If it had been served hotter, like I'm used to with ramen, it would have stayed hot much longer and been closer to perfect. We also tried a few appetizers. The pork buns were a letdown. The bun itself had potential, soft and pillowy, but the filling lacked both flavor and substance. At $3.50 each (two for $7), I expected more in either quantity or quality, preferably quantity. The shrimp dumplings were just okay, very similar to what I can buy at Costco and steam or fry at home, nothing bad, just not memorable. My wife ordered the seafood ramen and was happy with it, especially the amount of seafood included, which felt generous and well balanced. There were several entrees on the menu that sounded really appealing, but a couple of the ones I would have ordered were already sold out for the day, so I stuck with ramen this time.
