Unfortunately, our raw sushi was a little more warmer than we prefer and the orange spicy sauce was heavily mayo'd. This place has been consistently disappointing. My husband ordered something for him and our 6 yr old. Gave him the wrong kids plates that had nothing but shrimp and onions. (He ordered kids chicken hibachi) and his steak was grey. The taste was terrible and our child doesn't eat seafood. Not to mention $50 + is way over priced for one regular adult meal and one kids meal. I was surprised about the sushi quality, it was very good. The prices were fair - comparable to all the other sushi restaurant in Fayetteville and Hope Mills. Someone should start a half price sushi night, I think the first place to do that will draw ALOT of business. Pre-COVID, we ate here a lot and thought it would be a safe place to eat tonight. WRONG!!! Seating at 100% capacity. When a party of four was seated right beside us, we complained that regulation seating was not in compliance (at the grill table), the manager told us they were busy and to keep our masks on. WHILE EATING?!? My reservation was for 10 seats to ensure my family of nine would have a buffer and she tried to give that seat away too. My family visited Osaka this evening for an early dinner & we had a wonderful experience! We opted to sit at a Hibachi grill and ordered the volcano & kamikaze rolls, 2 adult hibachi dinners (steak & veggie) as well as a kids chicken hibachi dinner. The Chef made a wonderful meal for us all and put on a fantastic show. My 7yr old was particularly tickled by the onion volcano and the "Fireman" bottle our Chef used. Additionally, the server assigned to our table was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always full and our table space was uncluttered. The food was great. The rolls we ordered were presented beautifully -- I was shocked & delighted when the volcano roll arrived to our table on fire -- and they tasted even better than they looked! The steak hibachi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice & veg had great flavor as well. This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a small strip center, I wasn't expecting it to be so good! We will definitely be back, and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal & a good time! read more

I love the sushi here, and the hibachi is good but the service absolutely sucks. Every time I've come to this location the servers have either been outright rude or just bland with no personality. Only had to wait a few min for a booth but there were plenty of hibachi seats available. Our actual server was friendly but didn't speak a lot of English (which is totally okay!) she didn't understand cherry Pepsi and literally put a cherry on my Pepsi even when I asked her to just put grenadine in it. But also that was okay. We got edamame and 5 sushi rolls. I highly recommend the Manhattan roll!!! So so good. Spicy tuna, caterpillar also amazing! None of them had a super fishy taste or tasted bad. The prices were a smidge high for their special rolls, but so worth it!! Highly recommend this place!! This is a takeout review. The Hibachi steak wasn't cooked right. I asked for medium and received well done and tasteless. For $18 bucks I expect my meat cooked the way I ordered it. My boyfriend and I went there a few nights ago and were pleasantly surprised. Nice interior, clean, small amount of table, but I know most people go there for the hibachi show. Not a fan of the sitting at the grill so we sat at a booth and had lychee saki. Mmmmm!!! The shumai was okay not a lot of filling and at first it tasted like they cooked it on something plastic. Gyoza fantastic. We also started with a beauty and the beast roll and it was huge!! We both ordered the salmon and filet mignon hibachi platters with a side order of scallops. Our steak was cooked just to our order. The side order of scallops must've had a total of like 8 or 10 half pieces. The salmon and scallops were good but they but too much teriyaki sauce on it. The fired rice was great and the 2ps shrimp appetizer was awesome. Huge shrimp and a nice add on to my platter. You get soup and salad with hibachi platters. Overall huge and great meal! Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful. And since we didn't sit at the grill we only had like a 10 min wait. Definitely my favorite place in Fayetteville!!! read more
