The customer service was horrible! It was so horrible that we didn't even stay in order our food. First, when we walked in no one was at the counter for a good 23 minutes and finally when the girl comes around and sees us, she rolls her eyes and says yes? We then asked her about the Grinch meals and she said they're sold out. Then she asks us if we're paying with card or cash. We say card she then says you have to go to the kiosk and order. All of this said with an attitude. We were treated so poorly we just left. This girl acted like she did not want to be there and she treated us like we were a burden. Update; a year later you get the same thing at the Laurinburg road MacDonalds in Raeford NC; the Drive thru is sent to the parking lot to wait a long time for your smushed , cold burger and the fries upside down in the bag with no napkins . Workers are not customer friendly with nasty attitudes towards anyone who isn't of their ethnicity. Otherwise, they don't seem to mind being the worst MacDonalds in the world. Go see for yourself. I have been here about let's say 50 times and maybe 15 times my order is correct. Wait time is ridiculous. If you order in the drive thru more often than not you have to go inside because your order is wrong. One time i went in and the staff was all out arguing, made it extremely uncomfortable to say anything. This is probably the worst McDonalds that I have encountered in a while. I did not want to believe the reviews, but I should have known better than to doubt them. I have waited a while for my food before, but today I waited 26 minutes for my order. I went inside (I had a mobile order) to find out what was taking so long. Someone told me that they were currently bagging it. How long does it take to bag an order!? The woman told me, Im sorry, Im on fries. There were 7 varying sizes of fries sitting on the stand waiting to be bagged. How could she be waiting on fries if there were that many sitting there in the warming area?! I understand being busy, but this was just ridiculous to me! 26 minutes!!! Normally, I wait for around 10-15 minutes and the idiot who comes outside with the order has to ask me what I ordered. If I typed in that I am waiting in stall 4, I promise, that is where I am. I am just so tired of all of this. Today was the final straw for me, I will not return. There needs to be a real change in leadership there, because it is clear that there is NONE there!! I once had to walk in about my order because I was missing food and I overheard an employee say to other employees, can you two get on some of these open stations instead of just standing around? The month of May is NOT a good month for me and this particular McDonalds in Raeford. Went March 3rd to the drive thru. Ordered just two (2) filet of fish sandwiches. Paid and was told to go to parking space #2 to wait for my order. Waited over 15 minutes waiting for my sandwiches. Two crew members came to my vehicle four different times with wrong orders. Got tired of waiting went inside to ask for my money back. Vehicle in space #1 was there before me and was still there after I left. Today, May 10th, getting food for a elderly person, I waited over 30 minutes because both drive thrus were that backed up and moving slow. I only ordered two cheeseburgers, got to window #1 and the young lady at the window said you ordered a filet of fish, McChicken and small fry. I said no and told her my order. She said they don't have my order. I asked can a manager add it, she said no, can not add orders. Agitated, I drove off. I placed my order, got my food and ask for a receipt. They told me to pull over to the reserve 2 spot to wait for my receipt. After 5 minutes they bring the wrong receipt for just a biscuit. I've been at-least 8 times in the past month and every single time the ice cream machine is down, the frappe cannot be made, and they are out of pies. I usually love taking my kid to McDonald's, however this location always messes up his order. We have had to take it back and ask for the correct order we placed several times. I rarely get salted fries, and they are luke warm at best when I do order them. Another problem I have with them is they asked cops to leave the restaurant because they didn't feel safe. Depending on when you visit here, ALWAYS check your order before leaving. I spent the last 10 minutes for them getting my order right. Customer service is fairly decent, but it all depends on when you go. This location could be so much better, but either the staff could care less about providing customer service or don't really want to be there. If I could give it 0 stars I would! I've been to this location numerous times and each time I've had cold,soggy,oily fries. I keep getting them , telling myself they might be hot & fresh this time but unfortunately they are N E V E R hot or fresh. If they're hot they are oily like they just dipped them twice or before the oil got to the desired temperature. Either way, very bad experiences here. Not only the fries (just what I really wish they would correct) but also wrong sauces given, sometimes don't catch the whole order bc they're too busy trying to give fast service . Stopped for coffee at 12:15pm Easter Sunday. I noticed that NC sanitation inspection score is 100. Austin (employee) saw that front area coffee pot had a small amount of "older" coffee in it. Without me saying anything, he searched out fresh coffee, got me individual cream containers--I am picky and don't like to have them put cream in--without eyerolls or muttering.
