    Bento Box - Teriyaki

New place with grand opening. Got the tuna poke bowl and the bento box teriyaki chicken. Food was pretty good 4 Service is you order your food at the register. They do bring your food over to you. She was nice enough to bring a bag over for leftover food to take home. The inside feels like a cozy restaurant. But then you order cafeteria style. They also serve the food in take out containers as you see in the picture. I think they would do a lot better if they had servers like a restaurant and served food on plates with actual silverware. Overall worth checking out

I was extremely impressed with how the dinner went and, more importantly, the quality of the sushi…read more The service was OK for a buffet. The wait staff is very casual. Most of them are wearing sweatpants and T-shirts, which is just different; however, they work, and they have employees, which is difficult nowadays. The facilities are extremely clean. They had a good sanitation rating. I cannot recall what it is. The imp important thing to know is if you do not eat all your rolls, they will charge you a dollar per piece that you do not eat, including if you leave the rice when you order sushi. Then they can contribute a portion of that money to the No Child Goes Hungry charity, which I think is pretty cool. I am actually thinking about going there again for dinner tonight, which would be two nights in a row. The total for the sushi, two beers, and a tip was right at $40, which I think is very reasonable.

Mr. Tokyo is a solid choice if you're craving all you can eat sushi. Depending on when you go,…read morethere's usually a wait for a table, but it's hard to beat the value for the price. They have a decent selection of appetizers, nigiri, specialty rolls, and other items, so it's fun being able to try a little bit of everything instead of committing to just a few rolls. The sushi is good for an all you can eat restaurant. I've definitely had better quality sushi elsewhere, but considering how much food you get, I really can't complain. One thing I'd recommend is ordering everything you think you'll want in your first round. There's a 90-minute time limit, and once your initial order comes out, the server doesn't check back very often. They do charge $1 for every leftover piece, but if you're with a group, it's usually not hard to finish everything. If you're just looking to satisfy a sushi craving without breaking the bank, Mr. Tokyo is definitely worth checking out!
