I have been here over 5 times in a row with problems!! Today I am done. December 28 at 10:15am. Ordered 2 burritos and 2 hash browns. Was missing 2 hash brown, employees looked at me like I was lying I only use the online app so that it is easier for the employees. Last 5 times I have went into the drive thru I have missing food, or the entire wrong bag of food. There has never been a time where my order has been correct. I have to get out of my car and go inside every single time whether it is a missing hash brown or a miss burger. Or all of our is food it never ends. Manager is not very nice, she has screamed at us before because we were trying to pay for food inside with cash and told us she doesn't have the time to run the register. McDonald's nowadays are terrible, terrible service, food is terrible, they used to have the best fries, our fries were cold & blah, I brought them back to the counter & asked for fresh fries. Their attention is 99% on the drive thru & the employee that works the counter for the restaurant never knows what's going on. I hate to leave a bad review but it comes down to that. read more

Maybe I'm missing a tomato crisis worldwide or something, but McDonalds has started charging for condiments. 25 cents per dipping sauce and employees do not disclose this up front when you ask for an extra sauce for chicken McNuggets. Appears to be a new thing at locations across the nation, because my family in Oklahoma and Tampa noticed the same extra charge for their McNugget orders in the past two weeks. My recommendation, wait until you get up to the window after paying and ask for extra dipping sauce or boycott on principle alone. For being fast food and in a location that was just hit with a major hurricane this McDonald's was on point!! The service was fast and the inside was clean. The Sausage Biscuit with egg and cheese was hot and you could tell it hadn't been sitting around. The Coffee was good as well. The woman who took our order was very friendly. I ordered the Big Breakfast with hot cakes and it was the best of any McDonald's I have ever ordered breakfast at. I ordered bacon instead of sausage and the bacon was cooked. Imagine that. Nice and crispy. I can't remember the last time I got bacon like that at a McDonalds. Something this simple made my day. Tamiami Trail location and every single time the drive through service is so slow, I mean you have a line of 5-6 cars waiting at the pickup window. This is an off hour, around 8-9 pm, and not in snowbird season. Maybe needs better management ?? read more

Stopped here while driving north through Florida as it was just off the interstate. Traffic was pretty heavy getting into the parking lot and the drive-thru was jammed. Went inside and there was no line. Restaurant was clean and efficient. Order was ready within mere minutes. read more

Drive Thru order of a kids nugget happy meal and when my daughter opened her box it was tartar sauce. No food! An open and used box full of tartar sauce. I took it back inside and they tried to just hand me a new nugget box! Like no people! That is disgusting! I asked for a whole new happy meal and a refund. They were decent about it but I was still very unimpressed. I heard the manager tell the cooks "this is why we don't use nugget boxes for our own dipping sauce!" That means my 3 year old had someone else's used sauce instead of her food. Disgusting to me and she tried to dip her fries in it and started gagging before saying anything to us!
