print you a receipt so you know what you are being charged. Are they steeling from us or just freaking stupid. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too, and I have lived her all my life so it's my only option. I've been at-least 8 times in the past month and every single time the ice cream machine is down, the frappe cannot be made, and they are out of pies. The last time I went, I was told again there was no pies and the manager walked around the corner and said we have them but the workers were too lazy to go to the back ti get them. Horrible restaurant with lazy employees. Recommend going to folkish hill Walmart for food. read more

Went through the drive thru and they had gotten my drink order wrong I corrected them at the first window pulled up to the second window and asked are you sure this is the correct drink i ordered 2 employees told me yes . I get home take a sip of my drink and it was not the drink i had ordered!! I swear they get worse at that store every time i go there!! read more

Customer service here is the worst! It's not due to COVID-19 either. The wait time for "fast food" is insanely long and the staff is unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I usually love taking my kid to McDonald's, however this location always messes up his order. We have had to take it back and ask for the correct order we placed several times. I rarely get salted fries, and they are luke warm at best when I do order them. Another problem I have with them is they asked cops to leave the restaurant because they didn't feel safe. Sorry, but that is ridiculous. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I love the nuggets and mcdoubles lol. read more

Depending on when you visit here, ALWAYS check your order before leaving. I spent the last 10 minutes for them getting my order right. Customer service is fairly decent, but it all depends on when you go. This location could be so much better, but either the staff could care less about providing customer service or don't really want to be there. Either way, this was the last time they will get any of my service. Being located off a main road doesn't mean the food and/or service is with the stop. read more

People honking in line, orders never correct, always forget sauces, midnight wait is 20 minutes at least.

Service was very quick through the drivethru got our food right away and the fries, the staple of McDonald's, the fries were piping hot and perfectly salted! The chicken nuggets were crunchy and delicious. I haven't had McDonald's in a while I am glad I got to have it today for lunch!! read more

Decent McDonalds. Food was fresh and the people were very nice. True southern hospitality.

The drive thru woman with grayish hair was so wonderful and understanding of our order. She was simply amazing and everything the world should be. She needs a raise or to be promoted. read more

If I could leave no stars I would . For years this McDonalds has had immature HIGHschoolers working there. Don't get me wrong , everybody needs their "first job" but I'd say choose your employees wisely, everybody has attitudes, they shut the window in your face while you're talking and end up leaving you hanging. They don't attend to you properly with a smile showing good customer service, which every job wants you to do if I'm not mistaken, it's common sense. They rush TOO much and they hardly ever pay attention when expediting food, so you end up with the wrong order and THEY end up having the attitude. Please pick wisely and hire mature workers that knows how to do their JOB. These 15 16 17 year olds is making this business go down with their childish ways. I can't explain how much I hate the ways of this McDonald's, read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I've been to this location numerous times and each time I've had cold, soggy, oily fries. I keep getting them , telling myself they might be hot & fresh this time but unfortunately they are N E V E R hot or fresh. If they're hot they are oily like they just dipped them twice or before the oil got to the desired temperature. Either way, very bad experiences here. Not only the fries (just what I really wish they would correct) but also wrong sauces given, sometimes don't catch the whole order bc they're too busy trying to give fast service . I'd just skip McDonalds & go to another restaurant in Raeford if you want my advice! Tonight was the last visit for me! read more

Stopped for coffee at 12:15pm Easter Sunday. I noticed that NC sanitation inspection score is 100. Austin (employee) saw that front area coffee pot had a small amount of "older" coffee in it. Without me saying anything, he searched out fresh coffee, got me individual cream containers--I am picky and don't like to have them put cream in--without eyerolls or muttering. Back on the road in 5 minutes. Perfect! read more
