"Better ingredients better pizza" Yea right, not this location. I like Papa Johns, but this particular location clearly has no desire to deliver a decent pizza when this is what shows up at my door. Just a big sloppy mess. Clearly sauce was not evenly spread, bubbles were not popped in the oven, cutter didn't identify the issues and sent the pizza out. This should have been a crew pie and remade. This is sloppy hot garbage. read more

I've given this location shot after shot. Every single time the location is late past their delivery time (20 minutes to an hour late). Our gps says it should take no more than 10 minutes from their store to our door with traffic. Every time I call in, their staff says they are experiencing issues. How is it every time there is an issue? I have never had a location with so many issues in my life. I will give the drivers and staff credit for being as polite as possible when they get calls and face their customers after being so incredibly consistent with tardiness. Also the pizzas always look like someone just threw a handful of toppings right in the middle of the pie and gives no cares how the products look. read more

After having trouble with the online order system, I placed an order for delivery over the phone at 5:45pm. The said it would be 35-40 minutes. It is now 7:55pm and I still do not have the pizza I paid $30 for. When I called at 7:09 to ask what happened the female who answered told me that it was already out for delivery (without checking my name or address). Since I live less than 5 minutes from the store I doubt the pizza was out for delivery 40 minutes ago. I'm on the phone holding now to speak to a manager, but 7 minutes into the phone call and I have yet to speak to a person. Thinking of ordering from here? It would be faster to go to work, earn money, take the money to the store, buy ingredients and then cook the food. read more

On Super Bowl Sunday 2019 and today we've had the same issue ordering from this location. On Super Bowl Sunday both our medium pizzas arrived burnt. And, today our thin crust was burnt. Then, to avoid waiting an hour for my kids to eat before they deliver a replacement, I had to drive to pick it up. All the manager offered for our trouble was a free 2 liter soda or a 50% discount on our next order. read more

Live an hour away, had to come get pizza from here because of the Hurricane....Ordered pizza an hour ago, walked in, an employee was eating slices out of our box, had to sit another 20 minutes for the pizzas to be made. We experienced the worst service. I called 4 times to cancel an order because a 2 hour wait and could not get in touch with anyone because someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me each time. Finally when I got a hold of someone, Selena answered and all she said was "ok" and hung up on me. The customer service is awful and I won't order from there again. read more

Used to order from here all the time (at least once a week) lately however their quality is terrible. It took two separate orders to decide that I'm not gonna order from here anymore. 1) I ordered a couple of pizzas, some wings, and some breadsticks. The breadsticks weren't cooked all the way through and the garlic parm sauce had congealed on top and the wings were cold. The pizzas were off too, just tasted funny. 2) i ordered breadsticks and a cookie, and on my email receipt it said 32-42 minutes. I seriously don't think anyone should go here. I know that the manager name is Adrienne, and she is very rude and disrespectful. She yells at customers and hits her employees. She has no remorse for any fault that is done. The GM is just as bad as she is. The more people don't go the more likely this place will get shut down. read more

The delivery took 20 minutes longer than quoted online, when I called the store after I was told the driver hadn't left until 10 minutes after the time quoted. This store offered a discount for the next order, which I won't be ordering from them again. The reason I wanted to write a review is for the drivers. It is absolutely unfair to them that they look like the person in the wrong because the store is not doing their part to get the food out in time. Shame on them. The drivers live off of tips. The store clearly does not put that into consideration with a timely fashion to get the food prepared for delivery. I will not order from this location again. I just ordered a pizza about 1 and 15 minutes ago. I called the shop and was told that they had to remake my pizza because the order got messed up and that was why they were running late. While I was speaking with the manager on the phone about the wait, I was also told that the delivery person dropped my pizza and lied and told the manager he called my house. I was then offered a free pizza with desert for the next time I order. I ordered before and received cold pizza, and I sent it back. I would not recommend this place.
