I stopped by the food truck on a Friday (today), and it was 3:00 pm. The problem was that the tortas were totally wet all the way through. They also had no avocado and the meat was super tough and stringy. There was way too much mayo and little else. Also, no grilled Serrano pepper or grilled spring onion. This $50 meal was absolutely not worth it. I think that there was a different crew today than we have had before, though I'm not absolutely sure. They finally have lost my business, I will not return to this truck. It was not just this one time either. Things have been going downhill over the last few months, though I always made an excuse for them. Today, they finally did their worst. Nope, I will not be giving them any more of my money. There are many other good tortas to be had in our town.
