Definitely no long wait times to get your meal. The portions are awesome too and always so fresh! I think this is the best authentic Japanese food you can find in the area. We arrived after 6:40 not a really busy time but it still took 14 min to get our order placed and another 15 before we got appetizers. The music was a bit too loud but the overall vibe was as expected. The menu was updated and the specials seemed very creative. We ordered the boba drinks but they forgot the boba and I had to ask for it afterwards. Overall delicious food just a bit frustrating to wait for the basic server attention. Sitting in the middle of the dining room, we were hit with two overpowering odors: strong incense and a shit smell coming from the restroom. The incense was so intense it gave me a headache, and combined with the restroom odor, it made the atmosphere unbearable. For a business that seems to be doing well, there's no excuse for this. At the very least, better ventilation is needed, and honestly, a complete renovation--or even relocation--might be the only way to fix this issue. I love the anime decorations too! But this last visit turned me down a bit, there's new 'AI generated' merchandise that decorates the space now and it made me really uncomfortable this last visit. The broth was rich and deep in porky goodness but slightly too salty for me. The ramen noodle was cooked perfectly and had a nice chew to it. The thin slices of pork were nicely charred but I wish they tender and that the egg was soft boiled instead of fully cooked.
