Said my delivery driver was in California the entirety of them "delivering" my order, then they never actually delivered my food, then I tried calling multiple times, got hung up on the first time, then nobody answered the phone the 2nd 3rd and 4th times I called and THEN I finally get somebody on the phone just to be placed on hold immediately. This place is incompetent, and that's putting it nicely! Haven't been able to use the answering service ever and if we get someone they can't complete their job, poor customer service, we get hung up on, spoken to rudely, we've tried to pay over the phone and they couldn't figure out their own card machine so they just hang up on us. I truly have come to be turned off by the pizza because of how difficult placing an order has become and I'm specifically referring to this dominoes, not all! I truly hope someone steps up or closes it down so that we can get an operating food place that actually wants to sell you food! They lost customers here and I hope I've helped explain why! I have lived in Raeford all my life and have always used the Dominos on Harris Ave..I recently moved to Parkton NC but come thru Raeford occasionally so today l wanted so.e of their Spinach and Bacon Pizza as well as some Parmesan bites.I have never in my life been so disappointed in an order from there.The pizza had no bacon on it ,just spinach and the parmesan bites were hard and burnt.My order came up to 26.04 and we could not eat the pizzas and the parmesan bites were hard and burnt up. I called to talk to management and she said I had to bring it back to the store ,I told her I was in Parkton and her reply was not her problem, I offered pictures to send to phone and she said no so basically she made me feel like I was a liar and I will never waste my time going there again. read more

We didn't get what we ordered and what we did get was cold and pretty disgusting. We expect better from Dominos. So whoever made, packaged and delivered this order, obviously have no idea what their doing. We've thrown everything out as inedible and have placed a new order with another pizza company. My husband and I after a long day of work decided to order pizza last night instead of cooking. Oh Goodness why should we have done that. When I tell you this has literally been the worse pizza delivery experience we have ever had: here's why to start off with when I called to placed my order the guy on the phone literally asked my number a total of 10 times and If not more and I'm not Exaggerating. He didn't ask for my address I had to TELL HIM what my addresss was and make sure he wrote it done correctly ( he then proceeds To take my order. I ordered a homemade pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni and a chicken bacon ranch pizza with mushrooms. Well I log on the app to track my order and he puts in the order as if I only ordered one pizza and that was a pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni with mushrooms!!!!! Which was totally incorrect!!!!! I then called back to the store the guy then proceeded to ask me what did I order and my number 5 more times!!!!! Then puts me on hold without a warning puts his snobby and disrespectful manager on the phone tells me to read out my order to her- tells me she is going to have to charge my card AGAIN AFTER ALL THIS TROUBLE. I WAS SO MAD I HANDED THE PHONR TO MY HUSBAND. SHE FIXED MY ORDER THEN PROMISED MY HUSBAND DUE TO HIS INCONVENIENCE HE WOULD RECEIEVE A DR.PEPPER WELL A dr. I love Domino's Pizza, BUT I have had MULTIPLE horrible experiences with this store and have attempted to rectify the situation with the store manager with no success. I would argue that TWO hours is entirely too long to wait for a pizza...especially on TWO different occasions and they repeatedly called with various excuses citing excuses such as "wrong number' "wrong store" etc. etc. And after calling the store multiple times, only to be put on hold for 5+ mins, only further be disconnected, I find this unacceptable. At this point withstanding, myself and my colleagues will no longer be ordering from this store. As a caveat: I will say that the quality of the food was good. BUT, the service at this store leaves MUCH to be desired...especially on behalf of the management. read more

Horrible management! They hire people with bad driving records , allow people who have recently regained drivers licences deliver and encourage their drivers to drive way over the speed limit. The delivery fee they charge does not go to the drivers and when the drivers are delivering pizza their pay is reduced to way under minimum wage because the company expects them to receive tips which rarely happens. Last 3 time's been w/Papa John's till then alway's domino's , tonite went back to Dom's. driver left store 7:52 GOT TO MY HOUSE 24 AFTER said he had other delivery ! I called store asking where is my PIZZA &if it's luke warm i want another turn's out pizza not hot but garlic knots were ? Papa johns will deliver to my house even charging little more alot further away don't know if i will be ordering semi-warm pizza that i will re-heat in stove few day's from now !
