Very disrespectful staff and doesn't know how to following directions, count, or interact with customers. They got our tacos wrong we said we wanted no tomatoes on 3 tacos, 2 of the tacos had tomatoes which we stated we did not want. We told the employee and then they brought one taco with no tomato instead of the 2 we were supposed to get. After standing there for about 10 minutes the employee is going to ask are we waiting for anything after we already said we were still waiting on that taco with no tomato. The guy in the back who was making the food, is then going to come up to 4 teenage girls and be aggressive, yell and try to argue with us. He then goes to the back and remakes that taco after 20 minutes of us initially saying the tacos were wrong. Once he got the taco for us, he slammed the bag on the counter, cussing at us, and rudely said he was doing us a favor by giving us four tacos. Mind you 2 out the 4 of the tacos were wrong, so we couldn't even eat them. When looking inside the bag we noticed that the tacos were just thrown in there and falling out of the wrapper. Plus the place was dirty and they sauces were bussing in the sauce container. The employees were not just rude to us but rude to all the customers that came in while we were there. Overall this taco bell needs new employees with better attitudes, who knows how to talk to customers. read more

The food was very mid for 30 minutes' worth of waiting very upset waste of 30 dollars and 30 minutes

Waited an hour for my online Uber order for pickup and when I went inside there was already upset customers as well waiting for their order. Then one of their employees wasn't on shift and started complaining about customers and received his order due to work priority over the customer even though I ordered before them. Then the employee told me after being ignored that there is only 3 people when clearly I see 4 people including the manager in the back working. Then a customer came in wanting to speak to the manager the manager didn't even engage with the customer and made another employee handle the upset customer. This was the worse service I've seen in awhile and I felt like the workers didn't care and shrugged it off and kept it gossiping and taking care of the drive through vs the people within the dining area. read more

I went through the dining room to the cash register and no one was there. A group of Employees were talking and I asked them for help. An employee came up to the cash register and bellowed "does anyone need to cash out?" Getting no response she yelled it again. She got no response and turned to me as I was still at the cash register ready to order. She motioned to the kiosks for me to order on the kiosk. I had no intention of ordering at the kiosk and put my wallet back into my pocketbook and walked out of the restaurant. The Staff was rude and lazy. This is the third time in 3 months that my food was extremely burnt. Have you ever tried to eat a burnt Crunchwrap? It's disgusting. It was horrible to say they least. I never had a problem with this Taco Bell until this afternoon. At approx. 3:43 pm this afternoon I place an order for 3 hard shell tacos with extra lettuce. I paid for my food and pulled off. I opened the bag and proceded to eat . I unwrapped my taco and I swear to GOD my taco was on its Menustration!!!! Grease POURED out of the side of the taco all over my hand, sweater and my MCM VISTEOS BACK PACK 6 months old and very expensive!!!The lettuce was frozen and the bottom of all the tacos were saturated and pouring with grease.I called the place back 6 times no answer. I am sure the excuse will be we were busy, of course!!! So, I called corporate office and filed my complaint, and I am thinking about making a police report in the morning for the damages done to my property due the the negligence of this mess. My husband and I went to this location and they had signs saying "understaffed, pleas be patient." Which we understand, but not to the point of horrible food. Our crunch wrap was 10% meat and 90% just tortilla and lettuce. The quesadilla had a bug crawl out of the cheese and was climbing around in the bag, immediately I spit out my food and threw it away. Also to add, the chips and cheese were disgusting. The chips tasted like grease and were stale. The cheese had clumps and lettuce in it. I live in Fayetteville, NC and work in Raeford,NC so when I get off in the evening I usually get my fast food close to my home but not since I decide to get my lunch at the Raeford Taco Bell, I will no longer patronize the Fayetteville Taco Bell's. I always get the nacho bell grande combo and have gotten home with just beans on the nachos or the toppings so scant that most of the nachos are dry and crispy, only in Fayetteville. I was very pleased with how the nacho bell grande was made in Raeford, with meat, beans,tomatoe, and sour cream. Also the people that work there are very friendly and give you service with a smile. Now, when I want a nacho bell grande, I will go only to the Raeford Taco Bell. I applaud them. read more

This was definitely the worst Tacobell experience I've ever had and I've lived in 5 states and eaten at dozens of their companies. They poorly prepared food with minimal meats that tasted aged, freeze drinks were barely over half filled. Also they're not serving a variety of common items found at almost every other business. read more
